I am delighted to announce that you can now have up to five people on the Daily Personal Horoscope. So you can input your birth data and enjoy a horoscope personalized for you and your current location, as well as for four more people.
Some people like to read their horoscopes together and compare, while others (no names) prefer a bit of astral espionage. For example: if you’re in a delicate stage of a negotiation, drop off the air when the Moon is in the person’s 12th house and pop back up again when the Moon gets to their Ascendant. They’ll connect you with their emergence and heightened wellbeing. Or just let the extra info inform your strategy. It works with lovers, colleagues, and families. Now for the micro-info.
Should Aspects & Influences Show Every Day They’re In Effect Or Just Once?
When Daily Personal Scopes were first launched, I had more or less 50/50 feedback regarding whether or not ‘repeating aspects’ should be shown. If, for example, Venus was going to be conjunct your Moon for three days in a row, some of you wanted to see it there, on the days it was influencing you. Others said it was infuriating to see repetition. It was a similar story with the Moon as, by default, the Moon is a familiar, intimate rhythm, gliding around in a gracious 28-day cycle. So we’ve worked out a compromise for this which will be rolling out soon.
That, as well as these extra profiles so you have five daily personal horoscopes, has taken longer than I would have preferred for one super-simple reason: Remember I said in a Turbulent Times piece that we were already at war but it was a ‘gray war’ – aka cyber? I’ve been investing into maximum security protocol + audits and while it would have been easy to slap up some more forms, it would not have passed our stringent security.
On that note, if you’ve been locked out, apologies! It is very easy to white list you if it happens and so always reach out. It would have been because the password and user combo you were using was one you used elsewhere and that site was breached. This sort of thing is going to become increasingly common and I’m working with Tarik, my tech guy, to do some cool content around cyber-hygiene and digital detoxing.
Setting Up Your Extra Profiles
These are instructions from Tarik – I will add them to a FAQ asap:
To get started, you need to either create a profile or mark an existing profile for use with the Daily Horoscope and/or the Astrology Reports. (You don’t have to have a profile stored for the Astro Reports, but if you do, it will autofill the details for you, saving time.)
1. Head to https://mysticmedusa.com/my-account/birth-profiles and select an existing profile by clicking on its name or choose the add profile button to add a new one.
2. Fill out birth data fields and take care to also provide your current location – the Daily Horoscopes, Transit Reports & Power Moons all use your birthplace and – if it is different – where you live now.
3. Ensure you have selected the appropriate check boxes including –
a) “These birth details are correct“ – as an extra prompt to ensure you did not make a typo.
b) “Use in autofill profile“ – To use this profile to autofill birth data when ordering new Astrology reports.
c) “Use in Daily individual horoscope“ – to view Personal Daily Horoscopes for this person.
d) “Mark as primary (default) profile“ – if you want this to be the default profile for the Horoscopes. This will usually be yourself.
4. Choose save. You will now see these profiles available when viewing your Daily Personal Horoscope, and can cycle through the profiles as you would like.
We have also introduced 2 bulk management options:
You can bulk mark multiple profiles for use as autofill profiles when ordering reports and you can bulk delete profiles to help keep things neat and tidy.
