Hugh Hefner’s Uranus Return

I was sitting at my desk snivelling last night – my cold is getting heaps better thank you – and i saw some article about Hugh Hefner. It looked so totally the same as the rest of the five zillion articles on HH (dressing gown, peanut butter sandwiches, Playboy mansion has some mould in it, likes blondes with big tits, still believes in himself as sexual liberator, wishes all his ex-wives the best, is living the American Dream apparently, blah blah blah) that I did not bother to read it.

BUT it did prompt me to look at his chart. Here, in the interest of furthering our astro knowledge, is Hugh Hefner’s birthchart. Comments welcome. Here are my thoughts. Totally offhand. He ain’t asking me for help.

* He is Aries Sun with Virgo Rising and a hefty Aquarius Influence…Mars and Jupiter…Much like my Ex-Ramzilla whom, oddly enough, i met when he was working for Penthouse magazine.

* Virgo Rising and with Saturn all over it of late, he must have been hell to live with around the mansion. I can see him zipping around all hours of the AM/PM, leaving narky notes for the cleaners and going absolutely APESHIT at sanitary products left out anywhere. He would be neurotically straightening things and furious at such things as tattoos or punk hair colours. No wonder Kendra took off to marry a hot young cage-fighter. Or am i mixing her up with someone else?

* Okay, see that Sun in the 7th house? He HAS to be a in a relationship. Genuinely needs it to feel expressed in his life. But then he has the Mercury-Uranus right on the cusp of his House of Love…That’s needing absolute freedom in love so how apt that he sets up a publishing empire (Mercury) based around sexual freedom and a situation where he always has more or less three girlfriends but maybe not the necessity of true intimacy with any of them. Top marks for manifesting Mercury-Uranus so well. And Mercury is his chart ruler…If your chart ruler is aligned with Uranus, you WILL lead a trail-blazing life, one way or another.

* Moon-Venus in Pisces – idealises women & well, yes.

* Mars-Jupiter in Aquarius – may not be driven so much by sex at ALL…Neptune opposite the Jupiter/Mars — major fantasist but see how he has made his fortune off it…It’s a similar set-up to that of a lot of cartoonists and film-makers; 5th House, Jupiter-Neptune-Mars, Leo/Aquarius involvement.

* Next year he has his Uranus Return! Yes and right on the cusp of his House of Love…What could he do that would SHOCK everyone? Marry someone his own age? Suddenly introduce a hot young himbo into his stable of lovelies? Sue the Pope?

* I think it’s cool that there are more and more peeps out there being full-on self-actualizers (even HH’s kind of archaic version of it) at the time of their Uranus Return…

Help! What Sign Is This Guy???

What sign is this guy??? I am stumped. I mean, what sign would just not get that HE should probably be paying some person to share his bed as opposed to trying to charge for the pleasure? And what happened to him that he feels the need to specify “no dramas” or whatever. And who is the “female friend” in the other room? I got this via Gawker & peeps there were speculating, having Google stalked the dude, that it was actually his WIFE.

Please, figure his sign for me and feel free to speculate over the situation between his Venus and his Saturn. Could Matthew Minerva be persuaded to e-mail him in Reiki-Mistress from Toronto mode? I think Minerva Matthews would be a bit too hi-Qi for such an arrangement but she could enquire. Is that a set of the Encylopedia Britannica in his bedroom? Let’s channel some Saturn at the end of Virgo stuff into decor analysis.

Saturn In Virgo & Wheat Sensitivity

Yes, I do live in an area populated by the Wankerati & so I know it’s easy to make fun of this but I don’t care. I am convinced that the whole sensitive-to-wheat thing has been gaining pace since Saturn went into Virgo. More cafes have gluten-free or at least wheat free offerings & more peeps i meet or read about (Tilda Swinton, most recently) – who are not coeliac – say they have stopped wheat as it bloats them/drugs them/makes them flatulent etc. And that’s before you even get onto the scary wheat shite; the DAY Saturn went into Virgo, this lady in a health food shop showed me a photo of a baguette lovers intestines that looked like triffids had taken over.

Anyway, Virgo is symbolically wheat & ye olde fashioned pics of the sign oft depict the maiden with the wheat sheaves to show wholesomeness & purity. Virgo is also about digestion – sometimes it seems as if half of our official food is apparently indigestible. And Saturn in Virgo seems to have raised awareness of the whole food thing to a whole new level…Even just a few years ago, peeps with intolerances or preferences were oft sneered whereas now it’s way more normalised, except perhaps amongst the hardcore gourmet set.

Your Moon & planets in Virgo are most likely to affect all this – citing your Moon and/or Virgoan influences or anything you like really, are you a high-qi & delicately calibrated macrobiotic type, for the most part? Or do you cheerfully eat a baguette for brek with whatever the hell you want on it and look amazing regardless? If wheat is such a sophoric why are peeps permitted to drive after eating toast or pasta????

A Dark Moon Mini Bunk-Off

Even Capricorns take breaks, it’s true.

But with Sun & Mercury in Taurus, Saturn + Ceres in Virgo + Pluto in Capricorn – there is a ferocious work ethic out there right now & good thing too, as Pluto in Capricorn kicks in…the G.F.C. and all. Mars in Aries also does not want to sit still or shut t.f. up. And note that Mars is moving toward a square with Pluto exact early next week. That’s incendiary but most likely nothing that wasn’t already seeded or established as a potential flashpoint in Dec 08…

My point; Today is the Darkest Day of the Dark Moon before it is New in Taurus. Even amidst all you have to do, take some time for some form of a mini-bunk off. Long sabbaticals are out. Entire weekends are most likely out for the time being. That’ll change when Uranus gets into Taurus…2018. I’m thinking more that you enjoy a whole sandwich & a bit of a sit-down. Some form of power-relaxation.

Venus is just getting back into Aries again. Direct but retracing the retrograde path. So, as it’s a Dark Moon, don’t be amazed if some churlish or less-than-the-Higher-Self style feelings emerge. Don’t act on them. Remember; rests & rejuvenations during the Dark Moon have several times their usual power. If someone goes you chez work, don’t react. Wait it out, look weak now – come back and go them back way harder, when the cosmos is onside. ie; after the New Moon.
