The Moon In Taurus Bust Out

buff

For the next few days, the Moon in Taurus is squaring practically bloody everything (Mars in Leo + the Auspicious Aqua Weirding) and opposing Venus, ruler of Taurus, in Scorpio – the sign of her “detriment.”

And Uranus is stationing Direct, just to add a mega-Bats tone to all this. Uranus Direct is like a v.strong Mercury Retrograde vibe for a week or so, but with more synchronicity and subtle omens.

The Taurus Moon conflicts mean you don’t get into a war of truculence with someone, steer v.carefully around Taureans, Leos, Aquas and Scorps + try not to get too totally stuck/angry. Stubborn, ego-maniacal and vengeful…? It’s understandable but not the best expression of this astro-weirding.

Tuning into it???

Fab energy for busting out of whatever has been constricting you and you didn’t even notice…until NOW!  Jump that fence and gallop. Sometimes the grass truly IS greener on the other side of the fence. It may even be biodynamic and taste heaps better + there is a gorgeous little creek at the bottom of the pasture.

In the last few days, both our home phone handsets stopped working, I bought a couple of new ones and yep, they are playing up. The printer decided it didn’t want to work with new cartridges, had to get a service call to work it out ? Internet went down for the first time in 8 years ? My new email application on my mobile keeps telling me at all hours I have a message when there is none…the list goes on. Merc rex had nothing on this ?

davidl, re the handsets, try changing the channel your wireless router is running on (should you have one). Handsets will be running on their own channel and annoyingly the factory settings are often close to the wireless default.

as for the other stuff, you’re on your own, or not – in here at least!

Just back from Ireland/UK. It’s 20 degrees hotter than I’ve had it for months. There are tricky interpersonal sagas that were suspended-to-be-continued before I left, which are now interestingly playing out, viewed with a new perspective… oh GOD it was gr8 over there; this Oz climate can be hideous. I’m having wonderful ambitious thoughts of studying overseas (strategising ways to return to celtic country hehe) and making pathways to other possibilities. I’ve got a creative energy I’ve not felt for ages. Is it my new travelling self or the planets? Both I would think; ah the timing, as always…

    oh gods it’s hot…

welcome home scorp lizzy…there are some amazing study opportunities for study overseas if you think sideways. I just had my Gem sis-in-law ask if it’s ok to come an hour early to my daughter’s 21st do on Saturday…this would mean my nieces and nephew aged 2-8 at one of the hotter times of the day, getting under feet while I’m still running about. I explained that I’d timed it at 3pm onwards as it’s tolerable heatwise, and would hate to have them parboil…and that I love that she asked first before doing it as I fully expect my Aqua bro-in-law to just launch up an hour early with no apology at all. btw

I have a leo sun, scorp moon and taurus rising and fully expect to not have anyone with any sense trying to mess with me in the next few days. If they do I can just do my part for natural selection…

Anyone see the youtube where a little buffalo was caught by some lions, then, as the lions were trying to get it up off the river bank, a crock came by and they all got in a tug of war with the baby buff! The crock eventually let go.

Then, the herd of buffalo came back for the babe and they scared the lions off! It was really something. Nature at it’s most intense and raw. Like, “The Gangs of the Wild” with the Buff’s coming back to beat up the lions. And the baby lived…hurray!

maybe your bod just needed some serious energy input prowln, i found that i let myself junk out for a day or so, but kept exercising, and that way my body got whatever quick energy fix it needed. a shitload of exercise really sucks the energy out of your body at first…

also i have heard that strenuous exercise can increase a need for trace minerals particularly chromium – suss it out with your nutritionist or online or whatever, but apparently chromium supplements can help balance out blood sugar stuff.

don’t give up – keep up the PT sessions and the rest will work itself out! go hotstuff! xx

Aha, forget Pluto, Uranus or Venus, you were having a sugar transit. UP is right. Sugar cravings usually occur when there’s a deficiency. Either you weren’t eating enough or often enough, or not enough protein or minerals or Vit B, or all of the above.

The fix is highly nutritious food, protein at every meal and eating every few hours. Also, yes a big Vit B supplement with Chromium.

Prowlncat, when are you going to cheer up? You’ve been really angry for some time now and it doesn’t seem to be letting up.

Speaking of Mystic’s warnings……hmmfffff. Have already gone off my rocker over the weekend. Went for a little jaunt to a tourist town nearby and was absolutely incensed to be told even though we had paid $160 for the privilege of staying there, we had to make out own bed. Pissed off is the understatement of the year when we got up off an outdoor table and chair setting to find fresh paint all over our clothes. Complaint was met with absolute denial that they had one any painting and everywhere else in Australia that has cabins does not make the beds. ????? (In the three others I have stayed at this year, all the beds were made). Hubby smoothed it all over but I do have a short wick and I went off like a bomb at the idiot managers on Sat night. Must find out who owns it and make a complaint!

I think they are a recently retrenched couple who live in that fantasy land that having your own business means the money just rolls in without effort and ‘they’ve made it’. I reckon they’ve never worked in the hospitality business before and won’t last long in it either!

