I’ve a kind of related question about the uneven house system I’m hoping some lovely more informed than I person can shed some light on.
Because the uneven house system tends to split houses across signs – even when an ascendent is at 0 degrees – then as a planet moves from one sign to the next, does that mean you can, or cannot, consider that it has moved out of a specific house?
I don’t really get why houses are uneven. I know there are different systems, but that does seem to be the default…????-

uneven house systems have a lot to do with the bulge of the planet around the equator….(long explanation some other time… you are of course welcome to use an even house system for the purposes of simplicity. Most astrology columns are based around ’solar astrology’ i.e. the houses are derived from the position of the sun according to the ‘natural’ horoscope (again long explanation needed here) – thus if a planet is ‘leaving your comms sector’ it means that it is moving from a postion which is three houses (comms being a third house issue) from the sign of your sun (for example).

I was thinking about it in terms of things like Saturnalia, with uneven system my 3rd cusp is midway libra. So really it’s not just reading for sun and rising sign, but reading for virgo till saturn crosses 3rd house cusp, then reading for leo. I get it!I hope you’re feeling a bit better, and the move goes smoothly.

I actually have a Leo guy chasing me (a Leo – that’s got to be a first!) who is in a relationship with someone else and i’m so NOT interested. I actually was keen at one stage but that was before i found out he was attached (with a baby on the way!!) – interest gone instantly.

Look around for a reputable acupuncturist and chinese herbalist. It definitely works but find a good practitioner.

This probably sounds weird, but my Taurean sister, (often emotionally energy sucking one) is a tad obsessive with her health…has a file that I think now fits into an archive box, anyways she also has bad endometriosis and I’ve seen her face grey with the pain. Do feel for her with that…and she swears by potato juice…not vodka, the actual juicing of a potato…there is something in it that helps.

In that case she needs to stay warm. Don’t go barefoot, and avoid cold food and drink. All refrigerated drinks, beer, soft drink, ice-cream etc are out. Chinese herbs are amazing for managing that condition, even if she has to travel to find a herbalist who can perhaps post herbs to her once they find the right formula.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one going through this.
I’ve got the random crush on another boy (who is not my Saggo boyfriend) going on, I’m dazed, lethargic, in a shitty mood (but at nothing in particular – just basically everything), madly house de-cluttering and re-decorating because it just doesn’t feel like “home” (especially my bedroom which live-in Saggo boyfriend now longer shares with me – due to his snoring, say I, but mainly due to me needed slumber space), my dreams are going batso, my coffees are barely touching the sides (hence the zombie energy levels), the wind is making me dizzy and I just keep imagining horrid scenarios of death and failure that make me burst into tears randomly.
So it’s over by the weekend? It better be!! I have to go into hospital next Friday (totally minor thing but going to cost a small country as the specialist only operates at an exclu$ive private ho$pital) and I really want to be a little more positive/ up/ at peace with myself by then!
And yeah, I HAVE to deal with the Saggo boyfriend situation that is “no more.” But I don’t want him to leave, as such. Is there a way to keep the guy living with you as a friend/ co-habitant (which is what we have morphed into anyway) after you officially “break up” (which wouldn’t really change much ’cause there ain’t been any romance for ages)? Or am I just being a typical pragmatic Cap and wanting things to staybeneficial to me without any dramatic scenes/ life changes/ rental issues?

Stressy, this is really really weird. As my boyfriend is also a saggo snorer.
In fact he snored all last night and so I slept in to compensate. he has sleep aponea, you should get your boyfriend to be checked too as it is a big risk for stroke.
we have been together for 4 years, do not live together (did for disasterous 6 months), have been having problems for a while, yet I just like him too much to break it off. Also uncharacteristicly clinggy.
Under these stars and esp in your situation you need to unplug the hamster wheel. Think of other things, can you start a very absorbing book/project? Focus on positive energy (before surgery), growing, spring, cooking, walks, meditation etc.
Or you could just (also) become an I ching junkie like me!
be nurturing and do nothing rash for a little while.

it IS rather a strange dark moon – am definitely going with it – doing Chakra analysis and ‘focusing’ (a technique which involves state change plus asking questions ‘into the body’ and dialoguing with any images arising) and getting to the bottom of the ocean of tears that have been rising up from the depths this week. So very productive in many ways. Day of ‘artist in residence’ tomorrow, then the Exodus to the new house on Friday. Did I mention it is opposite CUB’s house? My shrink is not happy. Cub is, as is the Dung Bug. The Gemini Impregnee has been quieted somewhat by my trying out a new technique on her. I basically hypnotised her over the phone (with best intentions of course!). I wonder how long it will work for?

I’ve only recently started upping the gym intensity by hiring a personal trainer…and as I was levelled by sinus and bad printing ridiculousness I cancelled my session this Monday. So today PT boy/man called to check in on me and suggest if I’m well enough to go for a walk a few times till I see him next week. I feel a bit better and will hopefully be able to hide out from another dust storm in the rainforest…so am wondering is this standard? Getting a phone call from your trainer if you miss a session due to ill health? I’m taking it as supportive…just wondering about other’s experience…

Mystic’s right LL. I was with same PT for almost 10 years and he called every week spontaneous times to check what i was eating, how i was going etc. If i cancelled a sesh – he’d have to know why. It’s part of their psyche and yes, their income stream too. On the other hand check the vibe at your next sesh …..

He so far seems to go that extra mile…in terms of advice and time. He’s gone over the time that I pay him for quite a bit…which I think will taper off as I get fitter.

my trainer doesn’t call me (i usually ring to cancel if cant make it) – take it as a sign of a good trainer – its a cutthroat industry out there, probably trying to keep clients happy?
other than that, trainers give you RESULTS that you wouldn’t get yourself unless really motivated – good luck and enjoy the personal hotness to come

Business practices are a lot more aggressive now, LL. My brother went to this (damned expensive) physio and when he decided to do acupuncture instead she called to hound him into going back to her. Luckily he’s assertive and could tell her to piss off, but it’s becoming very competitive these days.
Either that, or he’s a caring dude, or you’re smoking hot and he can’t wait to jump all over you.

In Melbourne I met a lovely & v.successful cool woman who had been in love with this guy for ages. She thought is was just taking a while to develop until he asked her to be the MC at his wedding. But she thought there might still be a chance as she had received intimations all was not well with the marriage. LIke what? He’d said something that hinted at such in an e-mail. When was that? About a year ago. But no action since.
Peeps we have all been there and my theory is that sometimes these sorts of faux relationships are actually just a really good way to free up time/space for oneself but still feel like SOMETHING is in play but STILL. I mean, seriously.
As for trainer calling to see if you okay, he maybe just worrying you going to chicken out of training and thus deprive him of new regular income stream. Or he thinks of you day and night whilst he hoses his horses down in his undies.-
