Saturn in Sagittarius Symptoms

Candy Mountain

So Saturn in Sagittarius was our little Xmas gift and soon, the Time Lord turns Retro until early August. This is, like, normal.

The outer planets spent up to half the year retrograde. It doesn’t have the same wow impact as Venus/Mercury/Mars Retrograde.Β  But it IS an apt time to consider the side-effects of Saturn in Sagittarius thus far.

November-born Sagittarius peeps – are you more streamlined, austerity-conscious, guarded, time/money aware and/or presenting with more gravitas than usual?

People with ANY astrological stuff in their chart at 29 Scorpio to 4 Sagittarius – that area is bathing in the cool pure blue-ultraviolet rays of Saturn.Β  Are you bidding a not-so-fond farewell to delusion? Devising fierce goals? Erecting sold boundaries where once there were merely a few wispy, barely visible flimsy marker lines?

And everyone – any firming up of quests, academic ideals, personal philosophy or radical candor?

Saturn spends the whole year and into 2016 on-off-on squaring neomancer Neptune – it’s going to be an interesting era for higher education, travel freedoms, religious & publishing.

Thoughts?

Oh now you had to go and remind me, only ~20 months until my second Saturn Return. Let me check my SR chart.. well I’ll be damned, I also have an exact Jupiter Return at that same moment. Jupiter and Saturn form the base of my Yod.

Ahh… Saturn is 2 degrees of an exact conjunct to my saggi MC Squaring my ascendant opposition to my IC I m taking up a new “career” move in the next few weeks, oh it’s a doozy, motherhood!!! At the moment I’m facing my darkest demons, tackling my anxiety.. And maybe depression? Not sure, but am not feeling too flash. Being in the final weeks of pregnancy and loosing my father only months ago, comforting a distraught little brother, my older brother has just lost his job, a big change in lifestyle and income I’m at the mercy of my… Read more »

A really good way to accept limitations in the present, that can be lifted through positive insight. That way you are changing patterns for your child too.

I have a mutable square on the same points happening too, but reversed, but am slowly figuring out how I will weave my way out of the obligations I have outgrown. Best of luck to you, you can do it!

I just watched the documentary “The Punk Singer” about Kathleen Hanna, singer of Bikini Kill and Le Tigre and all around bad ass chick. Always high energy, when she got sick with late stage lyme disease she fell into a depression that she couldn’t understand. She stated that she never let anyone tell her what to do, and now her body was telling her what to do. She never asked anyone for help, but now she had to ask for help. As you can imagine, some level of acceptance was needed for her to carry on. She had to look… Read more »

chart ruler mercury and lilith at 2 and 5 gem getting opposed. i’ve got the worst wanderlust… i suppose it is to be expected when you date a homeless traveler dude and have kids so true adventures (as opposed to the responsible kind) are off limits. i feel trapped. also so disillusioned with school. i’m going to keep on, cause that’s what you do, but it’s tedious and my uranianness is disgusted with the acquiescence to established social standards. i don’t want that piece of paper; i don’t want to comply; i don’t want to be a part of the… Read more »

LOL. I am growing out bangs too. They are already in swingy but i am feeling that odd desire to have all one length hair. . i worry my hairstylist can feel that and is prolly cringing right now at the idea of layer-less hair.

All my Aquarian and Uranian energy is heightened, seems to be more rebellious than ever, truth seems more accessible, insights clearer…Its a positive thing!

And I did go to 12 schools, and make it & complete university, into a prestigious design degree, (My sisters both very successful academically despite all the constant change too) so children can survive beautifully, being resilient, but they obviously just need a wonderful and highly creative core / honest home around them; My mother Aquarian Rising, Ascendant conjunct Ceres…

Starting part time college in the next couple of weeks too. (Expecting to be exhausted soon – the good kind of exhaustion I hope!) Oh Saturn, I love to hate to love you. I’m tre Neptunian and I NEED THIS. Saturn has entered my first house and is sitting between my Venus/Uranus conjunction, and opposing my 7th house Chiron. So yes, that means Neptune is currently squaring my Venus from the belly of the 4th house! Saturn, I could use the help. My love life and my home life have been shear confusion for the last several years. I am working out every instance of why “home” eludes me and what to watch out for so I don’t get nebulous with another man. Saturn,… Read more »

seriously. the saturnian wake-up from the neptunian fog has been harsh, but oh so necessary. blessings for your pathfinding quest! xxx

i picture your “saturn, you’re my only hope” as princess leia, trapped as neptunian illusion. saturn comes blazing in, lightsaber swinging. or that’d be mars? saturn as obi wan? interesting to sit back and watch the grand archetypal drama play out in the mind.

akapluto
akapluto

Saturn MAY be Obi Wan…definitely a wizened elder of some sort. Mars NOT. He has been part of the trouble all along.

