Okay, so yes. The Office Bitch went into therapy and emerged as a Sociopath or a person with a Mood Disorder such as N.P.D.
She may be a He. The term Bitch actually has fabulous Pagan witchy-anarcha-goo-goo origins and NO disrespect is intended to lady-dogs or Lilith etc.
But, for the sake of brevity, let’s just say Office Bitch. And, yes i realise the above pic is awfully flattering to the genre. But it’s probably how they see themselves. Even the men, lol.
I haven’t worked in an actual office since forever but i still recall these types vividly. Their pass-agg sneers, petty machinations and neurotoxic perfume. I saw a woman stomping up the road the other day, triangular bottom encased in pin-stripes, snarling into fone at some poor fuqer and i had the most lurid flashback.
The other night, at the astro-cabaret night in Melbourne, these two fabulous girls (the industry; M.E.A. Media-Entertainment-Arts) confessed they had come along for help in dealing with their Office Bitch…And she was/is a DOOZIE. Super-dark. Everyone chiming in with suggestions but the creature in question seemed invulnerable.
Suggestion: Feng Shui her desk so that she loses a bit of her power….
M.E.A. Girls: She has SIX DESKS!
Suggestion: Talk to her immediate superior about x-y-z that she is doing to undermine blah….
M.E.A.: She’s sleeping with him!
Suggestion: Talk to the personnel…
M.E.A. She’s blackmailing him!
And so it went on…Tips for these peeps suffering under an Office-SocioBitch regime are welcome…Plus, Please vote…

i cast my vote for scorpio based on working with one who was convinced that i needed “training” in the ways of office politics. perhaps i did, but i wasn’t terribly happy with what i learnt.
however i do think that geminis can be a bit of a handful in this area as well. my friend/underminer at school was a gemini, and others I have had troubles with at work have been geminis. though gemini men are sometimes v interesting to me (despite my narcissistic schizophrenic father leaving me with bad memories of badly behving geminis). i think it’s the falseness, and the quickness to gossip (with intent – yes i know pisceans gossip as a reflex action but not like that…)
-
I feel for the M.E.A Girls – having been there twice, I have only empathy, and no suggestions!
Unless she’s diddled her corporate card, then rat her out. Thats what happened in my workplace recently…. -
Oh puleease (no offence indigofish – great name btw) – why does everyone pick on scorps?? I’ve for the most part found them extraordinarily authentic and good to deal with. – in fact of all my bosses over my lifetime = No. 1. SCORPIO fem; No. 2. VIRGO male = LEO male. I’m hypothesising the air signs are the pain the ass office beeatch as they luurve to gossip and waste space. Shoot me down air-dudes (no offense intended , just having fun
-
yah that was my point. the instant reaction was to vote scorp just cos of my memory of this dude, and i guess cos its the stereotype, but then when i had a second to think about it, the geminis really stood out as deserving of a vote (or 2). the scorp actually tried to help me gain an insight into that world of office politics so i guess that was pretty real.
caps can be cold as ice in the office, and suddenly switch back to “sorry, do i know you?” when trying to be prof in front of the boss. but my money is on the real 2 faced sign…
-
-
scorpalishy – voted libra in honour of your perfumed nightmare!
-
All you peeps who are voting for Scorps – are you afraid – verrry afraid?? Why don’t do back up your vote with an evidential quote?? Come on – let’s get real guys – scorps get enuf hard press!
-
thanks FF for sticking up for Scop bosses! I am still in contact with my old team, and they still tell me, more than 18 months after I left that I was the best boss they had….
-
yes thanks FF. Just got home, saw the post, looked at the results and was a bit shocked i must say. Haven’t read all the comments yet.
-
Thanks to all lovely scorps. I picked fire signs – okay, maybe less for being bitchy but for being bossy.
-

This is a hard one, thinking back. So many bitches, so little time…
I voted for my Sagg Sun, Aries Moon co-worker because when she wants to turn a cold shoulder she does. Hey, I’m an Aries Sun so two can play or choose not to play so I go my merry way….~good-bye~…
We’re good now as time melted her freeze but currently, she’s not speaking at all the the Double Cappy therapist in the office.
