So Goodbye Already

Robert McGinnis

I Know, i KNOW – i used this pic on the Daily Horoscopes a while back, to illo a Scorpio Eclipse or something….BUT I love it so much.

So here is the deal

Neptune has just a few more days in Aquarius and then that’s IT.

The amazing and magical era that was 1998 to now is done.

Unless some of you are vampires and thus on a longer lifespan than most of us, we won’t be seeing it again this time around.

Now Neptune is going into its home sign of Pisces and a whole new story begins.  Seriously.  Fresh dreams. A new saga.

New beliefs. New relationships. New everything.

Dream different. Smell different. Love different.

Last April to August was just like a teensy little prequel – like that bit at the start of a movie to wow you out before the story starts proper. We’re about at the bit now where it says the name of the director and main star.

For Neptune in Aquarius it’s the part where the Gaffer & 2nd Unit Lighting Peeps are rolling up the screen. You savvy?

So WHAT are you bidding bye-bye to as the Neptune in Aquarius credits roll and the lights come on?

Not a clue? Think dreams, attitudes, loves, crushes, spiritual beliefs…

    • My sentiments exactly!

Neptune just transited through my 7th house over my natal, sun, venus and mercury. A string of nebulous relationships with some questionable men at times. For which I’ve opened the door and gave them (metaphorically) a kick up the bum on the way out. It hasn’t made me bitter but opened my eye’s and I’ve grown so much through it. It was just taxing & frustrating at times.

  1. Maybe things will start looking up for this water sun with Neptune at home. I just realized its brief dip into Pisces coincided with reaching a dream I almost gave up on. Anyways, I’m pretty much over Neptune in Aqua, and ready for fantasy to become reality. =)

  2. Blasting any energy around that keeps me in a lower vibration,
peeps that bring me down, i hear, see, sense them not.
I Am only going to respond to positive suggestions & fire my inner critic who
tries to tell me i’m not good enough. Bring on massive confidence sans ego.

Pisces-Neptune seems a love- match, saying all will be well, float don’t drown.
Surf the hard stuff elegantly. Happy i won’t be around for Neptune in Aries then :-)
Perhaps overfishing will be phased out allowing the ocean to regenerate itself.
Deep Dive…..Drink Deep from the river of life.

  3. The spiritual truths about my life/experiences that had been aquired whilst Neptune/Uranus had been conjunct my Moon in 8th and before were certainly fogged about while Neptune in Aqua was in my 9th.

But hence, the truths remain as I do becuase ~we~ are our truth.

Loving this Neptune into Pisces vibe as it hedges towards 10th. Venus in Pisces a nice precursor. Currently smack dab on MC.

Adios…the illusions did not prevail ;)

    • Speaking of the Great Wall of China over on the Virgo maniac thread :) (he certainly must be Aries or Saggo rising)…

Last night dreamt that I was in Japan and on an itty bitty tight rope of a bridge holding on to balance and not fall.

Then was in a car…the passanger seat (not in full control) and Ice T, the ex rapper (he’s a Pisces), was in the drivers seat. We were talking on phones and I could not hear him properly but it was seductive talk. I said “I can’t hear you that well”….

Next thing I knew tho, we were driving off to find a place to get jiggy. :)

Me and my Higher Self? Need to be mindful of my intuition no doubt.

      • Oh well, heard Ice T was a Pisces but google says Aqua. Maybe that’s why I couldn’t hear (Neptune in Aqua, 9th) that well. :)

          • He has a remote control fart machine. Yes you heard it right.

He has been putting it in the therapist’s rooms unawares and then he sets it off..lol

Funny how he and the other Pisces with Mercury in Aries don’t get along. He set it off in her room today while she was doing a massage and later she went off on him. It was just a joke and our patients are super cool.

She has Aries Venus-Mars in 1st opposite Libran Moon and Pluto. Impatient hissy fits galore….comes on strong…confrontational but can pack on the charm when suits.

            • She was the one who recently asked for a raise and included me as I included her months ago with Kataka doc when I asked for our $2.00 an hour back when we took a cut due to the economy. She is a hard worker..

