Astro-Sun-Sign Query Du Jour: Stupidity For Love

What was the seriously most stupid and/or humiliating thing you did for love or lust? I am thinking more insane scenes when you are – for some truly insane reason – attempting to keep a an idiot of immense f-wittery in your life. I used to know an actress, now well known so am not saying her name, who pulled out a tampon (from the inside of her, yes) and flung it across the face of the gentleman she had just found out was also dallying with her sister. Or was it the sister’s best friend? It was a shock & way too close to home but her reaction was Defcon 1 and in the foyer at a theatre opening. She’s Scorpio.

I think having an officially bats love affair must be compulsory for growth or something. Obviously a whole string of them is cause for concern. Then again, if you have strong Uranian tendencies (no names) then you’re stultified by normal relationships & you have a very High-Bats threshold. It’s the cosy cruising around Ikea that sends you nuts. If you have a strong Leonic vibe in your scope, you might also favour dramatic scenes, even when the situation doesn’t warrant them. I knew a Capricorn with Moon-Uranus in Leo who’d tear her hair out and make the most dire threats at the hint of any scenario involving her in-laws. She’d flirt horrendously to try and provoke her Aquarian (!) husband into making a scene but he never would so she would have to. She’d read loads of Anais Nin, Daphne Du Maurier & Sylvia Plath for inspiration.

My stupidest thing – but fairly innocent – was to turn up at my Leo Ex’s soccer matches when he was playing in goal. And sort of stand behind the goal in full regalia that had taken several hours to perfect & try to cop as much male attention to distract him as poss. It was sort of an on-off-0n again thing at the time and i was very young. The aim was to be surrounded by a throng of men/boys by the time his game finished and then stalk off.  Ridiculous; my guess is that – in general – the Water signs of Pisces, Kataka & Scorp top the list for most OTT love/lust scenes. Then again, Gemini gals do like to go bats when it suits them or if a whim is thwarted.

Lol, I actually have not drawn any especially strong conclusions from the previous Sun Sign Query Du Jours

I need a keen astrological intern to trawl through in search of firm conclusions.

Anyway, this query ought to bring up some coherent data…not! No, am sure it will.

Okay, leaving aside hideous and officially abusive etc relationships – WITH WHICH SUN SIGN DID YOU HAVE YOUR WEIRDEST LOVE AFFAIR AND/OR DATE?   I went out with a Gemini Screenplay writer who had a phobia of women’s orgasms. I am for real. A phobia. And he had National Geographic & social anthopology style articles to rationalise the fear.

Something to do with them serving no evolutionary purpose. I know. A shocker. To be fair to Gemini men, i think this one had severe Venus squares. Then again, i have never been out with a man who did NOT have Venus square Saturn, sigh. And MY Venus is so heavenly exalted; in Pisces, conjunct Chiron, 2nd house, trine Neptune, sextile Jupiter…

Anyway, will be interested to read thy comments – no names, no cussing & let’s see if a coherent theme develops.

Astro-Cliches & Whom Pisses You Off…

Here we go again in the interests of Research.

This week’s query is below and please take note of the caveat:

WHAT SORT OF PERSON IS BASICALLY GUARANTEED TO PISS YOU OFF????

And i don’t mean this in terms of what traits you hate: Mean-spirited, petty or whatever.  I mean which cliche/archetype…?  Do snippy shop attendants with hair extensions do it for you? Men with long grey ratty pony-tails and tight black trousers?  Headmistress types? People who wear hats as evidence of their insouciance?  This is about most likely irrational dislikes.

Mine are shocking; bright red lipstick on thin lips, especially worn to the GYM. People who use their fingers to make the quote mark gesture even though i do it sometimes though not really since the 90s. People who reference the Simpsons when i am trying to be deep. Waiters who correct my pronunciation (can’t even spell it now) of a wine. Women who work in art galleries and wear sculptural Japanese designers & very matte make-up and sigh at me for asking a stupid question. Pigtails over a certain age.

Mind you this is vibing very Virgo to me and though I am NOT a Virgo I do have Saturn all over my Mars-Pluto-Uranus in Virgo so every small thing is annoying me: a dog yaps irritatingly & I notice the dog-owner has un-pedicured heels & is saying “yada-yada-yada” into their mobile phone as if it’s the 90s & then she has red lipstick over chapped lips AND the dog is trying to sniff my ankle which i don’t find cute AND the dog-owner has given me hay fever via Eau De Neuro-Toxique & this all takes two seconds.

I would never tell a client this but I think having Saturn in Virgo over planets such as Mars makes one into a bitch. It has me.

Anyway, I would be v.interested to hear the cliches-archetypes-stereotypes that annoy you the most, by Sun sign (or dominant sign if Moon/Asc etc) AND please, this is NOT about political affiliation.