Aries Moon got pissed at me cuz me and Double Cappy Moon got Aqua Sun, Gem Moon, Aries Mars office mgr. in trouble and over turned some of her power in the office. I’m self employed there. Uh, no, you will not hide the appointment book in the file cabinet and lock it because you have control issues.
Sad and pathetic but had to be nipped in the bud.
A year and a half later, all good on the work front, but Saggie Aries Moon still not talking to Double Cappy and I’d had no idea…This has been going on for Months and Months…
-
hahahaha! quote, “so many bitches so little time.” LOL I love it & so true.
The ex whom we still work together if female would look like that woman in the pic Mystic posted. He’s Libra sun, Leo moon & lots & lots of Virgo. A nitpicky bitch from hell when he chooses to be. He rivals some of the worst ones I dealt with working all those years in an office environment. A real piece of work in subtle manipulation, if I’m not on my toes he gets me almost every time.
-
-
Sorry Scorps, but I had to vote Scorp since my one and only office biotch experience was with a Scorp. A total nightmare control freak bitch from hell down right evil cow. Her own advertising agency sacked her and afterwards threw an office party to celebrate. My nickname for her was Madam Hitler. But in a way I have her to thank for getting me into graphic design, as originally I was in marketing – she was my first boss on my first marketing gig – and the experience left me so scarred that I changed my career! So … a mixed blessing perhaps? A scorpio undertaking their role of radical change agent incognito?
-
I can’t bring myself to vote this way but i think it is actually leo…when worked in pr i ended up in a perfumed room with three of them plus me. Terrifying. And the woman above -if you look closely- has a portrait of herself on the wall that she is mimicing. one of the leos i worked with had a LARGE professionally done, photo-shopped and framed photo of herself on the wall of the office, said it motivated her to be her best. She was always trying to get us to do new age stuff together to become more “cohesive” but would undermine at any chance. eg; cute potential client comes in. She wants him to like her best so starts slagging off other peeps ideas in front of him, once even stooping to mentioning someone’s non existent “dreadful foot fungus problem” just to stop him gawping. So much for team work.
-
TLS – I’m inclined to agree – one look at pic above – it screams LEO Mememe!!
-
-
And the Scorpios i have worked with are actually really upfront. if you piss them off, they will tell you to your face and calmly. few of them are ever petty. and they are professional – though tending to have very weird private lives, you would know it from their professional demeanour.
-
Yes yes yes – Scorps are authentic!!!!
-
Ha,ha, brings back memories…..One time many years ago, was all out of massage oil. Dr. back then did not provide and I was flat broke. Used corn oil on the patients….Scorp. Dr. said “it’s smells like a tortilla factory in here”…OMG….lol
I’d call that authentic…
And he most certainly had his “cave” he went into between patients.
One time, guess my purse smelled like cigarette smoke. It was in the closet by the front office and he opened the door right in front of me and sprayed room freshner. Think he was sending a message, no?
Tons of stories with him like that. His wife, Cancer Sun, and he, Scorp, married each other twice!
-
hahaha… funny stories
-
-
-
-
I love Scorpios to bits. But all the tricky/bitchy people I’ve ever worked with have, unfortunately, been Scorps. But I want to add in their defence, some of the best, most loyal and sincere people I’ve worked with have also been Scorpios. I think Scorps with challenging aspects in their charts are the ones to watch, not Scorps as a bunch.
-
saw on tv, a book “Big ass book of crafts” I believe, shows how to do
warhol like art for you photo like that…. awesome… very simple just using
plastic color sheets…. (what a genius warhol was… )-
lol…like that book title Wills..

Bitch Race Track Hall of Fame Excited Commentator a la 50’s style..
“Rounding the track, Scorp is in the lead folks…
But ah yes, Leo, Virg and Libra holding steady neck and neck in second…
And would you look at that folks! Gemini coming up in third!
Bitches now coming down the straight….OMG, the humanity of it all! Cappy now neck and neck with the trio….A triple crown, no, er, quadruple Bitch fest, er race!”