Never the less, he said since I’ve been there five years and her three I was up next for a raise. She has been a sour puss ever since and was mad also because he did not give us bonuses but rather he and his wife treated us to lunch and presents at xmas.

I told her he is not obligated to give us cash bonuses just because Kataka doc did. Pisces doc still new with us. She said, well, that is my perogative and to each their own”.

So be it but rather ungracious…hmm? I had not even been contemplating asking for a raise but there ya go.

              • Well how about that for Venus on the MC ! ?
While we’re at it…ya know you’re a real cutie *wink*
                hehee xo happy days hon

  4. My 11th house cusp is in the first degree of Pisces… Neptune has been in my 10th a little longer than 14 years, as midheaven is at 25 Cap. I truly, truly hope that the fog lifts from my so-called career and my path clears up. And some love would be, well, lovely.

  5. Pisces is my 5th house. Not ‘in’. It’s all of it.
I just got a little excited.

I plan to be compassionate, yet not a doormat. I hope. 1998 till now, I have been a doormat too much.

  6. Neptune is transiting my 4th house and will be visiting for another 7 years (if I calculated that correctly).
I studied my family ancestry and genealogy the last two years more intensively than ever and found out all kinds of cool stuff.
The only thing I could do without is feeling drained or tired.
Not sure what to expect but looking forward to the future.

  7. Neptune will soon be transiting my Mercury at 2 degrees. Exciting!!!

I’m SO over Neptune in Aquarius on my sun and MIDHEAVEN! Like I started middle school that year (1998) and everything got all messed up from that point and definitely had a victim theme that I am just breaking out of. Went from a straight-A student to depressed, trying to fit it and numb my problems with eating disorders and substances. Common middle school shit, but still…

    • I feel your pain Rache! Hang in there xx

Had Neptune cross my Sun, merc, and venus 2003-2008 when I was finishing high school and starting university, and things got messed up for me too. (Went from being a good student to crap, depression, etc). Had Uranus in Pisces squaring all the mega Sagg in my chart too. Hasn’t been a good time for me either! But not sure if Neptune in Pisces will be nice either with my Sagg stuff!

  8. I had a rather upsetting dream last night, as if all the critical aspects of me had sprung to life and were running amok. It related to how others treated me in the lead-up to 1998 when my life really expanded, so the synchronicity is interesting. But in the end I just said, fuq you, I’m off to live my life without the criticism which is what I did in the lead-up to 1998. I think it was to do with my being touchy about criticism, as I copped it so badly from my father when I was a kid. So it’s as if I was saying goodbye to an era which is now past for me, thankfully. Thanks for the comment, MM, as it has helped make sense of the dream. And I’m saying goodbye to my time in Australia. The period April to August is when we decided to go to North Cyprus. House settles 1st Feb, contents sold to one young couple which will help them get on their feet, car sold for cash, buyer paid upfront and is allowing us to keep the car until we move out, found a home to rent in an eco-village on the Karpaz Peninsula, the last pristine wilderness in Europe, cheap rent, solar hot water, large rooms, large garden, opens onto fields, close to beaches and turtle hatching beaches. I can definitely handle Neptune in Pisces!

    • I was just thinking of you today LL and wondered when you were going. Oh my goodness! How lovely. What a huge change. You are such a dear. You will pop back in sometime down the road? x

    • Yup, not a doubt. When I get settled I’ll be back on MM. I’ve decided to change my moniker once I get there, I’ll be Aphrodite Rising. Howzat??? It’s because Venus is really strong in my chart, and Cyprus is Aphrodite’s Isle, the Island of Love, with Aphrodite’s Rock to the south where she’s supposed to have risen from the sea, and Aphrodite’s Pool also around somewhere, but geography was never my strong point. So I figure I’m coming home to my Venusian influences :P

      • Love love love the Karpaz area – although, good luck with the internet! I hope the move and house transition goes smoothly … and North Cyprus is the perfect place to welcome the transition of Neptune in to Pisces.

