I know there is heaps of Saturn Girl stuff on here – you can use the Tags or Search engine to find it if you like – but this is just a brief note about the current Saturn cycle for those who have not been tracking it.

Saturn is now in the middle of a cycle that began back in March and, more strongly, in September, when Saturn last opposed Uranus. Then, just the other week, Saturn squared Pluto. In late January it squares Pluto again. Then, in April 2010, it opposes Uranus.  And again in July. Finally, in August, it squares Pluto.

I can’t keep typing ‘again’ and ‘again’ again.  But you get my point?

This has been and is non-stop Saturn-Uranus-Pluto action.

Uranus & Pluto are the Gods Of Change – Saturn is our worldly structure and Saturnine changes are for real. They manifest in everyday life.

If you think there is a lot of change about you and those you know, sit down and note the evolution in your life since March 2009. Who’s still around? Who’s gone? How have you altered?  How have you improved? You may not have had time to track it but i betcha there has been a potent and distinct tracking upward, no matter what merde you’ve gone through.

And if not? I’d actually be more worried if nothing had altered…So, Saturn-Uranus-Pluto have a way to go on this track. The evolution continues. Saturn-Girl is still hard at work, helping you eliminate “tolerations” from your life and the person you were always meant to be. And, lol, it probably has a lot to do with getting the basics together so that you may better pursue your dreams.

Note that Saturn-Pluto-Uranus is especially hard on moribund relationships.  Go on and list your evolution since March 2009 + the “tolerations” you have eliminated.  Sensitive or astro-fiendy readers will have noticed that i have been gently trying to introduce the topic of Uranus in Aries from mid-2010 and how it will then square Saturn and Pluto.

Evolving now, while the going is good, is the easier way.

Over in the Daily Scopes, I have been attempting to reassure Librans about the impending arrival of Saturn in their sign for the first time since 1980 or whatever it is. I am not even bothering to invoke the glorious boundary-setting powers of Saturn Girl.  No. Mars is in Leo and all so i’m going straight for saying that Saturn is The Thin And Rich Transit.

And I am not even lying just to make Librans feel better! Even though that is what they do to everyone else. It is actually the truth. And Saturn, btw, will be in Libra on Thurs in London, America et al and very early AM on Friday in Australia. I expect that it will actually awaken me.

Anyway, Saturn – by very dint of the amazing focus it helps to create & the discipline et al, IS so the Thin and Rich transit. And please, I am not extolling anorexia nor an inequitable capitalist system blah de blah. Simply that Saturn kills your appetite and it makes you SO mega-insanely security and status conscious that you will work your arse off to avoid even a nano-second of insecurity or being looked down upon, whatever.

It’s not just the ramped up work ethic – you don’t want to buy naff crap. It’s like your inner-retail-discriminator goes into hyper-drive.

Not only that – there are some intense work jags such as studying for an exam/writing a book that invariably involve large amounts of ‘reward carbs’ and endless hours sitting on your bum. Infuriating. But with the strong Saturn vibe and Pluto in Capricorn to back it up, there will be self-control exerted at all levels. Yes Libra, you too can waft around looking disdainful at the very thought of chocolate because you actually ate some celery before you came out and besides, you are on a schedule that works to maximise your health, beauty and focus.

You may be bitched up to haute hell & wow will all those peeps who mistook your fluffy charms for weakness get one freak of a fright when you unleash the new boundaries (borders is more like it, with armed guards, the lot) but you will look fantastic and the bills will be paid on time. Read or re-read Capricorn For A Day to get a glimpse into your new life.  Go hard or go  home. Time and Money are on your side.

You know Saturn is in “play” when one uses bullet points to convey one’s info.

* If you have not read my previous Saturn Girl post, please do.

* I am up to my bum in Saturnine stuff (Saturn is opposing my Sun and sextiling my Jupiter – go figure) so after this I am unlikely to be posting the rest of the day but Daily Scopes are posted for Weds and Thurs & of course there are the Confidentials to read, gigabytes of archives & the trusty Oracle.

* I am adding a new feature for Alpha Mystic subscribers. It will be on the Daily Scopes page. It’s a Saturn-Scheduler. I don’t think i am going to call it that indefinitely. That is just a working title. What I am going to do is flag the strongest days for business, health, seductions and/or anything majorly crappy in the month ahead. I try to do this anyway but the Scheduler will go up at the start of each month guaranteed. It’s good for when you have the chance to choose dates for meetings, appointments, dates etc. You will be able to glance at it & pick from optimal days, whilst working around le merde, ahead of times.

* And, by being or becoming any sort of a subscriber, you are aiding advertisement free astrology, thank you very much!

