Dark Moon, Facebook & Ephemeris Realisations

flirt11iu

Right. And so the Saturn-Pluto zoomped up Dark Moon dirges on…Dark Moon is meant to be spent in tranquil pursuits and i VOW i am going to spend the next one Zen-Slothed. Seriously, I am going to plan it.  But this one is peculiar, energised by Saturn squaring Pluto — like an orgy of change and resolutions amidst the powerful psych realizations.

I went to bed ludicrously early last night, with my Ephemeris (book that depicts the positions of planets etc + eclipses, for years and years) and I just read it like a book…which I don’t usually have time to do.  I was tracking Saturn + Eclipses. Awesome. Eureka flashes galore.  THAT is the sort of activity the Dark Moon is good for.

Okay, not everyone gets off on reading ephemerides but you get my point?

AND; i have just gone on Facebook, having resisted it for absolutely ages. So, please go find me – Mystic Medusa, I would like to think i am the only one – and add me as a friend or whatevs. Don’t expect profundity. I am going to emulate my son and his friends who just post barely comprehensible gibberish day and night (LOl cuz bra u fuqing retard i luv u w.t.f that gay shit c u @ stadium may-b) because i think that’s the only truly plausible way to do it.

As my son just put it: “So you already spend a lot of time fuqing around online googling really weird shit and now you are going to the same on Facebook and embarass me in front of all my friends.” Yes!

Okay, so go add me if you like.

And another Dark Moon Theory: Face masks are more effective during the Dark Moon.

Very interesting, dahlink. I just mud-packed face after rose scented bath – it’s autumn here in Canada – on a whim. Haven’t done it in ages. My Saturn conjunct Venus in Scorps opposite my moon in Taurus rather curious to see if all hell’s going to break loose today – or am I?

I’ll say. This feels like the most profound New Moon EVER. Big changes afoot in terms of EVERYTHING. A totally chilled vibe though combined with realisations galore but due to the introspective nature of it – and my not caring a jot – I feel calm. Am I finally in sync with the moon?!? Lots of tranquil pursuits too – almost like when you’re sick and all you can do is relax, read a good book, drink some tea, and ponder. Spent hours yesterday just reading about goddesses. Today has been more of the same chill.

Funny too how I usually will do a facial mid week but changed it to tonight cause it seemed like the right thing to do. Thanks for the confirmation Mystic. Wonder what other pursuits are good for dark moon.

Not on facebook despite my friends urgings over the last year. Pity, I was curious to see the pic of you with the rabbit.

So I could check out Mystic’s page Empress, I registered but just skipped everything else (upload pix, check for friends already there, etc. ) when it asked “skip”.

Just took a minute and I don’t care to be on facebook so will not use the account except to take a peek now and then.

Oh, and yes I Zen Slothed this Dark Moon for all its worth…literally woke up at 4PM, yes in the afternoon when finally the Jolie Leo GF from Toronto called frantically as news had finally reached her that Le Toilet was in Le Dump.

I blearily got up and obediently gave her the version, she is now jubilant as cherries. I am communing with Estes a la the Wolves book and having scores and scores of rapid fire insights, am soooo tired but feel fulfilled in the quiet. Still sad, but it’s more a pregnant sadness, promising y’know…

My house has been masterfully zen-noired to the max, I sat up late last night reading the Calleman.com site on the 9 cosmic forces & I have a fab Saturn square Pluto pimple on my forehead…does everyone know that a dab of neat patchouli oil will cure a zit in 12 hours? Its the best…

I like the idea of a pimple representing an aspect ss. Actually, had a young manager once and looking in the mirror inspecting her zits, she asked out loud “I wonder what constellation this is?” Cute!

NO!! I did not know about patchouli oil clearing up zits. and as I am plagued by adult acne, THANK YOU STARSTROKES. Will now go buy patchouli immediately. (Don’t have any because of the hilarious comment in “High fidelity” if you know it.)

another product i swear by is MD Skincare “All-Over Blemish Solution” it’s expensive but lasts a long time. I don’t have a constellation as such but when i get the occasional spot once a month i just dab this cream on and it disappears overnight. I have tried everything on the market and this is seriously MAGIC!!

    Oh dear, tranquil huh?

I think there was more emotional uncluttering going on at my place. Astounding conversation with Sagg daughter and her sagg bf last night. We’d been off to the scorp uncle’s birthday do, and then walked home to the dark of the moon.Admittedly trying to remember the words to ‘Jolene’… mood of evening thus a little freaky, stars were nice though. Aqua daughter not in an easy mood either. Then as the evening went into the morning all these emotional layers came off. Want to respect their privacy so won’t go into full details but it was interesting seeing them feel comfortable revealing so much. Hoping at this point I stayed quiet when needed and threw in a couple of necessary words too.

Be good to give the place a complete clean out before the new moon too.

well I had a great two days and fell flat today! Sun right on my Neptune, thus triggering off my trine with merc. I am really not loving the trine aspect much these days. It seems to do not much, or too much! Had no chance to declutter but shall tomorrow when there is some quiet but it was a productive weekend none the less, just feel emotional and tired today about the past and present! reflective about certain decisions made, mostly about career with the Neptune up there and the end result of all that. But excited about the new option I am working on and I have not felt excited for about two years!

love your photo mystic! you look fabulous and your daughter is so cute!

it’s like anything, what can be trusted? even your snail mail can get pilphered but at least with facebook or myspace, you can control how much information you hand over. you don’t have to have detailed personal information whatsoever and can create a business name account alone!

I have my family and what I consider external family, plus mystic on my facebook and generally use it to laugh at the groups my son finds lol it really can be what you, the individual, makes of it xo

There’s a great Facebook group called ” Oh no! Facebook is positively reinforcing on a variable interval schedule!” which explains Facebook in Skinnerian behaviouralist psychological theoretical terms. It’s a hoot!

Data mining and spying….if you use a phone, have a bank account, work, drive a car….you’re already data mined. That’s modern life.

And digital spying….I’d love to have a life SO interesting that my facebook or telephone exchanges with friends set off the CIA/FBI/ASIO electronic listening alarm bells…..but despite loving ‘Spooks’ i’ve not been recruited or warned in any fashion to date….

exactly! it could be offensive to not add someone but is it really? without it you would be none-the-wiser about these people and they would just be memory dust and if they ‘really’ wanted to catch up with you that badly, why did you all drop out of contact in the first place?

never been one to fluff about popularity, such a transient and fleeting life quality!