        • Well, I know the internet exists in that area, as there’s a website and one of the B&B’s has internet. So fingers crossed! And my husband is over the moon today as his younger daughter, from whom he has been estranged for over 30 years and who contacted him last year so they’ve both made their peace with each other, wants to come out to visit him. All good. I felt quite emotional when I read her email today as it’s the best ever present for my husband, the estrangement has caused him a lot of grief over the years.

          • That is simply wonderful LA, first Venus, then comes Neptune and chiron in attendance for the reunion. So looking forward to hearing of your new life, though I will miss all your lovely bird photos, please take some new ones of Aphrodite’s rock :) !
Wonderful things ahead for you ~ blessings xo

          • That is wonderful LA! Everything is falling into place for you, as if it was written in the stars. What a lovely way to start the new Neptune era. Yes, like Saturnrox – I would love to see a photo of Aphrodite’s rock :)

    • Seriously, take me with you. NOW. The whole lead up to 1998 criticism prequel to individuating is so sitting on me, well, since I lost it at work two weeks ago. It’s like I have Fuq U tatted up and down my body in invisible ink, or maybe it shows up in blue light, or has the same luminescent power as the Orks-are-Near blade.

Wotever. So I super nova’d. Very much resonating with what you said. Your plans sound amazing and maybe the dream was just spare critical energy, like the echo of doubting voices from yore in its final swan song.

It’s hard to argue with amazingness and by the sounds of it, you are ON it.

    • Well Libraquarius, I’m about to pack up sticks and move from Sydney. Not move countries, but move states. My plan is to live more sustainably than I am able to do in Sydney right now, have a horse, a kitchen garden etc etc. And I too had a weird kick arse dream. I dreamed that I was with a group of people and I had to fight a ghost that was chasing us. In one part of the fight I ran a car into a store window where children were playing because I knew the ghost wouldn’t let any harm come to anyone else and we would be able to ghost out of our car that way. Then I had to stop the ghost from taking my dog (the ghost had materialised into a police officer who wanted to seize my dog) and in the fight I pulled out great clumps of its hair. Then I woke up so I can’t tell you who won. Don’t know how it’s linked to my plans and I don’t even know if the dream means anything much. But it gave me a giggle remembering it and I thought it the parallels in your life and my life at the moment were nice. Hope it all goes well over there in Cyprus and you make a great life for yourselves.

      • Maybe the ghost is that part of you that you’re leaving behind and everything encapsulated in that letting. At least you won hands down, or is it hair out??? Good luck for your move, I love hearing of people moving to live their life in much greater harmony than they do now. It was a shock to the system when I moved to rural Qld but best thing I ever did. I reconnected with nature and now I cannot bear the thought of not being able to go out at night, look at the deep mystery of the skies and see the stars so bright above. May stars shine bright on you, Jen Scorpio.

    • Inspiring LA!!

This is so great for you and hubs. Wishing you a beautiful life transit!

Relate to father critisism. Yeah, it’s entwined in my journey but hey, it’s just a stepping stone on a path. Perspective wins in the end.

I’m excited for you, you’ve painted a picture that makes me want to come along!!

      xx

  9. I am not sure what to think about the dip into pisces last year….. very difficult stuff going on during that time(especially april into june).
Though there was one key element I loved….I became happy in June!!!!!!
A major relationship ended May 1st and I was single for the first time since 1994 too.
Happy in my own skin is a wonderous thing.

My child born at the beginning of the neptune in aqua is having his bday next week….so grown up in so many ways. We meet the man who gives the schlorship in feb and if everything moves forward then we will be prepping for him to go away for school …………..

My 7th house of relationships starts at 3 degrees pisces….I have changed so much in this department. Thank goodness!!!

Neptune leaving my 6th house will be a GIGANTIC relief!

    • Me neither, Catfish Moon. I spent that first dip into Pisces in a job that I was unqualified for and just plain unhappy with. It did prove to me that I can persevere under very difficult circumstances.

That said, the entire Neptune in Aquarius period was spent in my first house and boy am I glad that’s over!

  10. Last April through August was a difficult, separating time for me, but also one of taking on new responsibilities at work that may soon bear fruit.

I’m so happy that Neptune has moved out of the square to my Asc-Desc axis and will be trining my Mercury. Of course it will also be opposing my Jupiter, so I need to watch out for too-good-to-be-true promises, overspending, grand illusions, etc.