* Yes, Saturn is in Libra from Friday October 30. A.k.a next week. And then it goes out again in early 2010 & back in again etc. All this is detailed in Saturnalia.

* I have had complaints – yes – COMPLAINTS that my latest Scopes/ Daily Mystic etc has been TOO POSITIVE. As in that I am just saying nice stuff to make myself more popular, not telling it like it is lol. The truth is that  now through until the end of October IS like a beautiful little astro-oasis and then – basically for November – we have Saturn Square Pluto.  This is not “bad” as such but it is challenging. You know, like growth passage challenging.  November – especially the middle of it – is not so good for taking risks. Apart from calculated growth strategies that involve you suavely restructuring your life. But it tends to involve intense – as journos say – “news days.”  The last time Saturn was within coo-ee of Pluto it was Saturn Opposing Pluto in Aug/Sept 2001.  It’s a major cycle and it tends to reverberate in geopolitics. This November will (a) very quickly show us just how the Pluto in Capricorn economic situation is going….Recovery? Or more merde unveiled??? And (b) Stress any unresolved situations from back in 2001/2002, particularly of a geopolitical nature. Satisfied???

* Between now and the end of October, as Saturn trundles over the last degrees of Virgo, is a great time to write out in as orderly a fashion as one can manage, all the wisdom and lessons gleaned since late 2007.  The very areas bugging you now will feel FAB once Saturn is  out of Virgo and Uranus is left to trounce about individuating.  But as Saturn goes BACK over these degrees in 2010, do the lesson grokking bit right in the next ten days and you will LOVE next April…

* Go Saturn Girl! And remember – boundaries. Talented Telepath Saturn Girl is way too busy to be obsessive about them. So she thinks ’set and forget’. See below, Saturn-Girl banishing a monster of self-doubt, slackness and lack of boundaries with one flick of her well kempt fist.

Go the Dark Moon in Virgo…

As you know, any Dark Moon is melancholic and introspective – you are supposed to rest up in prep for the next phase…It’s the dying days of an old cycle. You rejuvenate, sort, finish off tasks and unclutter. This is particularly the case with Moon in Virgo!  How apt! How amazing! Stop mooning over whatever-it-is and go tidy your underwear drawer, do the speadsheeting you have been putting off, exercise, pixter your fangs – SOMETHING…

And would a SALAD kill you??? More likely quite the opposite.  And, whether what you are pondering is a genius idea or not, t’is a time for endings not beginnings. THAT would be next week…Of which more very soon.

Alright, hands up who missed me and I have a new theory re the Kataka Moon…It’s in Kataka until this arvo when it zooms into Leo, btw.  London, New York, L.A etc all wake UP with the Moon in Leo…A big flick of the hair, some grandiose affirmations and WHAM: Life As Art.

Anyway, with this Crabby Moon, my theory is that you feel ratty and/or neurotic (crabby!) during the Cancerian Moon IF you don’t self-nurture. So those of you that caned it – including me – on the weekend when you should  have been lying in bed reading soothing poetry, snorting lavender oil and listening to dolphiny music will totally have found it hard to sleep, due to fretful ‘lower Crab’ freakouts. It’s just a theory.

Yes? No?

Okay peeps just a few more days until Mercury goes Direct – back up your data and watch the mixed messaging. Faith-healing or just-wait may fix your screwed appliance by next Wednesday.  Meanwhile, Saturn is also in territory it has not been in for (eek) 29 years ago & the last time Saturn was at this point this Devo song was massive…

And yes, the Moon is back in Scorpio. With a Sun-Pluto square building and Mercury blatting backwards to oppose Uranus. Spooky & potentially but power-trippy but Mercury also on Saturn is a good grounding tool. Hang  on to thy wits and remember that things will still be in play for a bit. Mercury turns Direct next week and does the Saturn-Uranus-Pluto stuff all over again.

“One does not complain about water because it is wet, or about rocks because they are hard, or about trees because they are green. As the child looks out upon the world with wide, uncritical, undemanding, innocent eyes, simply noting and observing what is the case, so does the self-actualizing person tend to look upon human nature in himself and in others.”

The Feng Shui was fuqed but thankfully, her frock was fantastic.  In Feng Shui, peeling paint or faded wallpaper symbolises fatigue and lack of zest for life. This year, the super-lucky number 8 is in the South-East of your abode, your zone to keep extra zooshed up and hi-Qi.

Hands up whom has been having the most intense psychological realisations and major eureka flashes in the last few days?  Thank planet Pluto, in total slo-mo and getting set to turn direct in 12 days. Don’t duck the growth  passage insights! And, as Pluto has retrograded back to where he was in Feb 2008, that whole phase is now up for analysis. Within a few days, i am posting a subscriber-only Pluto Direct rave – the Weekly Scopes password will open it to read…
