Liquor and Fragrance For Fab Feng Shui

Filed in Feng Shui, Perfume

Okay, so i don’t like synthetic scents and I don’t drink whiskey but i so totally want both of these, just for the fab Feng Shui of the packaging!

It’s the Age of Eight in Feng Shui, you know & so Eight is super-lucky.  I have a Lucy Deslandes Eight pic right behind my desk.

And the Ankh, oh god, how i love the ankh. It’s Egyptian for Key of Life.

  1. It’s weird, since you posted about the ankh jewellery, I really want an ankh necklace! I am similarly weirdly attached to cross necklaces despite not particularly identifying as being Christian.
Maybe it’s just a Leo conceit, the Egyptians used to say the world was created with the sun in Leo and the moon in Cancer. *preens*

    • If you get one Lucy, you will discover others wearing them that you
hadn’t noticed before and think you are part of a secret organisation….truly.

  2. Ugggh! Can’t even look at alcohol at the moment! Fair Day on the weekend that Neptune is conjunct Mercury & Mars… Epic. I think I’ve been drunk since yesterday. Need sleep, not looking forward to work tomorrow!

  3. Whisky is called Uisge Beatha in Gaelic, (pronounced a bit like uwish gavar).
    It means ‘water of life’
Those distillers are being very clever (although the target market unlikely to make the link?)

      • I did a bit of reading as well. I think I may have to spring for some the next time I am in the market for some single malt.

Some of my faves are Highland Park 12 yr, Laphroaig Quartercask, and
        Glenmorangie 10 yr. Yours?

  4. Whisky, how I love thee, let me count the brands….

an ankh is perfectly befitting for mysterious, warm juice of the water Gods. What could be more life giving than pure imaginative vision? Tho I am off the plonk for just a few more days, doing serious supine soul sanctuarying. Thank-you Chiron.