  11. mystic you just gave me a near heart attack! i thought you meant that you were going. i am just back from holidaying – sunburned and full of self loathing after a really stupid cliche affair – you gone would have been the END of me.

neptune. those dates coincide with my marriage, the slippery financial dealings, the whoring, the adultery, the drugs, the therapy so if this means that phase is over, i am all for it.

goodbye to all the above and hello to a healthy amazing relationship.

  12. This could explain sudden obsession with Fibronachi sequence, epigenetics and alternative energy technologies and new music— as if cramming in now what I may lose touch with tomorrow , when the unicorns come dancing in. Lol

  13. Right now Neptune is opposite my Leo Sun. Once it crosses into Pisces it will be conjunct my North Node and trine Jupiter.

I’m going for everything I’ve been afraid of — especially things I didn’t feel worthy of from 1998 -2011. I feel connected to the divine and feel the Universe has my back.

One thing I do find curious though…. crushes from 20 years ago now have a hold on me, while crushes from the Aquarius era are sort of WTF moments.

  14. Jumping in to Neptune in Pisces. Creativity Rising. Era where I’ll experience much comfort, camaraderie, collaboration, challenges, art, love, money.

“New smells ?” Definitely need a signature scent. I’ll sometimes dress like those pioneer women screenwriters & directors in Hollywood and do my hair flapper style. Blouses with blue jeans & heels too.

“You saavy ?” I will be Mystic, thanks for the push.

  15. Oh, and hammer on my shadow/repressed self cause today I feel like I want to primal scream all my communications. Tired of those closest and not, projecting their shit onto me lately because my white light is pingeing on them, cuz they can’t be bothered to take a close, hard look at themselves.

Give my throat chakra permission to rule. Shed my skin like a snake. Declutter so my buddhas can breathe. Actually flirt with a man, hard, and not feel like a tease because I have no intention of following through. (just like the guys at the office, for whom it’s all a power play ‘cuz they still think it’s the 1980′s, but I won’t flirt at the office, I’ll do it somewhere else.)

Find my moonstone ring I just lost and that eco pen I bought at the bookstore that’s supposed to last seven years, ‘cept it only lasted one day ‘cuz I lost it.

Lose things and not give a shit. Give my heart away to some deserving fellow and take it back whenever I damn well please. Buy myself some really good scotch and order fifteen dollar martinis at the bar that make you want to take off your shoes.

Say to people at work who just start talking to me about their personal stuff out of the blue, when I’m taking my break, and we’re not even friends,
“Hey, I know a really great therapist, when are you going to make those ginger cookies again ?”

Catch myself when I even think about judging people and myself and say, “who, do you, think you are ? Who cares ? Not your beeswax.”

Won’t bother spending time with people who just can’t/won’t keep up.

I’ll be on a BEACH the day Neptune hits Pisces, it’s where I belong, I’m going to stand up straight in the ocean, arch my body backwards, look up at the sky, arms outstretched, take some deep breaths, exhale, let the salt water cleanse me…
and keep one eye open for sharks.

  16. Goodbye everything that sucked about my love life since 1998! I have almost nothing in Aqua, but i really felt those years. Hopefully Pisces will be better!

Don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out Neptune.

    kthanxbye

  17. Today I’m the absolute personification of the vagued-out, million miles away, Neptunian, escapist. No I’m not tripping, but I may as well be. Three zillion thoughts for days on end, has finally rendered me stunned mullet to enjoy the last of the fog.

  18. Neptune in Aquarius went over my ascendant and moon (trine north node/Venus in 5th, square Neptune in 10th). I got my first ever ‘proper job’ at 33 and have really blossomed in that role although it has been a lot of work. I had my heart sliced and diced by a man I thought was ‘the one’ but it forced me to dig deeper than I ever had before and I feel more grounded and real about relationships now. I have also fallen deeply in love with my children (it didn’t come naturally) over this period: accepted the dreariness of the role of mum which comes with the package of being loved like never before. Its been a slog, its been a drag, its been devastating at times, talk about illusions being shattered, but I feel much more content than I did back in 1998, much more me, so thank you Neptune in Aquarius – and goodbye.

