As a Cap with Sagg rising & Leo moon, I’d say it’s a combination of natural gifts and years of hard work and perfectionism. A lot of cappies are big perfectionists (myself very much included) and not very tolerant of mistakes or flaws. And while we may not show it, we are very concerned with what others think of us. I know a Cap male youthful in physique despite some years on clock who is completely oblivious on what to wear and thinks it’s of no importance. Sometimes makes unspeakably bad choices.
Another cap of my acquaintance loves stylish brands, down to every last item although does not treat his physique with quite the same respect. Cheekbones still there but not as pronounced as before.
My analysis of that …. hmmm. Can’t generalise I guess.
First Cap has Merc and/or Venus in Aqua, possibly Mars too…?
Second Cap has Sun-Venus conjunction in Cap, loves to indulge, even over-indulge…??

Have mentioned previously that i flew to London, Hammersmith Odeon to see his ‘farewell’ concert in ’73, which was so successful he didn’t say goodbye, only to a Persona in lieu of another. Jean Genie & Sorrow were my faves in the 70’s. It was ‘pass the trips & put on Bowie’. At interval Angie Bowie was eyeballing me bigtime. Found out later she was bi-sexual. So I’m kind of echoing Lexi here, but I always leave my house as if I’m on show and in the presence of staff. I can be relaxed and have a laugh, but at all times I’m aware that my actions are being scrutinised and someone is waiting for the slip up. hmmm, we do make ourselves sound like paranoid narcissists don’t we, but I do totally hear what you’re saying. It’s Saturn on the back 24/7. The ultimate conscience / naggy-angel on the shoulder. A little like the fear of Jesus seeing you masturbate, but less moralistic and restrictive, more open to personal indulgence.
Meanwhile – sporting Bowie Astro is something you should have bragged about before now! I was born an hour away from sharing a birthday with him and do honestly feel ripped off.

I disagree too. I think the general idea of smiling is to look friendly and warm, not like a crazed chimpanzee, haha. Then again I’m a Leo Sun so I like a Chesire Cat grin. BUT I’m also Scorp Rising, so I don’t do much open-mouthed smiles myself. Just like to see that warmth in others, I suppose.

Any Aussies watch the TV movie on the rise of Ita Buttrose and her Cleo mag revolution last night? (For Internationals, she lead the women’s magazine movement in Australia in the 70s, powerful progressive woman in a world of men, yada yada… and has had an enduring and amazingly impactful career in Aussie media). Had to Wiki her to check the suspicion, yep, she’s a Capricorn.
Yes!! How good is it. Like an Aussie version of Devil Wears Prada set in the 70’s. And the guy who plays Kerry Packer is awesome too. I googled Ita on the weekend too. Not surprised that she’s a Cap at all. Love her!! What a legend and such dignity.
And I know we’ve talked about this in the comments before, but really, so many famous Caps skew androgynous. Bowie, Annie Lennox, Jude Law, Patti Smith, Orlando Bloom, Marlene Dietrich, Marilyn Manson–lots of handsome women and beautiful men (well, not Manson, but still). It’s interesting.

Yep! He was arrested in Rochester, NY, for some minor drug-related something. I live near there (and am a crazy Bowie fan), so I’ve always gotten a kick out of it.
That is hands-down the most beautiful mug-shot I have ever seen..

I am Capricorn, and I have to admit that I have had many I.D. photos, taken that do look like portraits!
One particular Drivers licence taken when I was about 28 was so good, that the Transport Department lady who was renewing it decided it was too lovely a photo of me to destroy so she put a hole punch through the info and gave it back to telling me ” I have never seen anyone look like a movie star in their licence photo”….. It is still in the back of my wallet!
I have an international student card from when I was twenty that I have kept all these years. We call him Pedro. He’s like this hot Latin Lover that sprung forth from my features that day. He did get me into trouble in Bangkok airport (Latin Lover reads surprisingly like Colombian Drug Lord) but other than that, he’s pretty amazing.
