Weekly Horoscopes From January 2

Filed in ASTROLOGY

I just posted the first of the January Weekly Horoscopes.

The advice for Sagittarius is pertinent to all the Mutables – Saggo, Gemini, Virgo, and Pisces. But I did not want to repeat myself in the Horoscopes: They think you’ve gone nuts – you think they are congealing.

The Mutable factor is super high at the moment. Uranus and Pluto remain in orb of their square to one another, finally separating to a decent distance from one another in March 2016.

That Zap Zone was a Cardinal Square. Many of us realized that nobody is riding to our rescue and that we’re not going to get a bail-out. The old pathways to success have faded and we are making the new ones ourselves. It’s hard but not so hard as sticking doggedly to a path that no longer exists.

In part, it was more realizing, integrating and adapting to the fresh era post the start of the G.F.C/Pluto in Capricorn. Many of the Outer Planet People were like HEY, this era is going to work better for me than the one before, favoring as it does the innovators, outsiders, and non-protocol types.

This new astro is more personal.

The Existential – Saturn Square Neptune with Jupiter in Virgo involvement – is a Mutable Square. You have by now no doubt gotten the gist of the Zap Zone (if not, there is heaps of material on it in the site archives here) but this Mutable Vibe is everyday fluidity & multiple perspectives.

The normal escape routes don’t function – they are literally not operable – and the first hint of this was in late Nov when Saturn squared Neptune. More on all this in the Yearly Horoscopes.

But…they are worth the wait people.

And, how are you finding The Existential?

This might work for some with infections and ear pain, at least worth mentioning I think! Cut an onion in half, warm it through in a fry pan, wrap it in a clean cloth and affix it to the ear then sleep a bit. This works with my kids and I! (I add a garlic clove too). Another one to try is the same process but with lemon. Lemon is anti-bacterial, detoxifying and reduces inflammation. Heat thick slice, wrap up and affix to ear. Also put them in your socks and sleep with them overnight. This works a treat with… Read more »

I was thinking this exact same treatment with the onion. We used it on our son when he was young and voila – no more ear ache (the one and only time he ever had an ear ache!)

Also highly recommend olive leaf extract as a whole system support and attack. It’s what took the edge of my shingles last year.

Transdermal. Interesting! I have been rubbing vicks just in front of my ear above the cheekbone. It is sore there and it helps releive the pressure in the middle ear. I had a perforated ear drum and resulting deafness and ringing in my ear. Thanks for all the input, its helpful.

Have resorted to belladonna drops in the left ear. Like the left side of my body is at a different sea level than the right. Might get a “sometimes I fall down” tattoo, like a medic alert bracelet, but prominent. With the wacked out neurology of uranus in aries and the straight up stroke center I am officially not allowed to be stressed out.

Cue saturnian mmj.

Moving in 3 days .

Slipped beyond The Existential into The Absurdist – this is where it’s at.

I keep getting weird zits on my earlobes and behind my ears lately! Like big painful ones. Weird.

The existential has been disillusioning but helpful. I haven’t felt this alone in a long time. Like I suddenly saw every relationship for what it really was and now I don’t belong anywhere. But at least I know.

Saturn is in my first and just opposed my chiron in the 7th. So there ya go…

Check to make sure its not boils from a staph infection. MRSA is a scary thing

LiberatingVenus

LOL., bless you – I say this with joking affection, but MRSA? Let’s not send all the Virgos in the room into a Jupiter in Virgo-induced overblown fit of hypochondria, ya?

As a first line of thought, I would be wondering instead if AKAPuto might have recently switched shampoos/conditioners and if the “zits” aren’t just a form of contact dermatitis from an ingredient she may be sensitive to. Especially with Tr. Saturn in her 1st sq. Tr. Neptune.

Yes LiberatingVEnus as one who suffered through it one can never be too sure.

I agree with shampoo or any new hair products in general but usually if nothing has changed its a possibility.

Virgo asc and yes I’m forever paranoid. Germs are frikin everywhere… and not all of them are nice

Apologies if my comment grated – it wasn’t my intention and I certainly don’t mean for it to seem as if I was discounting your experience. 🙂 I am simply a Sun conjunct Hygiea who is fan of the old med school philosophy “When you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras”. I like to keep the context of statistical probability in mind and for me MRSA was way down on the list of things that I would be trying to rule out first. Not that it’s unheard of, mind you – I have heard of MRSA being contracted from ordinary… Read more »

I re-read Haute/Lo-Cow (https://mysticmedusa.com/2010/05/hi-lo-astro-haute-cow-low-cow/) I had to kick a 12th house Taurus wannabe cult leader out of my backyard where he literally camped with his family after I invited them over for drinks and dinner.