  19. Here’s my question. My north node (yes, yes I’ve been on the Life Purpose kick lately) is in Pisces, with Neptune in there, I expect it will get even more.. gulp.. amplified?

Like all the naff red herring techniques and excuses I’ve used to forever circumvent what I’m really meant to be doing isn’t just “not working”, they’ve practically evaporated. Poof! Gone. Except with NN in Pisces, I’m not exactly flow charting a 5 year plan much to the chagrin of my South Node Virgo and Virgo Rising.

I think this is literally, the Non-Plan Plan.

  20. Decided a while back I am my own true love. That’s a switch I am leaning into that feels right. My whole thoughts on love switched to the universal over the personal. Not sure of that is good or a cop out, fear reaction. Hoping to adjust according to my self but the past is gone and I bid it good rest.

  21. I have been on a tech upgrade binge for the last couple of weeks. That seems very last days of Neptune in chez Aquarius to me. Am I wrong?

  22. I guess this is good bye to the lame ass non sensical party thats been sapping my energy. All attempts to make things work With mere leadership and unrealistic plans and idiotic people has drawn to a close. Saturn returned, beat me up mentally but the bigger they are the harder they fall huh?!? For all you who felt the pressure, i hope we are compensated 1000fold and live the dream we were robbed of..neptune trans 3rd house has been one tough journey. It may have trined my 11th stellium but squares my scorp asc and placements which was a kiss with razor tongue..Here’s to a machine gun within our reach lol.

  23. Glad to see Neptune in Aqua go … the past fourteen years have been tough going. Looking back, I’m appreciative of the forced emotional growth and the resilience I’ve built, which now make me feel quietly confident about Pisces returning ‘home’ to Neptune. Confident in the sense that the lessons learned will be put to good and productive use in this new era.

I’m moving up to the Utopia (yes, really!) region in the NT on the 22nd of Jan, to officially begin my new job on the 23rd … wasn’t until I read this post that I wowed-out at the synchronicity and suddenly felt at ease for the first time in weeks. The symbolic alignment of starting a new job in a new, exciting place with the new moon/new era makes me smile and realise, yet again, that Mystic really, REALLY knows her shit.

Here’s to a wondrous new era!

  24. Neptune in Aqua transited (conjucted, squared opposed) uber-stellium tenanted and very heavy fixed T-square in my 3rd (Aqua), 9th (Leo) and 12th+Asc+half of first house (Scorp).
So now Neptune in Pisces will now do same with even heavier stelliums in Pisces, Virgo MC, and Saggo second half of 1st. Given that this is exactly that Venus, Mars and Chiron are pinging right now, and given that I had a taste of Neptune doing same in April to Aug last year, I can hardly wait.
    Not.
Feel like I am totally failing to honour the optimistic Saggo moon today: thoughts and emotions just won’t get it up, no matter how I try, even though I should technically be uber-acheiving in honour of Mars the bastard doing his number on my mad Uranus and Pluto in Virgo 10th.
Fuq him. When all else fails, it’s time to go to bed.

  25. Thank goodness! I am more than ready for Neptune to be OUT of my 12th house. It did much good there, I know, but oh man is it time for a change. I’m ready for 1st house mega fabulousness. I’m so going to work the dreamy, mystical look. I need to buy more scarves and sparkly eyeshadow.

    • Me too, can’t wait for neptune to leave my 12th. Last year when it dipped into pisces I started up with music lessons again, so it was kind of all good for me. And I feel myself becoming more attuned to music already, can’t wait.

I just bought some colourful clothes. Oo sparkly eyeshadow, good idea!!

      • I started dreaming music alot…..
but wasn’t till it went back into aqua that I got my flute and really started playing every day!
but that short time in pisces music was beckoning me…..
        will never go back!!!!

