Vibe Check – Mars In Virgo 2019

Fashion model Valkyrie

We need to Vibe Check Mars in Virgo 2019.  There are six days of it to go but I think we have enough of a feel for it by now. It’s been huge; I cannot recall a more potent Virgo Mars phase and I have it natally.

Was it the trines to Uranus, Saturn, and Pluto?

Honestly if this Martian energy since mid-August was a competitor in anything, it would have been hauled off the track/field and been drug tested on the spot by now.

It’s been a vortex of hyper-deadlines, improvements and the most nuanced paranoia on the planet. Your browser history tells the story, even if you won’t. Or, did you set your browser to automatically clear the cache every evening?

Virgo Vision is an advantage but this last month and a bit could have strained it. But never mind, my detailed research has revealed N-Acetyl-Cysteine eye-spray benefits and that William Bates (the eye exercise guy) also discovered adrenaline.

Compulsive calculations, list-making, and research is only one aspect of this astral passage. It also specializes in evoking real zingers of insight while you’re doing the laundry, cross-referencing or pretending that you think you might have radium in your backyard to access secret government maps.

So how has it been for you? Are you longing for Mars to move into the presumably less frazzled constellation of Libra? Or are you – yes – strung-out but also in awe of your clarity and productivity?

Uranus is pinging off my natal northnode and creating magic. Thank you. Feels like a reward for helping a friend in dire need on Sunday (New Moon Libra) with Big Love.

And thanks for the trance I went into the day I helped my friend. All judgement was suspended. I could easily see and hear the guidance and I also saw the lessons in there for me. Everything was just flashing that day. Very Full on Day !

And no. No substances were taken during this process.

Thanks for listening.

Mars has been transiting my 4th house, opposite my natal Mars in Pisces. We’ve had problems with our noisy neighbor ever since moving in here a couple months ago and I’m hoping that Mars into Libra eases this, even though Mars will still be in my 4th house while in Libra. Also, our building manager is a Libra Sun and hoping Mars into her sign lights a bit of fire under her to finally and definitively take care of this problem that we’ve complained about many times. It has actually mostly been taken care of, but the neighbors continue to… Read more »

I credit transiting mars in Virgo conjunct my natal 3rd house Saturn with my finishing my thesis in time. This is despite family drama, relationship upheavals, an understaffed workplace and three dear (but quite feral) children. I submit in one week and the Astro timing couldn’t be more perfect.

In some major funks…. health, housing, work… many truths coming to light. Some personal, some professional… all taking a toll on this Aries/Virgo – Libra/Virgo relationship. At my wits end, I decided to send him the cover letter I’d written for him as a reflection of his great qualities… classic Virgin romantic offering… lol!
He loved it. And, righted our course toward partnership away from passive-aggressive seething from over-analysis of under appreciation. As always, thank you Mystic!

Feels like even Mars is a bit overshadowed by the Saturn action … living in the US, it’s all about “the harder they come, the harder they fall” this week. And I just learned that I need to find a street address from another country I lived in more than 40 years ago … that means going through the giant box of a lifetime of cards and letters to see if I can find an envelope addressed to me there. Just as Saturn makes its last exact conjunction to the south node in my 9th! In any case, my natal… Read more »

I have Mars in Virgo natally too and I have never felt so good when I feel good (most of the time) or dreadful when I feel bad (because I’m not doing what I know I should be doing or I’m doing something I shouldn’t be doing.) I never want this astrology phase to end and I can’t recall having that feeling about a phase in my life while it was still happening. It’s almost as if I have nostalgia for this specific present moment in time (is that a thing?- if so, what is it’s preferred nonclemanture?) Even feeling… Read more »

Gee Invicta don’t be so hard on yourself. You bared your soul and then you knock yourself down.

That’s personal stuff. I admire how many people on this site can articulate their feelings. I can’t do that but I have other qualities.

I like reading that stuff. It makes me feel less isolated with my stuff.

I get the sense that your inner critic gives you a hard time. Cut yourself some slack.

I don’t know if ongoing daily anxiety is my version of Virgo Mars but well, I had that the whole month. I’m not sure what to expect with the Mars in Libra – my natal Mars is in Libra and cojunct Sun, BUT in 12th house so I’m a bit reserved about how fun this transit can be.

One thing I’m grateful to the Virgo season for is, I got reunited with a childhood best friend, a powerful Virgo – we hadn’t properly talked for months or even a year and were about to seriously drift apart. This featured in my 10th and 11th houses, so along with the series of tight deadlines towards one big one, in a backdrop of social stuff and helping frazzled types, came the zinger of being part of a small crew to rescue a very unfortunate soul, who might have only been that and not a body any longer. Virgo doesn’t celebrate itself or its service, but it does berate itself for tasks undone. Just dithering around in the post featuring Demi Moore, and realised I FORGOT PLUTO is natally in very late Virgo! I was focused on Lilith in 10th. This feels a bit like meeting up with an Uncle who was a big part of your family life, and forgetting his name…RUDE, SAG RISING MILLE, JUST RUDE. But boy did he remind me of his presence with the near death and psych break of another person.

You’re not alone. Essentially I had to tell myself the same. Extremely easy to fall into Neptune clouds for me as a Pisces. Little voices of self doubt have been floating everywhere. Luckily for me, I’m tired of this process. Few years prior I started knocking myself out of bad relationships and identifying toxic patterns, and now I’m expected to keep my heart open and build more relationships – well, pfft! But that’s not the route in our higher interest. I have to remind myself this. It’s been difficult. Esp when some of the same people are those with whom… Read more »

Most days, I would say I don’t really feel very “Mars” and struggle to articulate any sense of direction. So much is up in the air; I guess I thought I’d feel more focused and assured of myself. This has been a 12th-house transit with the very last part in my 1st (I’m a late Virgo ascendant), so maybe that’s why it’s so nebulous.

