Venus is now in Scorpio, btw. Take careful note today as the Love-Goddess sextiles Pluto, stirring memories of Venusian-Plutonic shenanigans (hot, karmic, forbidden etc) from way back.

Venus has not been Retro in Scorp since late 2002. It’s always a good one. DO avoid negative Venus-Plutonic carry on…stalkery, bitcherel and overly-intense emo. Perhaps think more in terms of elegant skin-shedding, so that may slither out of the discarded skins, all gleaming and perky again.
After the New Moon, Venus does a whole lot more of stuff – squaring Mars in Leo (always great for a good time, trining Uranus (surprise!) and squaring the Auspicious Aqua-Weirding…If you like your love life intense, bats, sexy and a bit power-trippy, this could be your sort of thing. Ditto if you feel like things have been stuck for a bit. BUT don’t push thy luck THIS week = let the Saturn-Pluto Square do its thing…It’s not exactly romantic.

Oh Matt, exceptions to every rule.. I have Venus retro in Scorp.. and although there have been intense times in life, sexually speaking.. I am certainly not even close to entering any field of the sexual arts in a life/work sense. Maybe its my 3 planets in sagg that help me be less hung up on that sort of stuff?

I know of a gal who has a huge Leo Stellium in 8th and she was a professional call girl.

Having a Venus Return today. From way back Mystic like you say as it’s my Draconic Venus in Scorpio at 1 deg.
Must have been why I felt the need to download Kelly Clarkson’s “Already Gone”. Not reccommended unless your up for a reminicing type of tear jerk.
And did a horary. My Moon degree exact on the Asc. Everything was very synchronistic today and intense. Very tuned into a vibe I could feel on the outskirts of my ethers… But went to the pool and made all the good foods to eat that are on my new plan. “Dream of Broccoli” Soup. Good for the Soul and the Bod…When in doubt, take care of yourself…
And yeah Matty, probably was a slut in a past life but damn it was fun…

Lauren Delsack has some Draconic talks over on Youtube. I haven’t listened to them but know that she sort of specializes in this. I first learned of the Draconic from Kim Falconer. She states that it’s like a subtle lining to our clothes..Soul/reincarnation stuff. Think beloved Kim has an area on her site with info. and know for sure that she has a thread on her forum. Astrodienst also has pull down with Draconic charts made for you. Remember when we had to do that stuff by hand!

OH, is that why I cried for a full half hour straight down Pacific Coast Highway tonight, so much so I think my abs got toned in the process. Gawdesss help me, stirrings indeed. Not a good night tonight, I am finally feeling things and it does not feel good.
Timely advice though, I shall grieve for my old skin even as I lose it, and keep that vision to remind myself this pain is good. I guess its just hard doing what I need to do to let things die..I know it makes room for good things, new things, a new life. I know that intellectually.
But Venus in Scorp is kicking my ass with it.

Saw your post on the Heartbreak thread Fallen. My heart goes out love. Didn’t want to say the Scorp transit was a possibility until you wanted/if you commented here. Guess the Venus in Scorp isn’t s omething you particulaly needed so soon?
I cried into a dish towel today myself as could feel “things” regards the Pisces. His Draconic Sun 16 Scorpio right on my 16 Scorp natal Vertex. Sun was at 16 Scorpio today. That was a very sensitive place in my natal chart when we met as Jupiter, Venus and the NN were all conjunct my Vertex opp. natal Venus that particular day. The trans. point of fortune was opp my Sun & point of fortune exact. Such a powerful line up.
I had to let go of the Pisces too for all the right reasons but certain people were/are just huge turning points in our lives. Think today’s energy just stirred up alot, you know? I do know how hard it is to be the one to say good-bye when we would have preferred not to have had to but for the right reasons we must. It’s not about regretting having done so but just sad that we had to and all the attendant memories of when things were good.