    • I had it in my first house for most of my life up until my 17th birthday. Its interesting when you see your self one way, but then others see you completely different. Or atleast that summed up the whole transit for me. Now I’m nearing mid 20s and its in my 2nd house, I don’t even want to talk about finances. :S

  26. I’m new to astrology, but it appears that Neptune is moving through my 12th house (which on my chart is comprised of 6 degrees of Aquarius and 9 degrees of Aries, so I guess it’s been there for awhile, oy…)

Any thoughts on what this means for me? Would love some insight! :-)

      • No planets whatsoever, and that’s maybe a good thing? Considering what I’ve read about the 12th house (gloom and doom?) it’s probably just as well… But yeah, it’s pretty big, haha!

  27. I’m new to astrology too but slowly getting a handle on things. Pisces is most of my 6th house (with a little bit of 5th in there.) According to my research, the 6th house is your career/health, which BLEW MY MIND when Mystic mentioned April-August, because I was unemployed until April, and got hired for a fantastic new job in my chosen career field, which started in August… plus just in the past week or so my workload (which was very low to start with) has been ramping up, so hopefully this means good things for me!

Apparently 6th house is also health consciousness, which also describes what I’ve been experiencing for the past month or so… eating better, skincare obsessed, I’ve taken up dry brushing…

  28. April to August was horrible for me :( ((( Like almost became an alcoholic horrible. I hope that’s not a sign of things to come…

  29. Neptune feels so nebulous to me. I have difficulty defining its effect. Even tho’ changing signs, it will still be in my 3rd house two more years. Sun in Aqua will be in my 3rd house too for the next month.

  30. So I was 17 when Neptune entered Aqua, that’s a world away from who I am now so I can’t truly ascertain what effect it’s had on me. I have Aqua in the 12th and as a Scorpio I suppose 4th house issues have been very much highlighted in a somewhat Neptunian way.

Now I have my Pisces house intercepted so what the hell does that mean? Also I’m not massively down with the idea of a delusional, Neptunian 5th house effect to my Sun, sounds awful. Anyway, I am hoping to leave behind the confusion and constant lack of clarity around where I live and with whom. I’d like to say goodbye to this horrible singular existence and not feeling worthy of a normal relationship but something tells me that’s more of a natal Saturn/7th house curse. Who knows! April to August last year was ok, I think.

    • hey charley, if you have Aqua in the 12th, then broadly speaking that would make Pisces your first house, and Gemini your 4th, with your Sun (scorp) in the 9th house. So Neptune would technically be about to transit your first house, not your fifth.
Gem (4th house) has been the South Node for about a year and a half, I think, and the eclipses in that sign would have pinged on your home life, particularly if you have any natal planets in Gemini, or planets opposing or squaring your home life, ie in Saggo, Pisces, or Virgo. Uranus in Pisces for aeons before it moved into Aries would also have been in your first house, squaring your fourth house of home. Might also explain unpredictability there.
And if Pisces is your first, then Virgo is your 7th, so this Mars transit would be setting up a big longing there. Re a feeling of not being worthy for a normal relationship, and a singular existence, in addition to looking at 7th house re relationships, look also to the house your Venus is in, and how Venus is aspected, and what if anything planet-wise you have natally or transiting in second house of self-esteem, and how they are aspected. Could also look at how the planet that rules the sign that rules your second house is aspected (eg Mars, if your second house is Aries). Others will no doubt have other suggestions.

If you haven’t already, run your birthdata through Astrodienst and save the resultant chart/table – it will tell you exactly at what degree of what sign each of your houses starts and ends. You could be like me – ie with a first house that includes two signs (ie my first house is comprised of 16 degrees Scorp to about 20 degrees of Sagg, from memory) – so, you could have some Aqua and some Pisces in your first. It will also tell you what natal planets you have in what house – and that really helps understand how transiting planets are likely to hit you.

      • I should have said that my rising is Aries and my 12th house is quite massive, 16′ Aqua – 5′ Aries! I just have trouble getting it into my head how the intercepted sign works with transits? I have duplicate signs of course, 4th/10th axis is Cancer/Cap as is the 5th/11th.

        Thanks for your words though!

  31. Hey this is great. Found bat in house last week. Discovered in my native american cards that a bat is symbolic for shamanic death.