The mars in Virgo vibe was amazing for me while it was in my 11th house. It was the most productive I have ever been in terms of lots of small but important tasks and figuring out tech stuff needed to pull off my maternity leave. Not long after I gave birth it crossed into my 12th and I have been super frustrated about not being able to clean/organize/hike/do laundry/do yoga while recovering from my c-section. The clarity has been amazing, the paranoia has been channeled right into the clarity, with a minimum of *actual* stressing. Mindfulness seems easier to access? I’m hugely air, so have been having the Earth Feels, I suppose….but since the Virgo Sweep, I had huge deadlines (a dissertation as well as work) and didn’t stress really at all, all while conducting the best affair since 2013. possibly since 2004. Is this is Mars in Virgo sex? Then MORE, PLEASE. WTFF. That makes me wince at the prospect of Mars in Libra.

The last half has been twelfth house for me, and with the sun there the past month as well, along with other chart factors like Saturn hovering on my IC- so much deep subconscious work. Basically upleveled with the kind of work I was doing the day the sun went into my 12th as well. Now Mars is opposing my sun and Mercury. Working so hard at this, the resistance I feel within myself can be strong at times at well, but the Virgo value of pacing myself, a little each day, makes it so much more doable for me.

Similar, massive editing/revising jag on huge project and I literally cannot think of anything else. With natal Mars in Virgo, editing is something I know I can do even when pushing merde up hill. OK so I have carb-soothed a bit too much due to too much stress but have settled into a reasonable routine that has involved a bit more fresh air/walking and an evening routine with scented candles/pyjamas/reading.

It’s in my 1st house. Reviewed my CV, met a friend and ask her specific directions to apply where she works. I felt “brave” and “realistic” while doing it. Like “tell me the truth, I can take it”.
Should have sent it last weekend (18-21 super coup you mentioned, which is when I met her) but didn’t happen so I am sending it after the new moon, with Uranus trine my Natal Cap Jupiter and Venus trine my Natal Gemini Sun in the 10th and Mars heading toward my first house natal Pluto.

Hahah I do love the comebacks from the sadges in my life. Well, ok emails aside my aquarius sibling was goading me and our mutual friend, a European quadruple virgo guy (sadge moon and Eros psyche in libra) into getting married so we could solve his permanent residency situation. My Mars aqua/Venus Aries/cap moon was like, “actually… this might work lol” like there’s no stupid angst about will he love me (I think he likes me) or whatever, he can mix a drink and cook a mean bowl of pasta, I mean I have no idea what a quadruple virgo… Read more »

Do it Pi, just do it. Think of it as an adventure and make sure you are paid (50K is the minimum rate or in kind) ,AND entry anytime into HIS country. He could work out to be a very good friend and maybe a lover later.Ask ‘what’s the worst that can happen’ and if you can’t can’t die from it, do it.

Hmm. Good points pegasus 🙂 Thinking though, reverse-engineering an entire relationship up to the legally binding contract thing just to benefit the other person does seem sort of one sided. Maybe my pisces romanticism was secretly in charge haha Maybe there are tax breaks for partnering up? But I mean also marrying someone for love is a pretty flimsy concept imho. hmm. (Edit) Actually that’s interesting. Why can’t we label this an arranged marriage? If a marriage does not lose its validity when you stop loving each other, why should the documented existence of a (love) relationship determine whether it… Read more »

Do it Pi, but have a legal contract that spells out everything. It costs a lot more to get divorced than it does to get married.

Cleaning is instant self gratification, gives immediate results. Doing a bit of core pilates and plies whilst moving makes it a workout as well.

Actually no, I have just done a mini detox too! Accompanied by dark moon house purging. I do have my moon in Virgo though so this is standard proceedings. Maybe Mars in Virgo activated the virtuous side of this moon placement

My new thing is cleaning BEHIND and underneath everything. I’m in a very strange but intimate relationship with a weird little house built in the 20’s in the dodgiest part of London. I’ve grown so fond of both the house and the area -they require a level of tough love is all. This house is just like the one in fight club. It’s like I picked it out in another life to teach me urban camping. It’s the only way a wildling like me can understand a concept as banal as domesticity (empty 4th house and no I don’t think… Read more »

Ha thanks! It is cool this house. Very weird and old and delapidated in the extreme. If it was a guy it would be one of those ugly-hot dudes. The kind that you only find at the back of twelve step meetings. Guys who can get away with acting letcherous because they’re ostensibly being ironic but really and despite yourself and everything you’ve read you are attracted to them so you play up to it and find you’re twirling your hair and watching them when you know you shouldn’t be. They never smile until they do and then you see… Read more »

It is fuuny how much I’ve fallen for it you know. There’s the “homeless” cat who has adopted me. I live on an extremely busy road and badly wanted a cat but the road being so busy I decided against getting one from the shelter. Then this cat who refuses to enter my home or eat anything I offer him but is is agressively loungey shows up. He whines at me if I don’t pet him for long enough. The flower seller down the street is his main squeeze, I’m just his side chick but she makes sure he gets… Read more »

Fancy rats make the most gorgeous pets like a cross between a cat a dog and a monkey. Free range with a cute house they can retreat to. Cost zero to keep and give much joy with their antics.
Consider? O and they can be left alone for up to 3 days with accessible food.
