Has anyone read this?
The premise is fascinating.
A television star named Karla Sorenson who sold her soul when she was aged ten (for eternal youth) is fed up with living off the residuals of her old soapies so she gets a starring role in a risque Brit Soap Opera called Menswear, terrifying the famously bisexual star of it, Lance Randall. He does not want her to be his co-star as he fears she is coming to steal HIS soul. And look how well it was blurbed by no less than the Lit Review…
The author’s last name is pronounced “Mars” apparently and he’s born in “November”…Surely, SURELY a Scorpio.

Funny no comments,
so i’ll tell you of one of those books i found in my Scorpio Mother’s library,
about a mother & daughter who went to hell.
They both fell in love with Satan. When he wa aroused there was thunder & lightning,
(the way you love me is frightening?) the lightnening being the Orgasm.
So each knew when he was with the other, & felt wretched as one would if in love with the same
energy. That book probabley accounts for my being turned on by thunderstorms

‘i felt the earth move’?-
Fantastic! lol…

Are you sure it isn’t a biography of Joan Collins?
-
The cover reminds me of one of those cheapo trash novels I read years ago, about a university student who turned out to be the reincarnation/embodiment of Hecate, and went around killing love rivals and lovers alike whilst having no memory of it. Eventually Hecate took over completely during a re-enactment of some kind of Greek ritual race between lots of young women in short togas through some kind of maze (think the Minotaur, etc). It was obviously a complete mish-mash of mythology, etc, with a good dose of titillation thrown in… can’t remember why I was reading it, but I read all sorts of weird stuff in my teens

isn’t that the plot of Faster Pussycat Kill Kill Kill?