“And OMG, positioning has shifted again before we could get this to post, er, print!”
(Soz, Gemini Asc/ Mars needs to go to bed now..)
-
Voted Cap, my workplace bitch was only a bitch because she was extremely self-interested. I’ll never forget her reaction to being on shift when a person under her care threatened suicide. It was: ‘Is this going to affect my career because it happened on my shift?’. I was mightily disgusted. It was seriously all she could think about. She was also a dibber dobber if she thought it would help her career, a major suckhole and totally insincere. God she was awful.
-
I’m a Libran – but my ex-boss with self confessed BiPolar disorder but I’d categorise as a sociopath/NPD/rage-a-holic….was also a Libran. When she turned on the charm (usually only towards those she saw as useful) she was blinding in how brilliantly she shone. But when she raged she left scorched earth….and then she always seemed so reasonable and rational when explaining why the poor sod torn to shreds absolutely deserved it. She was brilliant at taking everyone else’s ideas and taking all the credit.
It took me 18 months to see how manipulative and destructive she was – and even then I blamed her illness. But I later found at that most of my colleagues had started to see through her up to a year earlier. In the meantime I changed jobs to get away from her at work, but still had links through my social networks. It took a conversation with my mother where I said that I was trying to make sure that I only encountered her with my son around because she behaved herself when children were around – and my mother stopped me and said: “It’s not her illness then. If she can control herself with children around – she KNOWS what she is doing!” – and the penny dropped.
And then once I saw her for how she was – I then discovered exactly how much she’d backstabbed, politicked and undermined me personally and professionally whilst pretending to be my friend and colleague (like I knew she’d done with other colleagues). Luckily she HAD done personal spending on the corporate credit card…and in investigating that my former employers discovered all the bullying, bitching, manipulating and politicking …and she had her contract ‘declined renewal’.
Anyway – it worries me that we’re both Libran’s – cos I hate the thought I’m anything like her!
-
MusicalLibran, don’t worry, you clearly are not like her. The description of your boss sounds almost identical to my Libran boss – thankfully she was forced to resign after the General Manager received 10 complaints about her. Unfortunately, she wasn’t sacked and i have to work with her for another month plus she’s “kindly” agreed to freelance for 2 days a week until xmas…. ggggrrrrr”. She also suffers from NPD and rage-a-holism. Sits there all day bitching and complaining about everybody, is jealous of everyone and is highly competitive about the most ridiculous things.
It’s quite ironic that she thinks the way the company has treated her was bordering on abuse but she never stopped to consider all the people SHE has abused throughout her career. There’s another lovely Libran at work who recently asked me what the bitch Libran boss’s star sign was and she was mortified when i told her she was a Libran and she said “No way!! i never imagined I would EVER despise a Libran” I’ve never even heard a Libran use that word, that was the extent of her hatred and the poor woman is on anti-depressants from all the bullying.
Recently the vile Libran asked me why i hadn’t sent her a birthday message on Facebook (she was keeping tabs on peeps!!! – get a fuqing life!) i let her have it. So glad i stuck up for myself, everyone else is too afraid too. I hate confrontation and was shaking like a leaf and my heart felt like it was about to burst from my chest but i made it quiet clear that i won’t put up with her rude behaviour. She tried to use her charm and brush it off as a joke but it was too late. Damage done.
And it took me 4 years to see her evil side!!! I have never encountered such a vile human being in all my working life.
-
GOOD ON YOU S’BOT!!! telling the evil boss how it is. And doing it while you were quietly freaking out too – so brave
We do that don’t we – when we’ve just had ENOUGH and have no option other than to “get it off our chest” … Don’t you feel so much bigger/better / stronger afterwards… xxthere’s a Chinese saying, “Embrace Tiger, Return to Mountain”
I have my own interpretation (others may find their own): if you are brave and confront the scary stuff with sharp teeth, you come back to the ‘mountain’ that is you – you join yourself again, feel/become bigger and stronger as a result.-
Thanks UP. i do feel better and stronger. And yes, there does come a time when enough is enough! She’s actually crawling up my arse now. Pffft. Nothing she does will ever win me back.

