lgbrz06animal1323Please don’t take offence if you are one of the many Taureans whose avarice and mendacity has not rendered thousands of people suddenly broke and all. But even though I did the Astrology Of Bernie Madoff a while ago, there is more. He’s SO Taurean. I was reading a thing about him in July Tatler mag and they’d gotten hold of his former P.A.

These are some of the tres Taurean traits that emerged…

…He had an obsessive vision re interior decor. It was all to be black and white with absolutely no colour. (This makes me think of how Hitler wanted to have abstract artists sterilized and that was even before he got cracking on the rest of it). Madoff’s staff had to constantly use tape measures to ensure that all the desks were the same height & the pictures an absolutely even distance apart. They were also given black marker pens to do touch-ups between paint jobs on the black skirting boards…

His P.A never once saw him studying any documents, using a computer or a mobile phone. Yet he had cameras installed to monitor the conduct of his staff when he was not there. He always ate precisely the same thing every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.   All of his properties were full of sculptures and BULL pictures. When he was a child, his brothers used to wind him up terribly by mixing up his sock drawer…

inflorescence-ylang-ylang

Birds love Ylang-Ylang & so do I. Depending upon whom you ask, the name means Flower Of Flowers, Rare or Wilderness. In trad herb lore, it is a flower of Venus & the essential oil is officially recognised for langour & euphoria inducing qualities, along with the ability to help cure various ailments from motion sickness to high blood pressure. Margaret Mead noted that the South Pacific island dwellers used it liberally as an aphrodisiac, sprinkling it on beds & what-not.

Personally, i love the reek of it so much that i bung it everywhere; into big bottles of sweet almond oil to make body oil, into the sheets wash, floor wash, in an atomiser bottle to spray around as room freshener…Would cook with it if i could. The Wiki for it has this fabulous line re the scent; “The fragrance of ylang-ylang is rich and deep with notes of rubber and custard, and bright with hints of jasmine and neroli.”

And, a la the G.F.C. situation AND increasing concerns re toxic ingredients in perfumes,  why not create your own concoctions with actual ingredients proven to enhance mood et al?  Anyway, if you don’t have any in the house, try to snort some essential oil of Ylang-Ylang before the Full Moon & see if you do not notice the effect.

f3fa3aefAvian Flower Serpent – Fred Tomaselli

PLUTO  is now retrograde & will be until September 2009.  The planet of Sex, Fate, Metamorphosis, Death & the Occult (just a few of the associations) retrogrades all the way back to the point it was at in February 2008…So anything super-deep/destined you may have been immersed in about then has some more to play out.

And Pluto – unlike some planets – functions even more effectively when retro. One of the  jobs of Pluto is to dredge up psych-shit and shove it into our cute little creatively visualising faces so that totally fits a retrograde cycle; retrospective. Revision etc.

For a clue as to this Pluto Retro cycle,  think what unfinished psych biz could you poss have that hails distinctly back to Feb 2008.  And then just draw upon the beautiful imagery of the Eagle and the Serpent above. Two distinctly different types of strength. Insanely mystical symbols.

And the degree it turns retro at is 3 Cap – thus ANYTHING  you have at Zero to One degrees is affected, especially if it is in Aries, Libra, Kataka or – of course – Capricorn. And note that Pluto stationing retro (now) or direct always creates a sort of Plutonic spike.  By the end of this weekend you will know how Pluto-sensitive you/your chart are/is.  If you want a super-long-winded (10,000 words) rave re Pluto in Cap et al, get Plutonic.

Yes, Pluto in Capricorn IS linked utterly to the G.F.C & all… I think September/Oct of this year is going to be a nadir, a real low that we need to prepare ourselves for. But that then we will start to see progress up toward the light again. With a new norm in early 2012. And fabulosity in 2018. See previous postings re G.F.C.
