Apollo In Virgo…

And of course, the Sun is now in Virgo until September 23 so note a surge in your observational powers, discriminating tendencies and neat-freakery. I suddenly noticed a plug situation last night – completely minor and most likely as it always has been but i became obsessed with it’s cleanliness & potential hygiene ramifications. Other Virgoan outbreaks could be wardrobe perfection initiatives – ie; suddenly noticing and flipping over miniscule stains or areas of thread-bareness.

Imagine being a Virgoan ALL the time so this would be your consciousness perpetually. Suave but alert and  having to exert self-control not to be disturbed by lack of logical order.

The great thing is that the Sun Rises in Virgo at dawn each morning so for the next month it is manifestly more easy to spring out of bed in full Virgoan details-crisis = opportunity mode AND stick to vaguely healthy diets + not wig out over administrivia. T’is true so make the most of it…

Once the Saturn-Uranus opposition passes & a few other little treats, we are going to have the Sun into Libra & months on end of Mars in Leo…There will be no diets or admin just gourmet living, scenes aplenty,  lusty appetites and showy love affairs with a who-gives-a-fuq for sanity or convention style attitude.

  1. Well, it IS Spring Cleaning time but i won’t get over excited yet.
Weather wildly weirding & Shapelle clinically insane (someone slip her a trip in there)?
In Adders we have just reversed back into deep winter & peeps North are frying.
Always believed the weather is symbolic of our thoughts (the Wind cries Mary) &
if they influence the weather or the weather influences the thoughts. Very interlinked
    methinks.

    • I SO hear you Pegasus honey… and wasn’t it significant that all through those eclipses we had strange extreme weather changes – eg. that last one with the summers day in midwinter…

and now, thunderstorms and crazy wind with all this mars-pluto stuff… (don’t know about you but peeps are wigging out all over the place around me)

  2. HILARIOUS -

why did i not realize that Sunday morning was spent cleaning the scary “dressing room” (when not in PMS mode) because of VIRGO!!

i am the least likely to clean my room, yet i sprang out of bed Sunday morning with all the engergy in the world to plow through the piles of clothes and make order out of chaos!

  3. My thinking is more orderly and i have tackled with extroardinary enthusiasm tasks i had been putting off/feeling yick about all year. I mean boring things. My workouts have also become more motivated and rational. Have just diverted my facial funds to have the windows professionally cleaned. Going with the cosmic flow feels excellent. I expect when mars goes into leo for five years or whatever it is shortly, you will all be noticing me leading the nation, self-actualizing.

    • :D diverting facial funds – for window cleaning LS? that’s serious! I look forward to your nation-leading – I’m sure you will have much better hair, flair and style than all those grey-faced types in parliament…

  4. i don’t quite know what it is but since the Toro has exited stage left I am supremely organised. it’s a bit new to me. I’ve also cancelled some regular activities that have freed up a lot of time – I am not rushing around like a madwoman, late, dishevelled, but at the same time I am annoyed that I am ‘doing less’ – i hate to feel like I am languishing, not making the 110% most of my life At All times. how to reconcile… I suppose one thing i _am_ doing is really working on me – inner and outer health, wellbeing so that’s probably a reasonable trade-off.

    • then again thinking of LL’s comment on another post, routine and organisation can often mean more, better fun as one is not constantly worrying about jobs left undone, the savings are in place ready for spendings, etc etc..maybe i really am getting a grip on the saturn / virgo continuum (whether or nor saturn is lite ‘n’ easy or a big old finicky taskmaster..my jury is still out)

    • UP, you ARE doing heaps! Don’t beat yourself up (Virgo style) by expecting too much. Crikey what you have been through is emotionally draining and tiring. Lovely to hear that some natural order & decision making has flowed into your life… it will bring more energy and space for you, just give it & yourself some time.

      • ahh …thanks nat… i am trying to turn some of my focus and energy inwards and productively for once..eek :) like they say it’s the silence between the musical notes that are just as important!

        • Yep, what Nat said!

I know this feeling all too well and I’ve found thinking about it in terms of energy helps. So, for example, while there are all sorts of interesting things to keep me up late at night, I know that the less sleep I get, the less energy I have to do the fun and exciting stuff the next day. I mean, it sounds soooo obvious, but I have really battled with this all my life.

Also, lots of the activities I’ve given up were real energy drains that only served to distract me from things I didn’t really want to think about. It is such a blessing to be able to do very little and enjoy your own company while doing it. Not to *only* do that though – that would drive me nuts!

Good luck with all the processing and thinking you are doing right now.

  5. The sun in Virgo. Ah, I see! I’ve been waking before the alarm and lying in bed hatching plans. Yes, people are wigging out. The wind does tend to whip up emotions in lots of people who are sensitive to their surrounds.

I grew up in a very windy environment and I love it. (It always reminds me of Kathy in Wuthering Heights wandering the moors.)

I became addicted to de-cluttering when the pad was Open for Inspection. It can become rather compulsive. Now finding it hard to leave for work as I am busy popping things away and clearing surfaces. Needless to say, this is not normal. Leo’s secretly think they should have “staff” to do the mundane chores.

  6. Hubby has freakish tanty over lack of clear spaces and does whirlwind organising of the sink and benches while I hide under a pile of ironing. I casually make my way through his shirts in attempts to appease his ire. House is now wierdly neat. Virgo shift only thing that can have elicited this unexpected ordering of the nest…