Interesting too about the self confessed bipolar etc. Dr Phil is right on to that and often finds people who claim to have those conditions are self diagnosed and use it as an excuse for crap behaviour.
When these folks act out in large orgs, it can work to recommend they see HR about a referral to the company psychologist and also recommend they take sick or stress leave until they have a strategy for dealing with their ‘illness’ at work.
-
-
Scorpios? are you kidding me.
I vote low Librans.
-
Without doubt!! 100%. Scorps are fabulous to work with – they are so open to the idea that people are flawed (including themselves) that they never bitch or moan about anything. And they tell the best dirty jokes!
LIBRANS – and I’m not saying all, but like you Robot and FluidF, the low Librans are lying, backstabbing, gossiping, ladder climbing, ego-centric manipulators – and I reckon ’sign-most-likely-to…’ sleep with a colleague for professional leverage.
Sorry – was a little late on catching this post, and had quite an overprotective urge to speak up when I saw all the unwarranted scorp-bashing.
-
aaaaw thanks Lex but i don’t doubt that there a few low Scorps out there giving the haute Scorps a bad reputation. Can’t wait for Mystics Low/Haute Scorp post… only a few more days
-
glad you read that right – just realised you could take it as me calling you and FF backstabbing gossips etc…. Meant to write “like you said”… he he he
-
i just read it again and yes i could have taken it the wrong way.
-
-
-
-
-
Sorry, but in my experience of a number of workplaces… Gemini females all the way, in my experience they have been serious alpha females who’ll step on anyone in their stiletto heels to climb to the top…
-
at least peeps know where they stand with a Scorpio. Low Librans will ponce around charming the pants off people then stab you in the back!
-
yes, actually, my ex was a libran and although not someone i worked with… she was certainly very charming in a manipulative way…
and i agree, scorps are intense and dark, but honest

To the two fabulous girls from Melbourne who are having trouble with the mega-bitch,
Being a scorpio, and judging from the bulk of what has been written above, I feel I am totally qualified to give both some advice about how to deal with an office bitch. So here goes:
Step one: do not ever try to empathise with her/make excuses for her. This may go against the grain, but with people like this you have to harden your heart to them. Save your loving kindness etc for someone who truly values you.
Step two: I’m sorry to say this, but make sure you are always on your game at work, or at least you are doing your very best. Just because she is a bitch, it doesn’t mean you should drop your standards and sabotage your own future career prospects.
Step three: Document everything she tells you to do, everything instruction, everything. Document, document, document. Also keep a file on every client who may tell you that they were happy with your work. It sounds a bit obessive, but if she ever questions your work, this is the best way to protect yourself. As well of course step two above.
Step four: never never never let her see you upset, emotional, cry etc. You act as if your are stronger/tougher than her. This is what she does to you, learn from her. Sometimes it is totally appropriate and proper to act tough.
Step five: Act superior. This is what she does and it works for her. You start doing it too. She sounds like an ‘alpha-female’ and she will most likely sense the change in you. She will most probably be a bit more wary of you, possibly sensing that ‘taking you on’ will be a bit tougher than she may have previously estimated.
Step six: know when you should not be a shrinking violet and stand up for yourself. I don’t mean getting hysterically angry and over emotional. I mean drawing a line in the sand and standing by it, not allowing yourself to be pushed around and voicing your grievances appropriately. This is something that only you can judge for yourself. You are essentially saying to her that if she wants to ‘have a fight’ so to speak, she may win, but she won’t come away unscathed.
Step seven: if you do end up in a confrontation, do not switch off your brain. You have to think on your feet. Try to always leave an out that will allow her to back down and still save face.
Step eight: if she is blackmailing personnel, sleeping with the boss etc, and you know about it, you have dirt on her as well. You never know when you might get a chance to use it. Relationships have a nasty habit of going sour. As good as some of them get, they often end up being that bad as well.
Step nine: consider that this may be a sign that your time working at this place has come to an end and you should move on. It doesn’t sound like working in a place where you manager is sociopath who is sleeping with her boss and blackmailing someone in personnel is the best place to be.
