What is Marc Jacobs trying to say with this ad?

Did one of her feet catch fire because the footwear is so hot and she had to cool it in the lav?

Is this like a mythological reference I am missing?

If it helps, Marc Jacobs is an Aries and when Pluto was trining his Sun a few years ago, he pulled off a stupendous make-over moment. He went from very plump & pale to buff and inked. Everyone knows that Aries men with good enough bods will use any excuse to get their shirt off. I think some of them even spill shit on their shirts so they have to quickly whip them off in public, to soak the stain, you understand.

One of his tatts is on his right wrist or something and it says “perfect.”

This sounds v.Aries male too, does it not: “In the most basic way I can say it, coming from a psychological place, what I love more than anything is attention. That is about as honest of a statement that I could possibly make. I want a reaction, because I want the attention.”

But the chick with the foot in the loo? What’s that about? Maybe it’s some sort of a fancy anima statement. Hello, Jungians?

In case you do not know, Mr Strauss is an author who wrote a book called The Game; Penetrating The Secret Society Of Pick-Up Artists. He considers himself one – using the pseudonym ‘Style’ – and has also just released a book about how to live ‘off the grid.” Check out his My Space. Seriously. Look at it. It’s essential for the astro-lesson coming.

He appalls me but i am also sort of in awe at his gall. Why now? Well, my Handsome Piscean Ex (HEX) whom i rarely see as he lives interstate & is married, has become enthralled to this damned guy. He tried a few of the stupid, patented pick-up moves on me until finally i said “have you been reading that f**King stupid book?”  He admitted it. He thinks the guy is a genius. It’s not about finding love or having a relationship – it’s like a whole separate lifestyle concept.

Anyway, HEX didn’t pick up that night. He fell asleep on my couch, bitching about feminism mid-sentence when he fell asleep. But i vowed to check out the astro-data for Mr Strauss. Just now i found his birthday. It’s hard to get as he bullshits about it but one of his frenemies in the “seduction community” outted him turning 40.

I mean, look at ANY of those links and tell me he is not a nervy piece of work. How the hell can someone proclaim themselves the world’s greatest pick-up artist and survivalist expert?

Guys, he is a MULTIPLE CONJUNCT ARIES: Sun, Mercury, Venus & Saturn – that’s a lot. Moon maybe in Libra or Scorpio. He has Jupiter with Pluto – which IS the mogul indicator. He has taken a fairly yicky premise and made shitloads from it. He’s clearly a great $$ operator. And he’s got Uranus conjunct South Node at 1 Libra. WHICH means that he should actually have some kind of genius insight to offer society when Saturn crosses over it in Nov/Dec. Plus Pluto is squaring it. And then again in late 2010. But what? I reckon maybe he’ll run for politics, lol.

But yes, self-proclaimed Expert in both Survival & Seduction is SO Aries Man and he’s full of it. Aries planets, I mean.

Also, is this just me, but do the fingerless lace gloves worn the lady in the picture above signify that she may be on the clock rather than someone pulled via his stunning expertise? God, I am SO PMT.

Full on go-carting aged 10, first female to win an IndyCar race & apparently now being groomed as first woman in Formula 1 series (U.S.), Danica Patrick is – ta-dah! – an Aries. And Aries IS so the sign I connect with lady-Revheads.

She’s Aries, Moon-in-Aries trined by Uranus in Saggo and opposite (interesting, this) Mars in Libra. Mercury in Pisces & Venus in Aquarius so genuinely not giving a toss about all the criticism she cops from guys who say women should  not be professional speed racers. Her tres Ramzilla personal philosophy: “Drive like you have something to prove every time.”

The Astro Of Susan Boyle

Oh well you’ve  most likely heard of this lady by now – Susan Boyle, surprise hit of this Brit Talent Quest & suddenly it’s like Christ & Princess Diana back in one go as it IS amazing footage. She’s so naff & frumpy looking & with this strange little come-hithery hip swinging attempted flirtation with the snide media-stud judges – you can see peeps in the audience rolling their eyes and then VOOMP; Sensational, divine & totally trained-seeming voice. It IS moving to watch.

Hence the hype; that someone non-hot, not ultra-young nor under management, having gone to a stage school or been recently inspired whilst hanging out backstage at her Gucci modelling stint kinda cool-scene is SO talented. Which is interesting & tres Pluto in Capricorn really. Ye olde authentic. She is a self-described “spinster” who claims never to have been kissed & is currently unemployed but volunteers to help out at her local church.  So NOW.

Her astro;  She is an Aries – note her Ariean eyebrows – with Moon in Libra but not sure of the Moon degree nor rising sign as lack of time….April 1 1961 in Scotland. She was born with Retrograde Venus in Aries and came to fame with Venus Retro at Zero Degrees Aries just coming off squaring Pluto. Mars in Cancer squares her Sun – that could be a bit pass-agg but it also SO fits someone living in obscurity biding her time. Deep dreams. The Dark Horse.

She’s just recently had her super-lucky Jupiter Return (betcha that coincided with her getting through the heats or whatevs for this show) – Neptune quincunxes her Aries Sun – she dreams a dream indeed. A lot of dreams…And Mars trines the Neptune…Juniper dreaming?  Pluto is bang on her North Node. As I think I have said before re Pluto-North Node people, they are singular and with fate playing a distinct and flamboyant role in bringing them into being a focal point & signifier of the Zeitgeist for a moment.

So Pluto is currently trining her natal Pluto/North Node in Virgo and will continue to do so for several years; she has a message other than belting out – however beautifully – these old show songs. But what?  It is a message that Pluto In Capricorn wants to deliver…And no, I don’t think it’s the Dream song nor Cry Me A River…it’s something else.

Fourteen Degrees Of Aries

Today the Sun is mid-way through Aries,  the Moon in Leo is on the South Node of the Moon – a.k.a. the Tail of the Dragon – and considered a significant point of one’s past lives.  Collective past. Etc. Venus moves off a square to Pluto stationing retro & a Mutable Mars-Saturn opposition all combine to thin the veil between worlds & evoke wisdom. Not an ideal weekend to waste time/Qi on trivial shit or dullard duties to impress…whom, exactly? It’s too deep for banality, The Faux or even Nouveaux Naff.