If Neptune is all blurred edges then Saturn is the hard-line. Like life is a coloring book that would make no sense without the boundaries, whether we choose to stay within them or color outside. Without those lines you just have an abstract messy blob.

I’m looking forward to Saturn putting lines on my page. Never was much of an abstract sort.

I love NYC, but i say that as someone who just vacations there instead of living there. I hear it is very much a grind to actually live there.

akapluto
akapluto

New York is AWESOME to visit, especially in the warmer months…it’s like a smorgasbord. HOWEVER, I liken the lifestyle here to human’s greatest folly manifested as a city. I watched two documentaries last night, one called “Happy” about what it is that makes us happy. One called “I Am” about what the true nature of man is and if there is a solution to the world’s problems (spoiler alert: the Beatles already solved the puzzle). Well, both documentaries showed images of New York City (and Tokyo) when describing the most unhappy places on earth. Yeah. And I agree! Very little… Read more »

thoughts? yes, lots of them. I am last degrees of Scorpio and saturn is about to exact conjunct my moon later at 7 sag whilst squaring neptune in my 9th house and saturn having just entered my 6th while I am on a yoga intensive and escaped the country. I have the most literal craving for physical discipline and re aligning but the 9th is making it a great philosophy revival and I am meeting some very interesting people. Firming up, yes.

I have nothing 29* Scorpio – 4* Sagg. It’s the early degrees of my 9th house. I have a lot of stuff cooking on the stove, timer set for 10* Sagg (my North Node-Neptune). The kind of stuff you have to stir a lot or it burns & becomes useless. *sigh* Cooking is so tedious blah.

My timer is set as well. Sagg moon at 12 and neptune at 13. I’m a true space cadet, haha.

Neptune 29-ish degrees Scorpio, anything is better than saturn on your neptune! Except maybe saturn semi squaring sun – oh crikey, was illness and near potential paranoia…At least I’m contemplating study, (seriously) with a lean to a branch of spiritual healing mysticism, psychology that always appealed via visual arts. I haven’t painted for 24 years…Saturn is also sextile my Saturn in Aries 8th… Strange how I feel as if I have snapped out of some weird delusion, post surgery / some recovery…Then a healing professional with influence in teaching (transiting Saturn 3rd-4th) has shaken me up to the point where… Read more »

I definitely feel like a leveled Sagittarius ha. Sun in sag peregrine 19 degrees 8th house. But it’s as if I was leveled so I can rebuild a stronger structure. Better boundaries, caring about the practicalities so I can be free (and others can’t take advantage of me), building my own astro empath practice brick by brick, and recognizing myself as worthy of shining and resilient. The world is throwing its grind at me and I will master it. In time. All in good time. Saturn doesn’t do rush jobs πŸ˜‰

Saggi ascendent at 3 degrees – gravitas love …

Recent health restructure – getting heart issue checked, cut caffeine, discover anaemia, my Qi is on the mend, so excited! Sorting old old anxiety issues that report occasionally by not making them someone else’s problem. Absolute trust required, taps into a powerful grace … J’dore Saturn / I think of him as Chiron, kindly elder

Just started a 3 year course of study which I am committed to and which will take me into my true vocation and second career. Saturn in Sag going through my 10th. The course is not for sissies.

DREAM of getting some kind of fab bushwacking car and studying and travelling for a few months at the same time, in the bush. It’s possible. With my bare feet on the earth, under the noon day sun. Cleansed by rainwater. Sun kissed. EMF free. Pure.

I have Mars conjunct my Sun from 4.46 to 5.31 Sagittarius. And instead of feeling sad & glum, all my business are taking off & I’m getting job offers out of the blue. But my upper neck is stiff. (Saturn is the bones & Mars / Aires is the head?) Saturn is my master planet because I have Cap rising. So I like to work with it anyway. Saturn is keeping us from flying away with the recent Venus / Mars trine.

Saturn is transiting my AC at the moment and I do feel like a new era is beginning for me. A new friend who has been a catalyst for some of these shifts is having her Saturn return right now. It feels fated that we work on a book together. I am working on a comic story for her magazine at the moment and feel like I am getting a chance to revive something I abandoned years ago for a more conventional art career, which didn’t work out. So maybe it takes a multi Capricorn friend and Saturn on my… Read more »

Sag at 8 degrees in my 10th house. Just doing a really hard course and wondering if I can get through it. Education is really important to me its like a self estem thing. I keep wanting to leave long thoughtful comments but then having no energy to do so. I feel like this is such an important time of my life and I have to constantly work, work, work.