    • what is shamanic death? I also found a bat inside once, in a place where there were exposed beams that ran along the ceiling; I only realised once I turned off the lights and got into bed. then i heard this sort of whirring sound and realised that something was circling in the air above my bed, very fast. was so freaked that I slid out of bed, across the floor and out the door, like a snake, in about one second flat. am still here though…

      • have had many bats in my houses over the years…..no biggy. open the doors and windows and leave them alone. They will fly out on their own.

shamanic deaths…have north node in scorpio in the 4th tightly conjunct my IC….never phases me to have bats in the house.

  32. Hmmmmm, am I alone in drawing the parellel with SOPA and PIPPA becoming a major and the end of Neptune in Aquarius (internet/social networking)? Yikes.

  33. You know what’s really funny (as in peculiar)? The first piece of artwork reminds me of Michael Jackson, it sort of makes me think of him looking back reflectively, perhaps wistfully, on his life. Weird, huh?

  34. I’m feeling the idea of change, both induced and sought after. But who is to say that what is induced wasn’t sought after and what is sought is not necessarily true. Re-evaluation time. The vista has changed but it hasn’t left me without modifying powers… so that’s a call that I heed or not.

That’s a call that many of us will heed or not as we go through these changing times. Get on the ride or watch it go by. Get busy creating or passively take what has been created as our own. Choice is more important than ever now.. but real choice, not superficial versions of choice.

It’s reinvention time AGAIN!! I confess, I tire of it a little.. there’s a lot of energy goes into it all.. and I’ve done it significantly many times.. but it’s the time to dig in/and or ditch, to be real and to elevate expectations.. no not the petty kind, but the grander visions that are still wafting in the ether.

WIP ~ but that’s where I’m headed. Anyone coming along?

    • Us mutables are not only change adept but find ourselves often in circumstances that shift evrything suddenly. Still, i too was surprised by the last reinvention process. Two years it has taken so far. Friends were bewildered by my first steps. They said i had no problems, no issues, i was doing really well. But high functioning is not the same as flourishing. They were good friends too and i think they were trying to be reassuring but somehow they seem to me now to be naysayers. They are barely around when things have been hard and still express incredulity at the extent of my illness. I wish they’d just live with it as i do. Also my challenge to longheld habits of mine seems to be challenging their own habits in their minds, which is sad since i take them as they are.

Your question: anyone coming along? You will certainly find the answer to over time. And it may surprise you exactly who the people accompanying you are. It still does me! There’s this really cool little crew of support i opened my eyes to. They’re not in my pockets but they’re somehow really respectful and genuinely warm. I wish that for you, Scorchy xxx

      • I’ve lived with fibromyalgia for 13 years now, milleunanotte, and yes, people somehow expect that, once you have a diagnosis, an illness will clear up overnight. I’ve learned to live with the fibro, learn what I can and can’t do, and have reached a sort of equlibrium with it. It’s actually taught me a slower, more graceful dance on this earth, so in that respect I bless what I have and am experiencing. But people who haven’t been sick have no idea what’s going on. So high five’s across the ether, Darl!

        • Thank you, Libraquarius. That means a lot, both your high five (returning one!) and your understanding. It’s great! Yes, grace. This is the gift of it.

  35. I plan on saying goodbye to being unorganized.

    Gem Rising
    Aries Sun 11
    Scorpio Moon 6
    Mercury Taurus 12
    Venus Pisces 10
    Aqua Mars 10
    Neptune Capricorn (st rx) 8

  36. This will be interesting, 1998 was probably the start of my awakening, well at least in those early years the ground was being turned for me to wake up! Had many low Neptune experiences and had to learn haute Neptune, which has probably been one of the mist valuable enduring learnings… it has been in my fourth house, and I did have to learn to find home in a way that’s more grounded and real than ever before, omnipresent….

Reflecting now Neptune has been transformations in all aspects of my life, while Saturn and Pluto have had a fairly big part to play, it is Neptune energy that has helped my heart to be so expansive and full of compassion, to understand and feel the interrelated nature of all beings and to learn how to create peace and share peace. Ahhh well I think I might celebrate Neptune going into my 5th house with absolute reverence!….

It will be interesting to see what Neptune does in my 5th!

