Dark Moon Discipline
Yes, I know. You may feel like hooting it up with some destressing decadence or even just naff crap comforting “food”.
The Dark Moon is always a bit like that. But it’s a Dark Moon in Virgo and I swear, give in to naff urges and you will feel revolting shortly afterward. Especially when the Moon is new conjunct Saturn…Difficult as it may be, this is the time to skive off to bed early with cats/epsom salts baths/valerian tea/face masque/goobly new age tunes…whatevs, you get the idea- yes?
With the current astro-weirding, the path to Uranian fun, freedom & individuation leads through the portal of Saturnine self-control. And the Moon being conjunct Saturn is an intimate echo of this ongoing astro-passage.
anyone got any hints about how to best handle a new but lovely g/f who is having break-up issues and wants to go out for a couple of drinks tonight? my theory is that since i will be coming from a yoga class, I will “try” just drinking water and be in bed before mdnight, but all in conjunction with having a listening ear…

lol with yr friend – perhaps you should read her the ‘saturn girl’ post from a few weeks ago. it was great and i felt pretty inspired by it in the middle of a break up as was then – not sure if the same atmospheric skies exist as at that time but still it was all about saturn/uranus boundaries/clearing etc it was marv

Hey guys do what thou wilt – I ain’t no saint. Aqua-Girl and I are dragging children out with us tomorrow night for a carbs & chardonnay style catch-up that always morphs into A Night. I just know from experience that dark moon dipsomania is a bit turgid. And your body – we are lunar creatures in many ways – wants to be treated just right at this time.
Just say to g.f that your astrologer says its a way better night to handle that type of shit consciously blah blah…

The dark moon dodgy drinking thing is because the nostalgia is so exquisite, it is worth chanelling pure and a whole lot of other things. BIG drunk dialling risk.

I so feel like i could actually finally be on the cosmic program. Cancelled cocktails with thirsty girlfriends this morning (last friday drunk dial etc fiasco still haunting…) & told the cat at 5pm ‘back shortly’ arrived home soon after with lean cuisine & ‘australia’ on dvd – i now read the post and think yee ha am feeling the vibe and responding & loving the feeling it’s all good … am happily steering clear of the dipso – a bit eery around here where i am, deserted streets, still air etc. usually there’s far more happening
does a dozen of freshly shucked oysters, 200 grms of fresh SA prawns, baguettes and Tassie brie count as good food even though its the ultimate in comfort?? The Champagne probably cancels it out though I guess….
