Happy New Moon Solar Eclipse & may this special conjunction of the Sun, Moon & Venus bring you resonant blessings, clarity and pragma. It’s in Capricorn, remember…! Things begun in the next three days have special significance. Ideas and attitudes of now are brilliant, especially if you go for mindpower, sans sentiment. In just under nine hours: Mercury Direct. So you can see how gung-ho and full screechy blast ahead things are going to be from Monday.

Just a few more hours to go until the New Moon Eclipse – and yes, this is the REAL New Year so time to get cracking on some Fitness & Efficiency Resolutions to honour the Capricorn vibe. The altruistic stuff can come later. For now, help one another out with motivational, self-control and discipline tips because – when Mars is Retrograde – it can be hard to rev up the requisite qi to give a damn about all this. But with Uranus heading into Aries, everyone needs to be On Form.

My contribution: You can’t out-train a bad diet. Annoyingly.

Actually, this is a year of non-stop fresh starts. New beginnings breaking out all over the place. But whether it’s saving Gaia, resolving ancient psycho shit or being a good role model for our children – whatever it is – the fitness & efficiency will help. Flake no more. This New Moon Eclipse in Capricorn now forming is nothing if not practical…Remember, sense is not that common at ALL. Manifest some uncommon sense. That’s my resolution for the N.M.E and i am sticking to it, no matter what Sun-Venusian distractions loom….

Question: Going on where 26 Capricorn is in your chart, what is your New Moon Eclipse resolution?  Mine is in the 12th (Soul Sector) so i am going to become more inwardly resilient, clear in my philosophy and do some ghost-busting.

Before the New Moon Eclipse on the 15th, you need to go tidy up all the psychic crud & clutter that no doubt emerged with that last Full Moon Eclipse…The Solar Eclipse next Friday is SUCH a favourable fresh start vibe – a super-powered New Moon in Capricorn enhanced by Venus & sextiled by Uranus – that you really don’t want to be grubbed up by ye olde stale emotions, ancient angst, crappy habits & past-use-by-date yearnings…Do you?

Yes to good manners, yes to perspective and yes to civilised conduct but no-no-no, you are not going back & that last Full Moon should have shown you that. I think that there is always something we can take from Sagittarians and their ability to relax, enjoy nature and be completely frank with where they are at regarding a variety of subjects. Resolutions for the New Moon in Sagittarius should (sorry, not should – there is NO such word as “should” in the Saggo vocab) MAY include themes to do with candour, enjoying the outdoors more, learning some better/more jokes and applying more of a sporting attitude to life.

Sunday night & no matter where you in the multiverse – there is still enough of the Neptune enhancement happening to have a fabulously High Functioning Flake Neptunian style night, a slightly lower Neptunian dipsomaniac episode or both!  Haute Neptune is you leaping into bed with the mugwort,  some crystals, sleep balm, lavender, head of bed freshly bunged in the right direction (but not North, not this year), Soul Restoration Serum bunged on your fizzog, some sexy whale music, those scary-in-the-morning Japanese detoxifying footsie pads & a Shamanic determination to journey through your past lives/astral travel or SOMETHING…

But, of course, the fresh feisty vibe of Mars arcing up in Leo and the New Moon in free-loving Libra could send some peeps out on a spontaneous primordial lower-Neptunian sex-ego-honouring binge. Not me. I’m doing the crystals etc. But I am sensing the vibe and it’s a good thing by utterly new mobile fone does not feature deets for any of the Aquarians. Mars in Leo with Moon-Venus in Libra could look in the mirror, wow him/herself out with how hot the hair looks, be amazed at how eloquent their skim-read of the newspaper has made them and decide to go trotting out for a quick go-see.

Note also; Saturn still in Virgo – till the 30th, those irksome details and your high-faluting scheme to deal with them won’t just drizzle away AND Mars is quincunxing Leo…sex & power-tripping behind the scenes for some.

Enjoy the last hours of Venus in Leo for the year but fret not! The Love Goddess gets into Virgo any moment & trines Pluto; always a passionate or at least an insightful interlude.
