If only one of these pictures arouses you then you are Just Virgo Enough. Two? You’re an Official Virgo & probably already making a list of desirable stationery on one of your several ‘clean’ pads that just happen to be at hand. Three? Virgo Absolute. And you don’t need me nor stationery websites to inspire your, uh, preference.
UPDATE:
Oh Bliss – Scorpalicious Robot, clearly a stationery fetishist of some note, has sweetly sent me in a more “sexy” stapler. This is IT. No more. From memory, I think this woman has Virgo in the EIGHTH HOUSE.

Oh dear. You mean ‘it’ has a name?
I’m at least two for three, and if the pic of the stapler had been really long with good strong thick brassy staples, with a bit of a silver sheen to the whole thing I’d totally be there.
-
I’d say we’re pretty squarely in the Virgo absolute category if we can critique the sex appeal of a stapler…
Since I’ve reorganised my office and have repainted it, I’m quite the happy camper. My office feels fantastic….lots of fresh cream, with some striking black touches and a little tweed. A little black urn for my black gel tipped pens( nothing fancy just practical in the sense that they glide over paper)…I have a drawer specially for ipod cords, and other connectedy bits for the camera and mobile phone. I have my mini Candy Spelling drawers just for ribbons, tape, bubble wrap, wrapping paper and quality cards. I’ve got systems Nat. I’m obscenely organised.
-
o speak to me of tweed LL
)-
o nnb, tweed covers boxes, and a noticeboard. (black straps to with tweed covered buttons to hold stuff. It feels just the right amount of texture in here. I’m not usually a big fan of cream, but the contrast of a punch of black here and there just works for me.
-
I know correcting grammar drives some people on here to distraction…yet need to for my own pedantic sanity correct the above to, to a too.
-
-
-
LL, you are so textural, so tactile, and yeah the tweed’s a goer!
-
-
The top reminds me of one of the shelves in my library which contains all my art diaries stacked just so, plus fiction books arranged in alphabetical order of author. The pencils are in very pretty colours but I itch to sharpen them properly so they’re not so uneven. The stapler is suitably pristine.
-
I can find no virgo in my chart but I LOVE stationary. The office supplies catalogue keeps me busy for hours at *work*, lost in a stationary reverie…
-
i love BOOKS! I WANT TO BECOME A WRITER — I LOVE THE SMELL OF PARCHMENT — DOES THIS MEAN IM A virgo is some form?? (sorry for the Caps lol)
-
Matthew , Mystic did a post on writers “Astraea – The Star Maiden & Virgo”
“Virgo Rising with Gemini Midheaven is still very much the astro-signature of a writer & Virgo Suns disproportionately swell the ranks of published/acclaimed novelists”
You may have some Virgo in your chart. If you haven’t already done your chart. You can get a free chart on astro.com