Most of the above really involves how you project yourself to others. If it doesn’t come naturally and it all gets a bit much don’t give up. All you have to do is hold on till 5pm and then you can let it all out at the end of the day. You may just surprise yourself with how strong you are. In addition, you do have to make sure you can survive in the place until things either improve or you find another job. Until then you have to be brave. I have used all of these on office bitches/bastards and they generally work. The problem isn’t solved immediately, it can take a little time, but I can vouch for them. Hell, you may even find that she is all smoke and mirrors with no substance.
Good luck and if you have to choose the high road or the low road, think very very very carefully before you choose the low road.
-
totally excellent advice..
I wonder if the documenting everything is a scorp thing? I do it at my work all the time, (used to due to a horrid taurean woman but have to now as 2 of our 3 directors have had serious brain injuries in the past year, have a record, if its not documented it may never have happened…
-
see – scorps do know this terrain well!
step 2 reminded me of one the pieces of advice i got – observe the way the pack edges out the weak members. if you are hobbled, or start bitching or whining about how unfair it is, or how you’re being treated, the rest of the pack will side with the bully or stronger member and shut you out.
like you said jen – always be on your game at work.
-
That’s really good advice, Jen. Bitch bullies tend to trade on people’s emotions and if you can remove emotion from the equation it helps a lot.
Also, with the documentation, if the bully gives you any ‘advice’ or directives that push professional boundaries or even job specs, ask them to put it in writing.
-
That is great
& so is this whole post it’s a sad indication of how immature people are and how we have to suffer them. I’m amazed at how many folk get high on their own bullshit in the workplace. -
That’s really great advice – I’m going to pass it on to a friend who’s been dealing with exactly that kind of person at work.
(One question – do people still leave work at 5 pm? Everyone I know works long hours past that, especially as they advance in their field)
-
-
gemini all the fucekn way!
-
It’s always been Taureans with me. The unevolved kind see everything as black and white and if you do something they don’t like, they’ll plot and scheme for ages to get you back, and because they like (having) authority they’ll do it all in a seemingly ‘by the book’ way. (I once had my shit-scared of the boss Pisces tear strips off me because I’d dared to ask our Taurean boss a question.) I know Scorp is usually portrayed this way but in my experience it’s the bulls. I’ve been on the wrong side of Scorps and it’s way easier to deal.
I’m happy to say I have none of these types in my life anymore. -
God! Did this whole posting(s) bring back memories for me!
Scorpio’s, gemini’s, librans, and aqua’s in that order. Each have their own way of making anyone else look like a fool. I just adored the six step plan, and have used all of them in my past life, but the last scorpio completely undid me. If I drew the line in the sand, she wouldn’t speak to me or pass on crucial information for days. If I even inadvertantly demonstrate that she had fuqed up somewhere, there were tears and hushed conversations behind closed doors for two days before I was hauled over the coals for upsetting her. The colleague who sat where I did before me was sacked because she wouldn’t apologise to this scopio – even though the scorpio had humilated her publicly for weeks on a daily basis. My pisces predecessor finally blew her top and demanded an apology – and got sacked for it!
I’ve only worked in 4 offices. My first one I was given a payrise for keeping out of the war between a scorpio and a virgo.
My second one was with blokes and it was a breeze.
My third one I had run ins with several. An aqua, a scorpio, a libran and a gemini – in that order.
The aqua – My boss asked my what I was going to do when this chick tried to get my job. I said I’d cross that bridge when I got there. She told me I should start thinking I was already at the bridge and be very careful of her. After several months of flat out refusal from her to do more than fidget on her computer all day, I complained. I turns out she had been going through every single file I was looking after and writing up lists of ‘errors’ (she who wasn’t legally trained). Eventually my boss got fed up with it and it all come out in a meeting. She left soon after.