Oh Sweetpea, that is so poignant, tears in a dish towel. Sorrow amidst the practical and day to day, I feel for you too and thank you for commiserating. I know what you mean to feel someone, its like something pulls on that invisible long resting cord then you hear the bells toll inside you, and everything remembers, your eyes, your skin, your soul. I didn’t know I would be hit THAT hard so unexpectedly, by all accounts today was like any other day but just a torrent…I LOVE Venus in Scorpio, but wish I had happier reasons to delight in it.
Take the bad with the good though and set it off to sail on its way with an accepting heart. I guess, it didn’t help that so much of this is echoing my mother’s death, and the last hours where the doctors worked and worked and worked on her, till they turned to me and said, It’s your call.
It is like that though isn’t it. You see someone you love, and you have to make a decision. Feels like grit rolling over raw skin. Thank you for writing…sleep it is. Healing dreams to you.

Sweetpea, it’s truly been a Hell of a Pluto Transit.. decisions like that, make something inside you curl up and die. Mum dying happened before last Xmas..so now I am facing her first year’s death anniversary quite alone.
I don’t think its a bad thing though it feels *(^#@!! painful, deep inside I know she would have wanted me to do this. She did find out some of the things Le Scorp put me through before she died, and she always said the same things I did, i.e. why did he have to lie etc.
But with that inherited compassion comes her strength, so I’d like to think, as awful and as hateful these moments are right now, I am honoring what she’s given me far more by doing this. It’s called being in Dignity.

Agree about the Dignity capitol “D”. My Mom used to get tears in her eyes when she would see me hurting/upset. She just didn’t understand why it couldn’t be done but it just wasn’t done yet.
Having my second cup of Dr. Wu tea and boy might I pay for this late night tomorrow. Good thing I get a two hour lunch and can take a nap!

My Pisces is the cause – along with V in Scorp of course – of today’s drama. Wonder if the Pisces having a South Node in Virgo – or any planet etc. – makes it worse.

Adelaide is having a Spring official heatwave = -6 days over 35 degrees, minimum 26 over night.
Perfect weather for a Scorpion Venus.
Sweetpea, for celcius double it & add 30 gives farenheight temp. These temps don’t usually
happen until January.

Pegasus, Melbourne too, is cooking and baking. At night, near midnight it’s still 30 degrees.
The effing heat wave is driving me nutso, giving me tension headaches and can’t be effing bothered to do anything. I HATE that this weather is soooo early!!! HATE IT! Seems peeps generally get s.a.d. during winter, but not me, I get it during effing hot3x weather, depresses me.-
Of course, Melba gets our weather a day or so later as we mostly gets Perth’s.
But so soon without acclimatisation is heavy without the nights cooler to reorientate.

pegs , any tips for tahiti? im heading over on 22 nd and all i can gather is its freakin expensive!!! im totally on a budget , ive found a place in moorea about $40 / day but the reviews say the american ex pat who runs the place is scitzo! crazy and even violent? also is there any chance of picking up over there? i know you spent some time there hope you dont mind me asking for advice and hope mystic doesnt mind either….

It is v v expensive but does not have to be. Moorea is THE place. There is a back packers next to club med, 40 is great as hotels are 400!
Become friends with a local that fishes. Coconuts & fruit are abundant & free. Try & find Teruna Huauta, the name is well known at Moorea Village Huts. Take old jeans, surfboards, music to swap with locals, a couple of old boomboxes with batteries, will endear you. The like Aussies & NZ peeps coz of surfing culture vis a vis the French.
In Tahiti Island stay at Hiti Mahini back packers on the beach near Pt. Venus.
Bora Bora & Huanini also have the best sites for backpackers as Tahitians own ALL the beaches.
Shall give it more thought when more awake.
The south pacific franc is same as US dollar. Can sometimes pick up work at the back[ackers for free rent.

Day I moved here, Palm Springs, it was 46c. Highest on record 50.5. Summers usually somewhere around 40-43.
Goes on for months. Lately in 80’sf-90f.
Taken me awhile to acclimate to this. Thank God it’s dry heat most of the year. We get nearly no rain and if we do, better run outside fast and stand in it (which I did). But San Jacinto Mountain right west of me and when it snows up there get a very cold wind chill in the winter which I love. Beautiful view.
Going from desert floor to top of San Jacinto (8500 ft.) like going from Mexico to Canada in 15 minutes. People get passes and go up the tram in the summer just to escape the heat. 30 degrees cooler.

With Draconic Scorp Venus, agree spirit. Not necessarily the “under sexed part” for most of my life, only that it doesn’t matter that much to me now and the H.P. card is one that often shown up in my readings over the years.
