    *set strong, solid boundaries
    *call your own bluff

    For me, the end of the era of tolerations has come because I’ve changed as a person.
    As far as setting boundaries, you can announce them to others but you must EMBODY them yourself & practice boundaries daily as an art.
    Calling my own bluff only works when I get the fuq out of denial.

    I just got tired of being small. Stuck in the guise of “ah, a simple life.”

    Some people orchestrate a REAL simple life after years of working on what they really want and how to be but mine has just sucked lately.

    But, I’ve taken measures and continuing and

      What a great statement, Lucy. What you have written really resonates with my state of mind ATM. For a while I was really worried about the Zap Zone, but – I’m not sure if you’re the same – it actually seems to be really empowering. I feel like this is the year I have finally started to get my sh*t together, and look at myself more objectively to a) realise the areas in which I need to/want to work on and prioritise and eventually own b) realise where I am not stepping up to the mark.

      Keep believing!

      • The Zap Zone is empowering and a good place to start to look at myself through a raw lens .. to get real, to not get sucked into being comfy (which only serves to make me lazy). Trusting (myself) activates belief.

      • Yes it is a ring-tailed lemur. Here is my favorite description of them:
        “Ring-tailed lemurs purr and mew like house cats. It loves to sunbathe with legs and arms spread wide. Living in an arid habitat, it quenches its thirst with juicy fruits. Sitting on its haunches holding fruit in its hands, a lemur delicately bites off pieces with its back teeth so the juice runs into its mouth and not on its fur.”

  5. I believe alright, you guys. My granddaughter and her partner are HOME WITH baby Mackensie Noble, a miracle has happened and his blood is circulating okay, they have found a smaller ventricle which they didn’t know existed, they can’t believe that he’s doing okay, so now he is to be treated as a baby with a heart condition. He may not last too long, this has never happened before, but he has more time with his family and is receiving so much love while he’s here on earth. THANK YOU, you guys, you have worked a miracle, I can’t believe it, tears of relief are pouring down my face. Life is GOOOOOD!!!!!!

    • I equate it with a bit of practical magic, like wishing, hoping, crossing fingers, we become what we believe and we are believers and bleeders.

  9. I have to take issue with this. All you have to do is look at the world around us, filled with believers who make war on those who believe otherwise. Belief is fraught with doubt and is threatened by that which sees things otherwise…Belief is not knowing…for if one knows there is no need to believe, to take something on faith, to have hopes that ones beliefs with be justified. Belief implies a lack of certainty. So for me it is more empowering to know what I know and admit to not knowing what I don’t know…and to do my own research and find my own answers to that which I want to know.

    • Life is full of not knowing and believing. You believe you’ll get your paycheck on pay day, same as always, but it’s not a fact. You believe you’ll be alive tomorrow, that your mate is in love with you and won’t leave, that your car will work, that bad news won’t come, that things will be good. But none are facts. Positive beliefs hold an attraction element that is very useful. You can believe without believing mindlessly. Mindful believing is good stuff. Your point about those whose choice of perceptions of reality causing difficulties is well taken. Such is life. But don’t throw the good out with the bad, you’ll miss out!

    … I would add an action to the words. even better, a dance and a song. a physical action would ground it in your body, i’s think.

      • i think leo anything actually, i’ve got in in mars (and am not-so ironically SO proud of it) and am known to take things and turn them into dramas, no matter what.

        the putting the thoughts into action to make them go deeper makes a lot of sense logically, good luck and let us know if it works!

    i like waking up in the morning with crystal fractals blazing across my bedroom walls from the sun

    today i felt lots of Mars Saturn happening inside myself while driving – felt like a bull at the gate in my sleek ufo with daydreamer drivers on inside lanes, then also noticed my inner zen bull bar and felt powerfully grateful or something