um, ok, disturbing, i am three for three. yes- me, the great fire sign! i do have saturn in virgo natally, and am surrounded by virgos (so nature vs nurture?) but did not realise how much of a sucker i am for tools of le trade until now. though come to think of it i used to LOVE stocking up my stationary before each new term at school.
-
How Virgo am I? I am Über, hear me roar!
That’s a cliche that a Virgoan would get excited by looking at pictures of stationery. It’s much more tactile than that. Personally, I prefer to fill a room with loose leaf parchment and pencil shavings and roll around in it naked to Wagner’s Das Rheingold. A bit like Ann Margret’s baked beans and chocolate scene in Tommy, but more sanitary. She’s a Taurean after all.
Gotta go, don’t want to miss the beginning of Mad Men.
Mmmmm Punctuality.
-
oh Über, how good is Mad Men!!! My venus in libra is loving the art direction. It’s all so jaw-droppingly stylish. And the woman look so gorgeous!
-
Robots! An erotic stapler. That’s unprecedented. Did you take that pic?
-
haha… no i didn’t but if i had, i probably would have done something similar. I’ve been told my photos are dark, lush and intense (just like me… tee hee) i would have made it look more David Lynchian.
-
robot, the red stapler was pure gawwwgeousness for me: Red, reasonably macro, gleaming & in your face, so thank you for sending it to Mystic!!
-
I’d love to see pic of a stapler taking a turn towards D Lynch.
-
-
-
-
hehe that reminds me of when the Vicar of Dibley dived into the chocolate fountain … but I doubt very much she’s a Virgo.
-
-
My double Piscean/moon Gemini daughter would be drooling. She’s extremely vague, messy, disorganised and highly creative and feels the only thing “worthy of being kept tidy” (her words) are the items in her stationery case. She’s obsessed with stationery. And anything Japanese.
None of the pics appeal much to me except for the coloured pencils and that’s only due to my artistic nature more than the actual pencils themselves .. but then again I do have a thing for natural, cardstock finishes. But still, I’m about as Virgo as …. pffft … I dunno double baked pork belly with glazed, brandy sauce? No greens on the side.
-
Oh yeah! Red stapler. Was just perusing my pens yesterday wondering how I got to have so many… They just seem draaaaaawn to me. Mars in Virgo, Jupiter in Virgo, Saturn in Virgo. Virgo Virgo Virgo. Sheesh.
-
Nah none of them do it for me. Maybe the stapler as it looks a bit like a lipstick. I have some outer planet in Virgo that I clearly don’t take much notice of.
-
and yes Mystic i have 3 planets in Virgo all in 8th – Mars, Uranus and Pluto.
I go absolutely mental if my favourite pen or pencil goes missing at work. I’ll sulk for hours …. days even. -
My first response was yep, this Cap could do with a lift and am missing alpha tauri so much I might just get loaded too.
With one household Virgo passing through the veil and another going OS between them they’ve left me with enough writing equipment to last several lifetimes. No joke. Several drawer’s full!! and that’s just pens and notepaper. Before the deluge I just had my favourite blue pen. I like it. It feels good to write with.
The coloured pencils drew my artist’s eye
-
Gemini with Virgo moon and I’m a writer, of course! Love the top 2 pics, and of course, that stapler IS supa-sexy.
-
predictably, i am drooling over these pictures — all three. but i worry that the red pvc one has more style than substance. i want the stapler to be the long-arm kind, that you can staple big booklets with. weighs a ton. sexy and extremely useful all in one. (ha, also phallic.) i also totally have a thing for guillotines. and x-acto knives — particularly the ones with a tiny swivel blade, so good for collage.
my desk = cream-coloured with a very wide, flat stationery drawer containing separate compartments for pens, markers, all the rest. it also has a slide-out writing tablet. with cream and gold roulette wheel handles that look like a 50′s kitsch version of louis XIVth decor.
pen = black pilot v5 or failing that, automatic pencil. none of your ink-staining messy ballpoint business for me.
-
I’m picky about my pens and pencils too Twice the Virg.
Have mentioned it here before but have Draconic Sun and Merc in Virgo. Think it has leaked over into this life. Have a black leather notebook which I keep legal size pad in and then have a smaller version (purse size) for running around town with “to do” list.
One weekend, after my grandaughter was here, I could not find my stapler and it drove me nuts. I had to call her…..
-
twicethevirgo, I concur. Long, strong staplers rule. I found it hard to not sound a bit soft pornish when describing their attributes.
I need to get some compartments for my drawers though..your desk sounds very stylish and useful.

“Candy Spelling….”
Granted, they are not my dolls, but I do hope LL that Candy donates some of her doll collection to little girls that would love to have one.
Honestly, could not stomach the fact that she came on morning t.v. here and shown everyone around her mansion and that she’s just now, scaling down to a 17,000 sq. foot home. Yes, it is her dough, but so many in this country (and elsewhere) are hurting. Very poor taste I thought to come on t.v. in such a manner. She does not seem like a “bad” or mean person, just ignorant….
-
She has dolls? I think the only time my ears pricked was when I heard she had a wrapping room. Other than that I tend not to go there.
I wonder at the motives of whomever scheduled her onto whatever morning tv she went on…yes showing someone’s excessive lifestyle when so many people are hurting isn’t in the best of taste…wouldn’t be surprised if it rated well though. Makes me wonder about who she has around her that would not advise against it.
-
-
aw girls it’s stationary PORN, jeez I need a ciggie now…
-
Gals, ya gotta be joking!! Stationery sexy? C’mon!! Doesn’t do a thing for me. Get more of a buzz from smart kitchen/cooking/eating accessories. Guess that I’m not that Virgo at all.
