Bear Grylls, the Man versus Wild dude ate a scorpion on tv tonight- alive! “For the protein” he admonishes- “just don’t eat the stinger”…

Personally, Scorp jewels not for me, I have been stung by real creepycrawly Scorpions twice when I lived up north & it bloody hurts- there is no glamour there!

I did used to have a grand costume jewellery phoenix that was my nan’s & I wore it to bits…literally; all his feathery bits fell off…

Exactly !…..I`m a Scorp and would never wear something so obvious….prefer being mysteriously vague…I never , ever wear designer names or labels on my clothing either…too vulgar and tasteless to have someone else`s name on MY things !

ME TOO! I never wear labels. I was religious about wearing t-shirts without words on them when I was a teenager. I was/am really into rock n roll and only once wore a Ramones t-shirt and vowed never to do it again. The idea of PAYING to ADVERTISE somebody elses whatever pissed me off. Since then I’ve realized it is also a social identification/group thing. But I’m still too proud.

Good one Spirit! It’s great to find out on this sight things that I thought were just my idiosynchrasies, and to find out hey! Not my fault! It’s the sign baby! Plus I’m part of an awesome community of ladies!

I couldn’t have put it better myself !! Big logos always look so tacky and cheap. Apple logo excluded of course, but even then i don’t have the white earphones for my ipod. 1. they hurt my ears and they’re crap quality and 2. i don’t like advertising to the world that i have an ipod.

Wow that is superpowerful to wear as a belt! Do you think other signs can wear such a thing and not look like a tosser? Would it hex a non-Scorpio or just add Scorpio chakra power? It is soo Scorpionic. This is a particularly elegant buckle, if I was a whippet hipped Scorpio Rocker I think I would wear it. I’m not any of those things of course so…

Not so much a fan of that belt but I do love them of all kinds! I’d wear it as a brooch and would love a beautiful phoenix or even peacock to wear. I wore a big silver heart on my belt for ages… however that’s just abit too small now :(

I think we scorps are attracted to interesting jewellery, I scored a moustache necklace this morning for my birthday and I love it so much (and was told it suits me?!) I also have, apples, grapes, carousel horses and dining chairs too…

You’re not a scorp are you Matty? Is it your mate who is?

My first reaction was AWESOME! I would totally wear it! I don’t remember anyone looking at my crotch when I say I’m a scorpio. I feel a little jibbed. They usually just do this knowing half smile.

But then I also thought I wouldn’t want to be that obvious. So I do agree with scorp robot and spirit.

I’d probably put it between my matresses for good luck, or displayed somewhere in my boudoir where only the selected would get to see it. Maybe as a broach on a black dress but BETWEEN chiffon layers, so people MIGHT get a glimpse of it occasionally.

I did have a really strong positive reaction when I saw the piece though. Would you wear it Mystic?

This reminds me of my Scorp uncle. He wouldn’t wear this belt as yeah it’s a tad obvious for a scorp…but man he wears the biggest belt buckles…

He’s holding his 60 b’day celebration soon, which will have lashings of simple food, a good band, plenty of people (he’s asked for no pressies just a donation if one is so moved to a children’s charity).

His way of celebrating is pretty much the norm for him, though it is noteworthy as it’s actually his 61st birthday this year.

Leonine darling, isn’t he the uncle who’s still got his mojo going?? Sounds quite a character, and yes the belt would be too obvious for a Scorp.

When I first saw it, I thought..should I wear this on my head??? Seeing as how Lower Scorped I’d been…no offense to all the lovely Hi Scorps in residence here.

But I figured scarring is enough…

Pegasus I am more Scorp-loving than Scorpionic..or maybe I am as I am phoenixing madly?

But yes, you always back up to a hard drive in case your computer crashes thereby taking the entire “personality” of your work with it. Or you could also back up via an online service like Mozy…

I had my Dell crash while I was on an island, it was one of the many things that started the death trend two years ago..now I back up as if I were protecting myself from STDs. :)

I have Neptune, scorpio in the 4th house what does this mean??

That belt buckle reminds of some old dude who might consume far more bourbon than his diabetes would allow him to.

    1. scorpalicious robot’s avatar

4th house is family, home, early influences. If Neptune is well aspected then maybe your home life was creative, dreamy etc but if in negative aspect then delusions regarding family, unstable home life, a parent under Neptunian influence perhaps.

May i recommend a fabulous book on astro houses? It details ever single planet/sign in house combination. And it’s freakingly accurate.

The Twelve Houses – Howard Sasportas. Forward by Liz Greene.

you have got to watch scorpio….

I mean what is going on right now—

I can feel the moon but the sun?
    I feel leo sun I think, interesting…
scorpio has this magic side, the occult=
    real weird stuff ….
its already happened- in an apartment, see small copper wire scultpture
of a scorpion next to a particularly interesting brand of whiskey
(jack daniels #7) with very special meaning for me involving that whiskey
    on a scorpio full moon….

    that is so powerful synchronicity….

i’ve been getting very connected with my scorp side lately and its conflicting to my sunny leo side. Bit of dark and light.

I wonder if there’s any way to contact the seller of that buckle without having to sign up on the site. Does anyone know?

By the way, hello scorps! This is my first time at this site.