Oh you have a point, I mean I posted about a month back when all the scorp squaring stuff started up regarding the particular issues I’ve been facing – there’s a few of em, across the board of my life. So not just itty bitty tweaks but big fat whopping … reassessments. Won’t regurgitate what I said previously again. But now I’m out of that “stuck and don’t know what to do” stage … and in the “I’ve made a few decisions stage”. Well i’m excited. Beside that fact that i’ve still not written the stupid conference presso (it’s just so dull), that bust out moon is going to run over my jupiter, mc, venus, mercury and sun as it makes it way to being full, whilst venus opposes them all, and jupiter and mars square them all. Ha. Astrodienst told me i’d be feeling lazy. oops.
But really i’m methodically going about making the contacts, gathering the info, seeding the opportunities for the phoenixing that shall be all organised prior to christmas, ready to put into action following 2 weeks of lolling about in the beach.
Saturn Girl type bust out, with some help from Cucumber Man. Maybe Joe Uranus will come play too. Bloody jupiter has been squaring all that 10th house stuff for ages though, I think I’ll be even happier when it gets off my arse (suitable Jupiter archetype anyone?)

      1. shell’s avatar

yes, i’m so into mars as cucumber man, although i’m wondering if it emasculates him in some way. Cucumbers are yin foods are they not?
Anyway, he hangs out on my Leo asc with saturn girl, so i think its better if he is as cool as a cucumber.
For some reason before I was thinking about jupiter as a big fat bureaucrat of some sort, the type that offers you the world then doesn’t always follow through.
I have sun at 1 gem, merc at 28 taurus and venus at 23 taurus. Does that count as a stellium?

        Reply

        1. Über Virgo’s avatar

Cucumber man is pretty much the antithesis of Mars in Leo, who wouldn’t be seen dead at a Ladies Auxiliary morning tea. Perhaps Saturn has a cooling influence on Mars in your chart. Restrains him and your Asc a bit. You get big things done, but you take time and do them properly?

The merc and venus are conjunct, but a stellium is three or more planets conjunct in one sign.

          Reply

          1. shell’s avatar

Yes, i defn think saturn girl ha my asc mars whipped (but if I recall correctly he didn’t invite her to his party, so nah nah saturn girl)
I was actually quite disappointed when I realised i had birth time wrong and I was a leo rising rather than a virgo. I’d much prefer to be anal than up myself.
And oh yes to taking my time to get things done. Lazy would be another way to describe it :)
            Thanks Uber

          2. Über Virgo’s avatar

Leo rising would rock! Such an exuberant outlook. Don’t forget Saturn girl + Mars in Leo is capable of moving mountains — methodically.

          3. shell’s avatar

What, so you’re saying I’m still going to be doing my phd in 10 years time? :)

          4. scorpalicious robot’s avatar

so what does having a stellium mean? I have a Virgo stellium in the 8th house. OCD?

          5. shell’s avatar

            OCD about sex and death?

          6. Über Virgo’s avatar

robots, a stellium usually means some extreme/intense experiences as a multiple conjunction is a major focussing of energy, but also because transits hit those planets one after another. Eg. Eight plus years of Uranus transits of my Virgo stellium, then two years of Saturn transits over same. Good news is that I’m up for twelve years of Pluto trines…

          7. shell’s avatar

uber, then why does the ‘in one sign’ make much of a difference? except for diff expression of energy, which diff planets would do anyway? that is, I still get the same long transit thing with venus, merc, sun.

          8. Über Virgo’s avatar

Hmmm. That’s a question for the pros. Neighbouring planets in other signs can get pulled into the stellium if close enough. It can also be a concentration of three or more planets in a house. Either way it’s a focus on the energies of that sign or house in the person’s life, and transits to the stellium will further emphasize those energies. For robots, her eighth house activities take on a Virgoan modus operandi. 8th is ruled by Scorp, so the cluster of planets there also reinforces her Scorpiness.

          9. shell’s avatar

            Thanks love.
My 3 are in the same house, but not quite same sign.
If i’m lucky and joe comes back from holiday with some random other people’s money to share about, I will ask the pros indeed.

          10. scorpalicious robot’s avatar

thanks Über, reinforcing my Scorpiness eh. Hmmm, i’m clearly in denial. Hehe. With the stellium of Virgo planets explains why i’ve always been obsessive/compulsive about health and diet.

Twelve years of Pluto trines – that’s a good thing i would imagine – heaps of positive transformation.

          11. Über Virgo’s avatar

robots, there’ll be more to it than the ocd. That’s a lot of strong, edgy energy to be harnessed. Apart from being analytical (or plain anal) Virgo can also be earthy, dionysac/naughty and the eighth house, as Kim Falconer says, is about merging with others, soul depth, transformation and the willingness to take risks for those things.

          12. scorpalicious robot’s avatar

well yes of course there is the earthy Dionysiac/naughty side but a woman has to have her secrets. ;)

I just wish humanity could get a grip and consider whether the devastation of their habitats be halted as easily as it seems we are able to recreate them in snowdome fairy-tale worlds for our own entertainment and research somewhere else. Are those air conditioned rocks cooled by solar power?