  37. So with this change, maybe finally I can let go.
I have loved the one true love of my life since I was 13 years old.
We managed to be together a while but then when I was 21 I told him to go.
Relationships since then pale by comparison, even a 20 year marriage – blighted by my love for him that was always there in the background.
    I love him still.
I think of him dozens of times each day. I don’t do this consciously, he just comes to mind.
I know it is futile – he is happy.
I know it is stupid and unhealthy.
I know its not even him I love now – I don’t know him now, so its just the memory of him I love – a rose tinted memory at that.
It doesn’t help that he is still amazing looking, with eyes that reach to your soul.
I need to get past this.
I need to save my love for those who love me enough to stay with, me and be with me – not waste it on a memory – or on a guy who has never loved me enough to make me No1 in his life – not even number 57 – or that’s how it feels.
I know what I need to do – but doing it is so hard.
So going to shove this all in a box, lock it, throw away the key – and maybe one day – I may even be able to burn the box!

  38. It’s been a long, hard slog since 1998. Change began a couple of months ago, both by choice and necessity. So far, it’s been positive.

  39. Whatever neptune hits in my chart has a palpable effect in my life. For instance, 28 years ago it squared my moon and my mother died. 17 years ago it hit my south node and I married a beautiful, deeply spiritual man who is still with me after all the disasters of neptune in aquarius (the devastation of being a whistleblower when it conjuncted my saturn and the unrequited infatuation of a lifetime – a virgo – when it sextiled my mercury). Even the positive aspects are powerfully disruptive. In a few years it conjuncts my ascendant, venus and chiron and opposes my pluto. Neptune in its dignity is no consolation, I’m bracing myself for another series of major disruptions.

  40. My moon in aqua and Pisces rising – I feel like I have had enough of dress rehearsals and am about to step out from behind the curtains and onto the bright lit stage! I felt a big change coming since Christmas…maybe this is it. Definately no more room for begin shy. Had a hard time over last 14 years, feel that maybe just maybe I am learning now how to reap some rewards (and also relaxing and not worrying ! ). On Thursday night I bought a bottle of champagne and raised a glass to everythign I have ever achieved in my life. and realised its the first time I have done that ever! ever ever

  41. Okay, I’ve got this – I used to feel like I was at school all the time in life. with people around to catch me out and tell me off. Now I feel like I can take control of life instead.

  42. I don’t know what to expect once Neptune moves into Pisces. My 7th house is covered by both Aquarius and Pisces, so essentially, is it more of the same? Or kind of, but not really?
I feel an internal struggle, a duality in flux – I want to explore and have the courage to say so, but I feel stuck due to circumstances, obligations and responsibilities, and even guilt.
Leo Ascendant, Venus, Mars and Moon all in Leo. Venus in 1st, Moon and Mars in 12th. Uranus and Pluto in 1st, but in Virgo.
Libra sun, 2nd house. Saturn in 7th in Aqua.
Transiting Neptune and Uranus have been hitting me hard – opposite so much in my natal chart, as has Saturn in Libra, making my mid 40′s (47 now) a real awakening.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

  43. 47 eh… you’re a dragon like me :) . I dont really know what to expect of Neptune in Pisces either but it’s got to better than Aqua!! I’ve got Saturn in aqua in 2nd house, Neptune will be be transiting 2nd for some time.

I don’t know what to say about your chart except that all that Leo opposing Neptune in Aqua would have been tough, not to mention Saturn. I had Saturn on my Venus last year. God it was rough. It was like someone had smashed my rose-tinted glasses and i couldn’t bear life without them. I have 14 squares in my chart and with Saturn as my chart ruler, I need those glasses!!
Now I’m at a crossroads (Pluto on Asc) and feel stuck also but don’t have any obligations or responsibilities at all. Want big change but don’t know where to start. Paralysed by indecision.
Anyway, just wanted to say “hi” and i know how you feel, and hang in there. There’s only 11 more days til Neptune starts swimming with the fishes :)

    • Thank you! Yes, a Dragon…enough fire there, from both
      Western and Eastern perspectives!
I often feel I am capable of so much more than I am actually doing – not just in my career/job/work, but I feel I have so much love to give.
