How can i be being charged for BOTH wireless & cable on the same account.
I haven’t even configured the plug in thing & software yet, but being charged for it.

$1500 for wireless & a mobile telephone that was sent back as it was unusable for my petite hands.
Huh? Includes $60 for 3 months late fees as well, Huh?
Telstra called me, not me them, to ask if i needed anything. Asked for my $120 a month bill to be
reduced. Three months later after paying $600 ($200a month!) the account is up from 1000 to 1500.
Huh?
Challenged? have gathered info for 3 months & they can pay ME $1500 for feedback on their disgruntled
customers & making a ‘money grab’.
They are also poaching customers from the Telstra Shops themselves then adding ‘freight charges’
Off the soapbox.
Needs to be bigtime overhaul of Communication Methodoise & outrages charges.
Troubleshooter or just always opens the can of worms, if there is one to be opened? -
