A certain Sagittarian born in the year of the snake with natal sun conjunct south node- to quote “Too right the sun shines out of my ass- I earned it!”

-can’t argue with that, why would ya botha even?

My Aries Sun is conj. the SN and it’s said that with this signature one was “orbited about” (Evolutionary Astrology which I agree with some, not all).

But hopefully, Sun and Merc. being sq. Saturn, check and balance the ego…I mean Saturn is modest and I would be mortified if I was an egotistical ass…Rather, do like to stick up for the right of things as Aries SN particularly with Sun is also about warrior of some type, spiritual or otherwise, but hopefully kicking butt of the idiocity of this world…Trying in this life peeps..not easy…Book only platform I have other than the inner world & thinking that one’s beingness can create change….”like an atom” that then domino’s… Aren’t we all who are evolving?

I work with a Sagg Sun, Moon in Aries and besides my double Leo Mom (who has evolved alot since her very critical Merc in Virgo stellium can’t remember containing all/what), is the only one I can think of as the Sun Shining out the Bum…

But Gosh, at least the Sun is shining….Easier to see one’s shit…(hopefully…)

And now…To chop wood and carry water with the Sun conj. SN in all it’s glory….Must do laundry…

Always wear the highest possible SPF just in case a Leo bends over.

If a Leo bends over but a Cancerian minces past, gets in the way and blocks the glare, does that constitute a Lunar eclipse?

Leos definately for sure they love the mirror both boys and girls and on more than one occasion have i heard the statement ” its all about me” spurt from a leos gob, enough said. Aries , yes well with two sisters born on the same day only 8 years apart ( how bizzare is that ? ) they can be quite vein at times and boy you dont want to be around when they are having a bad day!!! Up them selves , well yes my sisters are , maybe just misunderstood?

You are very sweet about the Aries Damons (as am one and glad you were not too harsh but can take the cold hard truth….And then kill you, kapesh? :) )

But before I saw your post and was looking at the poll, what came to mind is that so much seems to have to do with the moon.

For example, an ex was a Pisces (low in the poll) but Moon in Leo. He could be the extreme or either or.

Another was Cancer (low in the poll) and tho even with Virgo Moon, has Jupiter in Aries and could be a be much at times…

Jupiter in Aries is not the Moon, but my point is there are other factors involved of course and is what I’m seeing…

I think that it is a fair call about us Leos.

I never get past the first date with a fellow Leo. Clash of egos, much~!~ LOL. Actually the clash is about who is in charge. Even tho I find male Leos rather enchanting, it just doesn’t work cos both peeps want to be in charge.

But as we are all learning, it is all so much more complicated than your sunsign. I have moon is Pisces which also means that I’m intuitive, introspective, creative and at times self-indugently dreamy. Tis a weird combination.

But, fair call on the Leo ego. An unevolved Leo can be a real pain in the patootie. But, let’s not forget, we are just big cats. Feed us, pamper us, pat us and we purr. Throw water on us or ignore us and watch the back arch and the claws come out. Ha, ha

My younger Leo sister and i used to chase each other around the house slamming doors. We use to fight all the time. It wasn’t until she was 18 that things settled down a little. Even now we don’t always see eye to eye, but i just agree with whatever she says if I can feel an argument coming on (she’s got quite a temper) and I couldn’t be bothered arguing anymore.

My sister and I fought to the day she got married when she was 18. Over her driving of all things…She was rather nutso…

She’s two years older than me. What in God’s name were my parents thinking when they put two Aries in the same bedroom. I mean we made a line down the middle of whose was whose and what was what. She tortured me with chanting “Dracula, Frankenstein, Mummies” as I lay there, terrified, already scared of the witches pot brewing under my bed….(for this reason, no hand or arm dared dangle over the side lest the witch grab it and take me far,far away which I now know as Hades and Pluto et al.. our now friends, but I have Pluto on the IC… )…

I have gone on the gravatar link and then for some reason it didn’t work. Think because I use my aol.com address here and it so slow and cumbersome unlike my Yahoo. Anyway, sure it can be rectified easily but okay, you convincing me now just to take care of it.

            Thanks doll…xo

I think that there are different kinds of narcissism. Leo and Aries are definite choices.
I think the air signs can be quite fond of themselves, but it is more of a subconscious thing. Libra’s are pretty vein and I have met some very self-obsessed Geminis who would never admit it.
I think Caps can, but it is in more that because they’re not into the superficial and they’re a lot wiser than everybody else they feel superior, but it’s more of a defense mechanism for not being very well understood.

I completely agree about Gemini’s, but it’s a bit different. It’s more that they constantly worry about how others see them. They don’t have the confident sun shining… but concerned sun shining… but geez they think about themselves alot!

It is true Jenny – we Caps have to carry around the great burden of always being right about everything. It can be very tiring.
There are days I wonder whether just having ‘I told you so’ tattooed on my forehead would take care of it all… But that would be gauche, and, dare I say, almost Leonine.

That’s where my Cap Moon comes in of “everything comes out in the wash” and what a dirty wash I’ve witnessed….I would not trade Cap Moon for anything and quite frankly, my Aries Sun needs it as so does Gem rising…

My sister said to me one time “you have to have the last word on everything!” Well, esp. if Cappy Moon is right and calling her on her fire sign frivolity and ego boosting…

It was a dirty job but had to be done (I know that sounds conceited but it really wasn’t). 15 yrs was enough! Told her I had “been patient” (Cappy Moon…) Wow, she went wild and lunged at me…I just stood there at this point. I mean honestly…supposedly grown women..

She has Aries Sun, Ven in Aries, Leo Rising, Pluto in 1st, Libra Moon. She was very hard to be around because she would call up and ask how you were, and then the rest of the convo was about her. You were not a person.. just an ear…

I think there’s a definite difference between the signs who belive the sun shines from…and they make a point of telling everyone all about it (Leo, Aires) while others just take it as a given and act accordingly (Aquas, I suspect are a little guilty of this because we think we’re soooo evolved or maybe Taurus who smugly have it all together and secretly look down on everyone else.) My guess it that it’s a bit of a fixed sign thing.

I tend to agree with you there CBA. The leo types I know that are just more obvious about it.

I think the lower aqua types can be very smugly prone to thinking the light of the world doth shine upon the masses from their own arses…and their lofty evolved self is not to be questioned…because it just is the way the way they have stated it, because they just know.

You’re probably onto with the fixed sign too.

        Maybe I”m sensitised to Aquas after having 3 immediate family members and one close flatmate all aquas at close quarters for many many years……………… hehe You just have to learn when there is NO POINT in arguing any more shrug, say ‘whatever’ and just walk away :}

I’ve definitely grown into my moon in Sag. My Leo sis was scared of me when we were teens. She thought i was like Damien Omen quiet…. always yelling “how can you sit there for hours and not speak?! Why don’t you ever talk!? Tee hee.

The younger sister is the worst. She honestly believes that she is special and that normal rules of human behaviour don’t apply to her. She is an architect so this is a double whammy (our dad is an architect too but not quite as up himself). Everybody MUST respect the pure brilliance that is her or you WILL be snubbed. We’re allowed to have different opinions and interests as long as we understand that they’re not as interesting or as right as her interests and opinions and that she will come first in all aspects of everything.

being a leo, i agree with the poll, handsdown… we are guilty… but I actually feel that Cancer is a sign that is also pretty guilty of thinking the sun shines out of their ass… maybe because they so often delve so deeply into themselves, and when they’re in an emotional funk, phew, there ain’t much you can do to distract them from their own navel fluff…
They’re just good at seeing others self-obsession, so maybe they don’t appear to be that way?!?