The scorpio and libran were in cahoots with each other and went to extraordinary lengths to get rid of me. I questioned some of the directions they gave me as unethical. It became a national incident and managers of other offices from Hobart, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne became invovled. The CEO in Canberra became involved along with a legal team he hired. The union became involved and half of bloody queensland colleagues out in the real (private practice) world became involved. I was horrified. It was like a freight train out of control. I’d made an informal complaint about one that they escalated to a formal complaint about me. (ALWAYS make a formal complaint. Informals are only ever seen as trouble making exercises I found out). Anyway – the long and the short of it the scorpio was given 6 months to find another job and I managed to keep mine. It wasn’t a victory though. I’ve only just started to get my self belief back and that was 4 years ago now. It changed me forever.
History began to repeat itself with a gemini so I left.
But the scorpio at my last office job undid me. I cannot cope with office politics. I too am changing careers because of a scorpio.
-
I vote low Libra. Superficially charming , but masking a wicked, peevish inner character.
-
Pisces CQ said…
“I’ve only worked in 4 offices. My first one I was given a payrise for keeping out of the war between a scorpio and a virgo.”
I strive to absolutely mind my own business at all times. Find that if I say “I’ve never had that experience with so and so” it defuses their expectations of me agreeing with them and meanwhile they aren’t insulted that I don’t want to get involved.
Dr. I work with has twice given me a hug in the past three weeks and a “thanks for all that you do”. Wow, where did that come from. He’s great as it is but to feel appreciated is wonderul. Guess cuz I mind my own own business, show up on time, don’t miss work. I answer to the patients as far as the quality of my work. Really have minimal interaction with the other therapsts/office peeps as there is not really time.
Also Pisces CQ, liked working with blokes also as usually no drama. One guy said he liked working with me because “you’re like a guy. You stick to yourself”. Took that as a nice compliment…
-
-
Scorpio moon and/or mercury act out the most. From outright in your face manipulation — to insulting compliments, any little chance they’re lunging for you. Nowadays if I encounter such a phenomenon (or geminis for that matter, geminis always innocently gossiping and destroying), I play the therapist. Listen, reflect what they say, make an assertion statement, do over. This freaks every single one of them out of their skin and they must let go of the throat because the throat is made of steel and their teeth have just fallen out of their heads.
-
Aqua Sun, Gemini Moon office mgr. once said as a dig…..
“I though we were all adults”
Wanted to say… “we are?” : )
-
-
I think “office bitch” is a complement, someone who can assert themselves is always percieved as bitchy. scorpio’s bring out strong reactions in peeps, either total admiration or total dislike. I think that’s why they’re winning, and their total “dont give a rat’s ass of what you think” attitude can sometimes not go down too well with other peeps.
I <3 them
-
I think you’ve got assertation confused with manipulation. An assertive person does not need to employ aggressive, deceitful, bullying tactics, nor do they use others selfishly for their own purposes. I know plenty of assertive people whom I admire and who would rather chew off their own arms than behave in that sort of manner. There is no way I would consider any of them “bitchy”.
The reason why a “dont give a rat’s ass of what you think” attitude can sometimes not go down too well with other peeps is because most people don’t want to spend their time hanging around selfish arseholes.
-
ps. that was not referring to Scorpios – I was talking about people in general.
-
Yeah, i don’t know. I know what you’re saying about bellow the belt tactics, which is plain vindictive so I agree with you that that’s not the way to assert oneself.
I think the attitude has its pluses and minusus. As a positive it means that one has a definite idea of who they are and it can be a put off especially if they are not open to other possibilities, realities, whatnot. And yes it makes it hard for friendly people to tolerate, which is the negative.
-
-
-
I concur. Ours is male and Cancer, but exellent at his job. Just totally anal and on a power trip.
-
As Mystic often points out, there are high and low examples of each sign – it’s interesting to see the reactions of the Scorps above – calm folks, every sign gets a bad rap about something (I’m a Cap, I should know). In my experience I have found some Scorps to be lovely, honest, etc, and others to be downright conniving and out for blood/causing the most damage possible – both in the workplace and personally.
Overall, put a bunch of diverse people (although seems to be mostly women office bitches?) together in a small space for long periods of time, add a formal hierarchy, and there’s bound to be trouble. Thank the goddess I escaped!
