Mars In Leo Musings Just In

“Dear Mystic,

On Friday (NYC time) my boyfriend and I suddenly and very calmly broke up. Both of us had felt this really awful uneasy feeling the day before…like something was somehow wrong. He is pretty much my astro opposite (a virgo sun with pretty much everything else in libra) and were basically, as cheeseball as it sounds, the perfect pair. We are still best friends and we still feel 100% the same way we did before we broke up, which is a bit odd.

So anyway, the first 24 hours or so after the split I was MISERABLE..on the couch of despair! I couldn’t do anything to make myself feel better…I literally cried myself into a migrane!

Then suddenly, as Mars started moving into Leo, I just SNAPPED out of it and literally said to a friend “I am NOT the type of girl who should be sitting at home being sad”. I went straight to a hockey game, which is funny because prior to this relationship I was notorious for dating pro athletes…esp Hockey players…

I should also point out that prior to this relationship is was ALSO known for cheating, but this time I had never even THOUGHT about straying from my partner.

So anyway, since mars has been in Leo I have been off the wall BOY CRAZY…not relationship-crazy, but that ‘on the prowl’, hunter-esque, hook up for sport kind of boy crazy. Like intensely so.

Oddly though, I’m still 100% in actual love with my now ex…so it seems like this break-up was actually perfectly timed, because otherwise I would be very very inclined to cheat, which would destroy the trust and friendship (though confusing) that we still have.

Oh and my hair is FABULOUS! People keep complimenting it, but I haven’t done anything different to it at all.

Sunday night & no matter where you in the multiverse – there is still enough of the Neptune enhancement happening to have a fabulously High Functioning Flake Neptunian style night, a slightly lower Neptunian dipsomaniac episode or both!  Haute Neptune is you leaping into bed with the mugwort,  some crystals, sleep balm, lavender, head of bed freshly bunged in the right direction (but not North, not this year), Soul Restoration Serum bunged on your fizzog, some sexy whale music, those scary-in-the-morning Japanese detoxifying footsie pads & a Shamanic determination to journey through your past lives/astral travel or SOMETHING…

But, of course, the fresh feisty vibe of Mars arcing up in Leo and the New Moon in free-loving Libra could send some peeps out on a spontaneous primordial lower-Neptunian sex-ego-honouring binge. Not me. I’m doing the crystals etc. But I am sensing the vibe and it’s a good thing by utterly new mobile fone does not feature deets for any of the Aquarians. Mars in Leo with Moon-Venus in Libra could look in the mirror, wow him/herself out with how hot the hair looks, be amazed at how eloquent their skim-read of the newspaper has made them and decide to go trotting out for a quick go-see.

Note also; Saturn still in Virgo – till the 30th, those irksome details and your high-faluting scheme to deal with them won’t just drizzle away AND Mars is quincunxing Leo…sex & power-tripping behind the scenes for some.

Okay it IS the Dark Moon and Mars is dirging along through the last degrees of Cancer so there is a LOT of stuff coming up…There are always jelly babies & I know quite a few peeps who are resorting Dionysian dilution of their angst…I still think it’s best to let the psychic grot emerge, write it out, do salt baths etc. I texted Kim Falconer a grizzle before and she said the antidote is to list ten things you totally love about your self. your life -they can be awesomely obvious (cherished people) and/or completely shallow. And it’s nearly Mars in Leo!!!!!  I am re-reading my Martian Bats rave, even though i wrote it myself – & you should too!!!!

I am thinking that he is a Saggo and she is a Leo whose getting set to go way over the top with Mars in Leo. He was meant to be coaching her to tennis perfection to totally impress some guy only she’s said ‘let’s just stay in the room and work on some core principles or something’ because she really does not want to muss her hair or get out of the stunningly fantastic gown she’s just scored…La Leo likes to feel that she can absorb a lot of tennis technique via amorphic resonance with the tennis on the television. And the Sagittarius tennis coach is about to go completely ape…

Venus Into Libra…

And VOILA VENUS IN LIBRA!!!

Libra is one of the signs Venus Rules (she also rules Taurus and is Exalted in Pisces) and so the Love Goddess is thus super-well-placed in Libra…Venus in Libra as the backdrop for Mars going into Leo this weekend is just perfect. She will also linger in Libra until November 8, thus also being there when Saturn gets into Libra…let’s all Libra-out. Symmetry! Skincare! Scent! Diplomacy! Balance! Yin! Yang!

Venus is also now applying hard to a square with Pluto – given that this is a Dark Moon, you don’t want to get swept up in a lower expression of Venus-Pluto. Try not to succumb to vengeful thinking, stalkery bitcherel and, well, you know the drill. Don’t you?

Venus in Libra will feel easier than Venus in Virgo. We love Virgos but Virgo is the sign opposite to Pisces, in which Venus is Exalted. And of course, Mars is in Cancer, opposite to Capricorn, the sign in which HE is exalted. So both Venus and Mars – by the weekend – are in signs that they are WAY more happier and productive in. This means relationships come into being and/or sort themselves out more easily. The following signs are also far more at ease in their own skin & world: Aries, Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Pisces…But everyone will feel the shift…

It’s not just the Dark Moon. There is a certain tone I’m picking up on in the comments, love weirding & restlessness. It’s the Dark Moon excabarated by Saturn inching (centimetering?) along in the last degrees of Virgo. But think about this: Uranus in Pisces has been kept in check by Saturn in Virgo since late 2008.  Now, from October 30, Uranus is going to be off the leash. Yes.

Yes-yes-YES, Saturn goes on to square Pluto (Saturn is always doing something, as you know) & that is a whole other saga but so far as Uranian nights and days goes – this means fun, fast individuation, fast-forming relationships, fast-imploding relationships and sudden developments. All of the Saturn in Virgo lessons you have so painstakingly learned over the last year or whatever now come into play.  Five months (from October 30 till early April) of Uranus at play

Ideally? All that Saturn in Virgo slog has led to you being more secure, organised, together, self-reliant and now actually able to have the Uranian love affair/existence/career gig of your dreams. Of course, if you don’t get with the Saturn vibe of the last year or so, it comes back to reality-check you next April.

If you’ve got Ascendent, Venus, Mars, Sun, Moon – anything really, in late Pisces, Virgo, Saggo or Gemini – prep for Uranian Love Weirding and/or cool Uranian peeps to enter your life with the express purpose of disrupting and enhancing it.

Go the Dark Moon in Virgo…

As you know, any Dark Moon is melancholic and introspective – you are supposed to rest up in prep for the next phase…It’s the dying days of an old cycle. You rejuvenate, sort, finish off tasks and unclutter. This is particularly the case with Moon in Virgo!  How apt! How amazing! Stop mooning over whatever-it-is and go tidy your underwear drawer, do the speadsheeting you have been putting off, exercise, pixter your fangs – SOMETHING…

And would a SALAD kill you??? More likely quite the opposite.  And, whether what you are pondering is a genius idea or not, t’is a time for endings not beginnings. THAT would be next week…Of which more very soon.

Dark Mooned out???  It is SUCH a powerful fresh start vibe on the weekend; Mars Into Leo for over eight months and a Neptune enhanced New Moon in Libra…That alone makes the Dark Moon more of a drag AND more empowering if you go with it. Think also this: Saturn is tromping over the last degrees of Virgo…

Yes, he comes back and goes over these last few degrees again  next year but it will be a repeat. So admin hell is a hint to make deeper shifts in your systems & life arrangements – go with that. And a phase that began late Sept 2007 is now coming to an end. In just 16 days: Saturn in Libra!!!

Will post later on about Neptunian New Moon enhancements…