ElectroMM Member

Oh my. Cult leader camp out. I had to read this link as well, as I do not have a cult leader but a friend who has turned into brother in law’s girlfriend. My god, I will never get rid of her. With the style your ascendant, I realized that she is Taurus rising and I also realized too late that she lusted after certain things that I had. You gotta be desperate to date a half employed alcoholic in his 40’s that was living on his dad’s couch until you let him move in. Yuck. Tie that in with… Read more »

In the fall of 2012, my classroom was moved and I ended up getting an absolutely horrid sinus infection that I could not get rid of. I blamed it on the air quality of the room. My head was so clogged it was like I was underwater. I tried everything imaginable and then went to the doctor for meds and to get my ears blasted. It was so nasty. I have not had an issue since then but this week… Not as bad, but feeling the upper ear pressure and it reminded me of the 2012 issue.

I am finding The Existential to be like wearing x-ray specs, everywhere I look. Even in the mirror. Which now puts me at 6 eyes. 7 if I count the 3rd. Mutating.

“President Obama says he’s fired up for 2016” (NPR news, just now). Every prez’s last days are a bolshie grab for everything on his bucket list, but this POTUS has some strong astro juju in particular for his final months in office…

— as does Scorpio Hilary Clinton for her last months on the campaign trail!

And lest I forget to mention the tensions newly spawned between Saudi Arabia & Iran: there’s that.

Geopolitically speaking, I think 2016 is going to bring more shake downs than I could wave a stick at!

So what is up with the ears, guys? I am both comforted and weirded out by this communal aural stuff. My ears are insane, too. In fact, right in time for Christmas, and after an upper respiratory infection I got dizzy, fainted, hit my head hard and was taken to the ER. After being cleared of anything serious there, I came home and found that whenever I lie down I am crazily dizzy or have the spins. I have never had an ear problem in my life, never even an infection but my aunt who is a pro at ear… Read more »

The dizziness could also be (at least partially) related to adrenal fatigue from the holidays for some. Increased stress will do that. I had one summer once where I had a very physically demanding project going and I developed mild vertigo for, like, the entire duration of my project just due the demand being placed upon on my physical resources. Every time I would move my head up and/or down quickly I would get a minor case of the spins….I was properly hydrated & fed, didn’t have an ear infection, but 3 months straight of manual labor during a hot… Read more »

In Ayurvedic astrology the 11th House/Aquarius represents the left ear, while the 3rd H/ Gemini represents the right ear. So maybe look to see what aspects you have going on there. Mercury, planet of communication, if afflicted can also cause ear props.
And apparently if Jupiter is ruler of the 6th or 8th House, ear problems can arise.

(Mullein-garlic oil drops are pretty fab for ear infections)

Very interesting! I have a grand trine in air between Moon in Aqua in the 6th, a Mercury/Hygeia conjunction in Gem in my 10th and Eros/Pluto in Libra in my 2nd.

My Mercury is strong and not afflicted in my natal but by transit is about to get worked by Saturn in Sag. I totally forgot that I have mullein/garlic drops for my son. I will try them, thank you!

Adrenal fatigue is another good call. I feel like this is an existential hazard for all Pluto in Libra people and mine is square my sun in Cancer.

Weird. An old ear problem of mine re-emerged last night. I have BPPV, benign something something vertigo, that shows up at seemingly random moments, caused by inner ear wackiness. And an artist/author I follow online mentioned she was having similar problems last night. I wonder if the mutable stuff is manifesting in our ears? (Goodness knows the horizon seems mutable this morning–up, down, and sideways.)

see my previous comments re the existential lol. Mystic i love this image you have used, where do you find this stuff I have to kind of think differently to properly absorb the gist of your horoscopes / etc some of the time – one step ahead and to the left – e.g. you recommended Against Love – I railed – but doing a bit more research has now put a lot of interesting related ideas into my orbit. it’s making my 5th house Scorp uranus feel quite smug, haha. re-reading The Existential accordingly normal escape routes are blocked off… Read more »

Hmm I wonder if your ear issues could be related to the rebalancing and alignment work you are doing with the orofacial myology… tectonic plates shifting, stuff surfacing etc. (Clearly I am no medico and only ever prescribe self-medication lol)

Your ear and my eye. The body likes to manifest its toxins in the most interesting ways. I’ve had a stye on my eye for five days. This is the first day my face hasn’t hurt. The Existential is so on-point. I re-read it every few days and am doing all of it. Like a boss. Get Well Soon MM xox
