The Moon near Neptune makes for beautiful dreaming & sacred shamanic sort of carry-on, if you can rouse yourself from the Dark Moon torpor. The Auspicious Aqua-Weirding that has been strong since last May is now ebbing away for the moment but it’s thankfully back in July to accompany us for the next Saturn-Pluto Square.
There should have been one magical happening/insight/concept over the last few weeks. Something Haute Aquarius, hi-Qi, redolent with optimistic faith and healing…
Glomp onto it now. Define it. Own it. The atmosphere gets more Saturnine over March as Saturn backs into another (sigh) opposition with Uranus.

This is the Dark Moon ideal: a peaceful, eco-linened & no doubt lemon-grassy-ti-tree scented haven from which to gather one’s wits and rest in prep for the next big push.
A quick little productive gaze back into the past before maxing out the brilliant Chiron-Neptune fuelled Auspicious Aqua-Weirding that comes along with this New Moon.
But most of us ain’t going to be sprawling around navel-gazing. Saturn is still within range of Pluto and for many of us, our motivation is at an all-time high.
Sleep, springwater and sanity are the new luxuries. Who needs Thing Lust when Lust-Lust is free? Most of the time.
Remember that Capricorn – apart from being a mega-stinge with hot cheekbones and a 50,000 year career plan – is also horny. So we don’t need to cut back on everything during Pluto in Cap. Carbs and naff crap – yes. Sex – no.
Also, whilst I am here: the current path of retro-Mars stirs up any unresolved tensions or flash-nostalgia from July-Aug 2005 and March-April 2006. If you do get the chance to do a bit of Dark-Mooning about, hone in on those months for a glorious ‘aha’ moment.

So now the Moon is Dark (ie; right at the end of her Moonwane) and in Capricorn, so setting off the Saturn-Pluto Square that is one of the key themes this year.
If you’re not feeling the fabulousity of the Auspicious Aqua Weirding (the rare and beautiful Chiron-Neptune conjunction) it may because you’re trying to ignore a Saturn-Pluto reality…most likely something to do with a merde health habit, quasi-hysterical financial policy or desperately dysfunctional relationship but you’re sticking it for reasons not so much to do with sentiment/loyalty as fear and so-called convenience.
You see, Chiron and Neptune are beyond the bounds of Saturn so if there are Saturn-Girl style issues to look at, Saturn blocks the cosmic light.
Otherwise, if you’re in tune with Saturn, this Moon feels pretty damned good; a lot of finishing up ye olde biz, dealing with deets and actually toting up accomplishments. The low-ebb bit of it comes because you just don’t truly want to go all out in decadence mode. You’d rather work late or at least let your bod work hard for you doing cell renewal whilst you wander the realms of Morpheus, dreaming grand visons & doing your dark-time psyche work.
I know i am always saying that an exercise book is fine to jot down your dreams in but this thing is brilliant; It’s got a page per day or dream & is just formatted enough to be actually helpful. Something about the discipline of having to put the dream into just a few lines is absolute magic. Then there a few more lines for the key symbols in your dream and some for your quick interp. It seems SO simple but i just got this a few weeks ago and it has already made a huge difference to both the recording and interp of dreams…Totally recommended & i am fairly sure it’s available more or less anywhere…Especially when the Chiron-Neptune conjunction for all of Feb really will make dreams ludicrously helpful and healing!!!
The Auspicious Aqua Weirding is back! Lucky Jupiter in Aquarius has just conjoined maverick healer Chiron & is moving to a conjunction with ethereal Neptune just before Xmas. This is all the prequel to the blissy Chiron-Neptune conjunction that basically goes for ALL February. The Auspicious Aqua-Weirding began back in May and climaxes in Feb. This is one of the peaks.
Regardless of what astro-crap (hello Saturn Square Pluto and Eclipses in Capricorn) besets late December and January, the Auspicious Aqua-Weirding is with us. It’s really advanced, hi-Qi and futuristic energy. Jupiter blesses and expands the angelic intelligence that is Neptune/Chiron in Aquarius. All of us can tune into something enchanted and inventive where-ever we have late Aquarius in our chart.
Psychic, arty & destined synchronicity at play…It’s hard to tune into the Auspicious Aqua-Weirding if you’re too sentimental OR over-doing the details consciousness. Best times: walking meditation – you know when you’re just meandering around a bit, post-orgasm, post-workout (as in your body is sort of sated) actual meditation, in-your-dreams (sensational dreaming under these stars)doing art, being in the wilderness, swimming – you get the idea. Any time or place where you can muse.
Neptune is nearly Direct & for the next few days this means Neptune RULES: You could be drunk all the time but in kind of a happy, nebulous, creative and Neptunian way. Drunk writing poetry as opposed to drunk sending shitty texts to your ex or google-stalking or watching crap tv.
Dreams will be SO intense & lucid. I am sure you are all sick of me carrying on and ON about this but i am convinced – still – that keeping a dream diary is the most cost-effective and amazing form of psychic awareness possible. And that the more you consciously try to work with dreams, the more they communicate with you. Did I tell you my incredible Bast dream already?
Neptune energy may also be a bit vague so take care & realise that you may be super-sensitive & it’s Okay…Moon in Gemini, Saturn in Libra square Pluto makes for an interesting backdrop. I am going to do an extended Saturn-Pluto rant in the Daily Mystic for subscribers…

When unknown, the story is fate—it creates your ‘relationship reality’. If I say, ‘all the good ones are taken,’ sure enough when I look for them, their taken! (This is something I used to say a lot and demon’s fire if it wasn’t true . . . until I changed my tune!)…”
Soooo, Saturn has just opposed Uranus AGAIN and it does so a few more times before moving on. Most notably next April, which is when you get to check out how you are doing with the Saturn-Uranian evolutionary process.
This has been raved on and ON about on this site so you can use the search engine or tags to explore previous rantings but in short, think of having to establish a strong new grounding for yourself (Saturn) to get the space, self-expression and freedom that you need…Uranus. And having to use Uranian individuation/innovation to get the Saturn structure right. Somehow making each serve the other.
And that all of society is doing this, one way or another. It began late last year, climaxed in Feb/March, this week just gone and will do it again from April to mid-2010. So, how are you doing with it? And what’s the plan for balancing out Saturn-Uranus energies in the next eight or nine months….???
Helping: The Auspicious Aqua Weirding – Chiron and Neptune are near together in Aquarius (the sign ruled by Saturn AND Uranus) – and Mars in Leo from mid-October…Fear is not an option and nor is fuqed hair.
So, Venus is opposing Neptune for the next few days…It’s over the top, of course, as Venus is in lovely Leo…Remember the Mercury Retro situation and be aware of the heightened potential for ego-driven delusions. You could misjudge the degree of someone’s attraction to you. Or not…Magic can occur under such stars & maybe someone with feelings for you will find them hard to conceal. Then again, it’s a slippery bit of astro-weirding.
