Welcome to Friday and the weekend, a few days of – as you may recall – super-Neptunian weirding.
The Sun aligns with Neptune, Mercury is newly in Pisces, Jupiter is trine Sirius, and elementally, the Cancerian Moon will pick up and reflect all the shimmering Piscean energy.
It is going to be genuinely excellent for all/any of the following:
*Bringing your psyche up to speed with a move that you’ve already deduced would be good for you.
*Hydrotherapy – yes, bathing, water-rituals, salt scrubs, scrying with a bowl of water, etc.
*Setting aside even a small increment of time to reconnect with a specific creative vision or trawl for fresh inspo.
*Hypnosis and meditation – yes, particularly when you’re really not in the damn mood.
*Expanding your gaze to see more magically via dreaming or through the things that draw your eye.
This is from the autobiography of the Irish poet, W.B. Yeats, and it’s kind of apt:
“I know now that revelation is from the self, but from that age-long memoried self, that shapes the elaborate shell of the mollusk and the child in the womb, that teaches the birds to make their nest; and that genius is a crisis that joins that buried self for certain moments to our trivial daily mind.”
Attention to these metaphysical matters will both enhance your awareness and help stop you from being energetically swept up in the undertow of the collective consciousness this weekend. We’re now at the point of an accelerated culture where the morning’s ‘fact check’ is that evening’s news flash. I’m old enough to remember when conspiracy theories took years to unravel!
So attending to your consciousness is good self-care – sturdy boundaries and all,

Went down a rabbit hole reading the Vanity Fair article about Grimes – Pisces Sun, Moon, Mercury and North Node) – and am completely fascinated. Elon thinks Grimes is a character from his memories come to life to be his companion. Oh and they now have a daughter named Y. This is a weird Astro indeed!! I can’t seem to separate my dream life from the waking.