-
my most supportive loveliest boss ever was a scorp. The worst i’ve dealt with have been self obsessed low aries (never tell them they’re wrong)…a ‘my way or highway’ leo and ‘i’ll sell u out’ gemini…
read somewhere that the method of keeping others out of info loop (mentioned above) is a female v female tactic. Passive aggressive war…
-
Yes, I agree with SeaGoat above…people always seem to forget about the Haute/Low thing and make sweeping generalizations about one sign, usually Gemini and Scorpio. THIS Gemini thinks that’s awfully narrow-and simple-minded of you.
ANYWAY!, some of my worst bosses have been Virgo females, as far as on the totally passive-agressive front. Had one who collected a ream of my “mistakes” before ever talking to me about it or giving constructive criticism. Err, thanks. She was also completely inefficient and worked super-long hours to be twice as inefficient!
I’ve seen Caps get power and go from super-cool, down with the peoples, to utterly insensitive and uncaring about the plights of people under them.
My current boss, a Taurean male, may be the worst, as I completely relate to this: “It’s always been Taureans with me. The unevolved kind see everything as black and white and if you do something they don’t like, they’ll plot and scheme for ages to get you back, and because they like (having) authority they’ll do it all in a seemingly ‘by the book’ way.” His mgt style is completely taken from mgt books, to the letter, and he can’t see shades of gray. He also loves to panic and incite panic, then throw you under the bus when he disagrees with you. A total loose cannon!
Still…don’t think it’s fair to say ONE sign wins for Office Bitch.
-
oh totally agree about the Haute/Low thing. Mystics polls are just a bit of fun really and a way for peeps to get things off their chests and share stories.
I should have known better than to react the way i did further up the post but it came after a very frustrating and stressful day with the low Libran bitch.
-
-
I think a Libra/Scorpio/Cancer combination. They all are feisty and hold grudges.
-
aries sun, libra moon, cancer ascendant. wot is the answer? bound to get a punch, a bite and a barrage of insults from this combination…or maybe just stabbed in the back? have come across this combo b4 anf this seems to encapsulate it perfectly. Have a nice day
-
A punch and a bite? Yikes leebee, thats illegal where I live. As an Aries I don’t do it at work, well, at least where anyone can see…he,he…
-
-
Hmm, just a general rundown of the worst…I agree with the high/low of each sign though. Cancer female-she was my team leader for less than a year. In the industry I was in then, we both had worked with a lot of the same people, so when things started going badly between us (I sat through a 2 hour ‘catch up’ which had me doubting my performance and in tears, another ‘catch up’ where somehow I was blamed for taking time away from her marriage etc), I tried to take the high road. The end came when I called her work phone to let her know I would be late by voicemail and 2 days later during a meeting where I was unfairly dismissed without termination paperwork, it was claimed I never left the message. There were other players in it and a lot of backstabbing in the office, but she and I didn’t hit it off at all.
Currently, I’m in a mainly male office which is good, but I’m having issues with my Pisces manager and Aqua team leader. Was hauled into the manager’s office today with both of them and manager proceeded to go off at me for upaid overtime I’d done (because of OH&S issues). I was called a liar, played mind games and a few other things. Last week, he said the office had had corporate psychopaths in the past, which I took to mean he didn’t see himself as one. My team leader sat there, saying nothing, so I pointed out that he was aware of it and he said something about how could he know? We work side by side. I think all workplaces have their issues, but some are better than others.
Phew, a long post, but needed to get it off my chest

oh have been there re voicemail thing via an email that I didn’t open on time because I wasn’t in the office Narelle. It was one of the list of things I had in ‘the naughty things I’d done’ the scorpio and libran cooked up. Another was the fact I had apparently shut the door and not let a client in – when I wasn’t even there! Honesty prevailed – but isn’t it harrowing to be cornered and have to defend yourself when all you want to do is deal with the client and get on with getting the job done!

many years ago, in another career stream….i had a housemate call in sick for me as i was wretching up the contents of my stomach (flu…not because of fun the night before!) …then went to bed. the next day, still pale and wobbly, i was dragged into a disciplinary meeting and yelled at for not calling in personally. i should have been able to talk to my manager between spews….
agree with seagoat.
.. a low being will stoop to new depths no matter what sign they are.
