The Saturn Files

Eugenia+Tsimiklis+-+ilt+013Eugenia Tsimiklis

I know there is heaps of Saturn Girl stuff on here – you can use the Tags or Search engine to find it if you like – but this is just a brief note about the current Saturn cycle for those who have not been tracking it.

Saturn is now in the middle of a cycle that began back in March and, more strongly, in September, when Saturn last opposed Uranus. Then, just the other week, Saturn squared Pluto. In late January it squares Pluto again. Then, in April 2010, it opposes Uranus.  And again in July. Finally, in August, it squares Pluto.

I can’t keep typing ‘again’ and ‘again’ again.  But you get my point?

This has been and is non-stop Saturn-Uranus-Pluto action.

Uranus & Pluto are the Gods Of Change – Saturn is our worldly structure and Saturnine changes are for real. They manifest in everyday life.

If you think there is a lot of change about you and those you know, sit down and note the evolution in your life since March 2009. Who’s still around? Who’s gone? How have you altered?  How have you improved? You may not have had time to track it but i betcha there has been a potent and distinct tracking upward, no matter what merde you’ve gone through.

And if not? I’d actually be more worried if nothing had altered…So, Saturn-Uranus-Pluto have a way to go on this track. The evolution continues. Saturn-Girl is still hard at work, helping you eliminate “tolerations” from your life and the person you were always meant to be. And, lol, it probably has a lot to do with getting the basics together so that you may better pursue your dreams.

Note that Saturn-Pluto-Uranus is especially hard on moribund relationships.  Go on and list your evolution since March 2009 + the “tolerations” you have eliminated.  Sensitive or astro-fiendy readers will have noticed that i have been gently trying to introduce the topic of Uranus in Aries from mid-2010 and how it will then square Saturn and Pluto.

Evolving now, while the going is good, is the easier way.

OMG my world has flipped 360 since March09!!

    Le Turd – gone
barren social life / zilch biz prospects – gone
    Saturn Girl filters – intact
VERY close friends from the distant past – BACK!!

simplicity & fun reign where stress (predominantly driven by Le Turd) existed….YAY!

Woke up today, clear headed & calm, but bitch-slapped by reality check…..now deftly tending duties to continue the new life restructure…… i.e ‘what do I really want to be when I grow up’?

yeah that old puppy LOL xox ;-) xox

Mystic … you truly are incredible! Everything you wrote is my life. Since March I have had two major shifts in my life and numerous little ones. Unbelievably painful occurrences but I’m finally healing and heading in a much healthier and stronger direction.
I have a whole new respect and “Love” for Saturn now. I see it as a strong energy here to knock off the crap and get things moving where they need to be.
I used the energy this last time to secure things that have been set in motion and believe it or not… actually looking forward to the next squaring of Pluto in Jan.

Because of what Saturn brought about in my life this past year, I’m the strongest I’ve EVER been and have no fear of what’s next.

Thanks so much for your insight and ability to give us a real assessment of what’s happening in the skies.

    You Rock!!

    * more relaxed about some relationship things

    * (a little) more confidence to address tricky interpersonal issues

*better at taking responsibility / being responsible for things

*grasp of time management is improving, on the whole… except when distracted by this blog!!

Was thinking the other day whether a sudden injection of funds in my life would change my plans…cue foreshadowing…so now I have an amount of money hovering in the near future that really throws into focus what I really want…I’m not complaining in anyway shape or kind here…I just find it interesting that with the careful planning/evolving all the money injection does is possibly speed some stuff up. I’m already doing what I really want to.

I am thinking though that maybe using half of it for the already planned stuff is good, it speeds things up nicely…and then I can save the other half (to fuel/fast track an expected unexpected opportunity) and keep saving on a week by week basis. Oh Saturn.

took a new job in march. best thing i have even done. not the best job ever but it seems that everything has taken off since then. to say there’s been a distinct tracking upwards is understating a tad… i think you could call it delayed nuclear strength self-individuation. but i can’t quite deal with the relationship stuff esp since every other part of my life is overshadowing it.

uranus in aries has me intrigued – i could finally flip into that other world that people around me think i live in, or else i could just catch fire.

my chart is choc-full-’o-squares so they don’t scare me – they are doors.

From what Mystic says, you might need to look at the relationship stuff that you “can’t quite deal with” so it’s not so hard on the next Saturn swing by. Be brave – you can.

I for one can add to the voices of positive change. I’m loving what my ruling planet has been getting up to. FINALLY things have started moving, crap is being culled, mystery people and things are showing themselves for what they are and significantly relieving the headspace and the hard slog is evening out. PLUS, as you predicted Mystic… starting to get some serious recognition for all my plodding and perseverance!! Have been nominated for an award, will find out tonight… Send me some good vibes (and lucid acceptance speech vibes too) beautiful MM subscribers!!

But, we did take full advantage of the open bar, and I fear there could be some odd photographs of me drunkenly posing with Natalie Bassingthwaite that surface in a women’s magazine somewhere this week… LOL.

I am not spending big at the moment, LL. And, gee, I am still just as happy. As I am not working (by choice) for a rest period after too much work, I can manage things better, cos it all seems clearer when I am not stressed. Do I sound sensible? The whole world is going to be forced to simplify/cut back soon, so I am just pre-empting it. Am loving the time I have to watch my vegies grow.

BTW, the Saturn watershed ( or whatever else one would want to call it) did wonders for me.

