yep Capricorn was my first guess even before i read the copy. I worked with a Cap musician who dressed like that for work…. not “exactly” like that but really cool suits and skinny jeans.
I do know a Capricorn Man who always wears jackets perched on his shoulders like that. I also know a Cap man who often wears… A CAPE… But for me (Cap), I’d hate to think that’s a Cap trait. I’m horrified at the thought of wearing a jacket and not actually putting your arms in the sleeves!! But could be the Virgo Rising talking…
All I can think for Count Pose-a-lot here is that a combo of Cap Moon and Libra Rising might explain his furnishings and fashion (even those faux-shoes).