Still counting my blessings which include like minded bloggers in Mystic’s beautiful bubble. x

Yeah little fish, I think sitting back and taking stock of our attitudes to money can reveal some interesting realisations regarding what really drives us.

I think the difference for me now is that my spending is a lot more strategic…and I agree wholeheartedly about how clear decisions are, when we create a less stressed life to make them from.

It’s funny how creating time to watch veges grow is often more of a luxury to most of us.Yes I think you’re sounding most sensible and content.

x – Trying to take better care of myself/realizing limits/speaking up when uncomfortable/in pain/need help
x – Finally getting health situation under control
x – Going to therapist to help manage anxiety and other merde
x – Following through on things instead of making plans and avoiding them
x – Trying to help community (currently trying to start a school wide drive to help the homeless! Let’s hope my fellow students are willing to give this season!)
x – Doing loads of school work (though currently procrastinating. deadline this friday for everything. Probs going batty by the end of the week)
x – Forming some sort of college plan (though I’m terrified of it failing, must perservere)
x – Dropped crap friends & getting closer to old good friends I miss
    x – Cooking up a storm!
x – Making art instead of wishing to make art

Just wishing I wasn’t so unmotivated/depressed right now. Hoping to get it all sorted out soon. Pretty sure it’s mostly due to current medication, can’t wait to switch to a new one. Sick of being irritable/hostile/not myself. Boo side effects! Hooray Saturn getting me to sort my life out! I’m finally acting authentic, Sartre would be proud!

Good on you, Lesly! That’s a mighty list to be getting through and I”m sure the anxiety stuff will finally leave you alone. Once the stranglehold is loosened, it’s amazing how your life seems “lighter”. Even beating the procrastination/ avoidance stuff gives you soooo much strength. Am still getting through all that myself – hence the “stress princess” moniker – and am loving that my Cap ruler is taking control.

I’m going through a friend cull too. Just don’t relate to ppl in my life anymore. But i need to replace them with new friends (which is hard when I largely work from home – and it’s weird being a grown-up and having to make “friends.”) Luckily, I think I’m knowing myself betterer and betterer and also speaking up when in need/ disagreeing/ sick of others’ crap. So I think anyone who meets me now will be meeting a really cool version of me that’s more akin to who I want/ am trying to be.

Loads of luck to you (not that you need it when it seems as though the universe is right behind you the whole way!) :)

    Wow – me too.
Jan/Feb – between jobs – subsisting on temping jobs and doing shifts as a mature age checkout chick at Woollies. Arrears building on mortgage. Life feeling chaotic and outta control. Long term crush shunning me.
March – get new job – 50% payrise above what I’ve been doing the last three years – for about 50% less work. Office with million dollar views of city and water.

Since then have paid off debts.
Reconnected with long term crush (though just as friends)
    Better work life balance
    Upgraded wardrobe
Progressed in leaps and bounds on my adult learning adventure of learning the fiddle
Coaxed cajoled and benignly neglected 17 year old son through year 11 and great grades
Just about to buy a new eco-friendly car
Some struggling with politics and learning curve of new job…but I’m dealing with it in a far more grown up fashion than I ever have.
Just started to really eat healthily again…and adding exercise to that is the next step.

It all feels good and getting better.

blah blah blah about all of the GOOD things I have done since March, with all of the bad habit kicking and getting a cruel handle on our budget – what I have noticed since Sept. is the extent of my self-destructive streak and just how low I will go re: using lacking self confidence as an excuse for not liking being bored! If there is one thing jupiter in Leo cannot tolerate – it is boredom :( but then, I also do need elements of the destructiveness as I struggle making money, not maintaining it – making it. I will work 24 hours a day on a passion for 2 cents lol

as I mentioned before, it was mars moving over my jupiter, with the saturn/pluto thing going on, and I am also mid uranus opp. transitting the 2nd house, so it is very much about personal money at the moment as well – that was a WTF ARE YOU DOING? scream early on etc etc

just wondering if it was the right scream to follow at the moment lol

still midst it and no idea if next year will see me a dribbling psychotic mess wondering about everything I have tossed, career wise, this last year OR thankful that I did and concentrated all of that passion on something that I actually LOVE even if not as good at compared to the photography and other stuffies. who knows, just one wild ride :O

Have been having a pragmatic year & very interesting changes have occurred from March onwards. I have peeps back in my life from a very long time ago & have extracted some as well. None of this has been negative just a general shift & acceptance.
I have greater awareness of who I want in my life & what I want to do with my life. I feel closer to being truly authentic & I’m trusting my intuition on that. It is good to just let go & feel my way through, because lets face it, is there any other way?
I like that I can reassess my options & know that there are opportunities for changes when I need them. My world is opening up & I feel good about that.
Having Saturn return this month…. feels mature & deep…. lol

Gosh – I have loved Saturn trundling through my life – not necessarily at the time, but definately in hindsight. I have revamped my health and fitness, am much more proactive about avoiding ill health in any form, and I focus on fixing the cause, not faffing around managing the symptoms – this very much ramped up in March, and continued. Work, I became so much more pragmatic between Jan and March, and from April I have been content in my role, at the same time well aware that is is a time filler to allow me to really establish what it is I want to be when I grow up – and thats how I plan to use the next few months… the stars dictate it! Personal life, I’ve not so much culled friends, as identified who it is I want to continue having in my life, and why, what it is they bring to me – the people who do not contribute positively have been allowed to move on.
To do list? Evolving… But how to be fabulous and brilliant at interpersonal relations when I am upset or have an issue is top of the list…

    (c) getting initiated.
