PLUTO is now retrograde & will be until September 2009. The planet of Sex, Fate, Metamorphosis, Death & the Occult (just a few of the associations) retrogrades all the way back to the point it was at in February 2008…So anything super-deep/destined you may have been immersed in about then has some more to play out.
And Pluto – unlike some planets – functions even more effectively when retro. One of the jobs of Pluto is to dredge up psych-shit and shove it into our cute little creatively visualising faces so that totally fits a retrograde cycle; retrospective. Revision etc.
For a clue as to this Pluto Retro cycle, think what unfinished psych biz could you poss have that hails distinctly back to Feb 2008. And then just draw upon the beautiful imagery of the Eagle and the Serpent above. Two distinctly different types of strength. Insanely mystical symbols.
And the degree it turns retro at is 3 Cap – thus ANYTHING you have at Zero to One degrees is affected, especially if it is in Aries, Libra, Kataka or – of course – Capricorn. And note that Pluto stationing retro (now) or direct always creates a sort of Plutonic spike. By the end of this weekend you will know how Pluto-sensitive you/your chart are/is. Yes, Pluto in Capricorn IS linked utterly to the G.F.C & all… I think September/Oct of this year is going to be a nadir, a real low that we need to prepare ourselves for. But that then we will start to see progress up toward the light again. With a new norm in early 2012. And fabulosity in 2018. See previous postings re G.F.C.

meh, Pluto doesn’t phase me. Since Feb 08 i’ve changed/transformed so much i barely recognise myself. Just checked my chart again – i have Mars in Virgo – ZERO degrees and Lilith 2 degrees in Cap. It will be interesting indeed.

Feb 08 was significant for him. Wonder how this will play out.Strange thing happened last night. After a week of very intense weirding, suddenly went very calm. As if all emotion has gone and fatalism/acceptance has replaced it. It was so sudden I felt it happen. I have venus at 14 degrees aries. Was it pluto getting off my case?

Well my midheaven/10th house is 0 degrees aries…yet last feb was decidedly NOT a good time career-wise, in fact, that’s when my freelance gigs started drying up…does that mean they will completely finish now, i wonder? Or, time to get out the phoenix cape and revive, maybe…
I haven’t had to look for a ‘real’ job for three years because the gods have blessed me with enough writing work, but yesterday i found myself doing laps of the cafe strip, hospitality resume in hand again…felt like i was in a time warp and 23 again…oh pluto, please give me strength -
argh, i am decidedly in 2 minds about this pluto retro. on the one hand, there is psyche-crapola from last year that i could effectively deal with properly, given the chance. so from that point of view, can be used constructively to re-do that period. but from the other hand, i have been sooo glad recently to get to a point where i could move forward, the many things that have been holding me in limbo finally making way for a new era, new choices etc. so its with a bit of a heavy heart that i have to ‘go backwards’ when i feel like ive only just turned the corner. i think i may return to therapy during this period to just go gung-ho on the resolving of whatever lingering issues there are.
i think being a saggi who has only just gotten rid of pluto’s ‘grok the muck’ transit, i just feel a big groan when faced with it again. sorry guys, pretty negative take on it but this weekend ended up being a doozy…

Hmmm, I have north node at 1 deg Cancer in 4th house and Mars 3 deg Cancer in the 5th. Retro Pluto will conj my south node at the end of 10th house opposing my north node/mars conj – this is all looking very scary. About to go thru property settlement with ex wanting more time with kids (which they don’t). I think I’ll channel the Phoenix as well as the Eagle and Serpent.

actually you know what? it just occurred to me that you might have looked too nice. some people have such mega bizarre preconceptions. if you looked neat and yet hot, he might have thought you’d be a prissy trouble making type. this is NO judgement on u fishgirl obviously as i dont even know u! but with a name like Jason you wally have to wonder. Same here as others re Feb 08 being the start of a walking nightmare from hell involving the Virgo with everything in Libra – that ended three months later with me feeling like my head had been rearranged and not in a good way. The current Double Bull has moon Libra too and was begining to sound suspiciously like the Virgo from last year.
So I have taken a stand. Cut all ties. If he wants to resolve crap he can go do it with someone else. He can sodomise himself with certain vegetables as far as I’m concerned. I ain’t doing this shite no more! *polishes newly grown steel cahones*

yeah, i have to concur- wtf was going on in the few months after Feb 2008? seems it was a fuqing dramatic torrid time all round. why oh why do we have to revisit that muck? honestly, positivity not my strong suite today, though an epsom salt bath, copious amounts of chamomile tea and some hard core psyche-depth work allayed the darkness somewhat.
seriously though, feb-june 2008 was truly one of the worst periods of my life, and im not going back there.

yes…i think it’s the type of commitment that i think of that makes me gag. the place where i live is populated by illiterate boneheads and family types (nothing wrong with families, we’ve all got one, just the drudgery that goes with the early years i guess plus shitty early childhood messages / conditioning for me , to do with crap fathers and ..whatever). But if it’s with the right person it won’t be constant source of disappointment and frustration, feeling like i’m going to be chained to a house in the suburbs with a sedan and meathead husband…right?

o soz i touched a nerve inadvertantly – is it you simply thinking this is what the significant other wants from you or is it actually real? As in not a little mind map that you may have woven using skewed logic due to your own stuff carried since childhood? Have you straight out asked him what he wants from you? – not suggesting you do I have no idea of your dynamics etc but if you haven’t somehow gleaned their side of things then how do you know it is what they want from you? Maybe you are visualising what you most fear.
If not then that sounds like a life draining place to be and I hope you can reinvent it so it works for you.

that’s a nice calm way to look at things NNB…thanku. No wasn’t u that touched a nerve – in fact i like what u said – Pleasant level-headed advice… rather it was the thought that maybe this pluto retro business was leading me in that direction. will investigate skewed logic and ask simple questions of The Taurus to get a grip on things and stop feeding this paranoia.
I should also add that the place i live is more life-affirming than draining, but the locals can be are a piece of work! -

does anyone know how chiron at 1 degree aries in the tenth would manifest? Uranus mars and venus are all hanging out there with MC which will apparently lead to something mad in the next few weeks but I can’t work out what the natal chiron thing will add to the mix.
Pluto and dark moon lilith are transiting 7th house so I’m guessing that will bring up unresolved relationship power dynamics. NO I will not take that lying down scenarios…

Chiron is the ‘wounded healer’ – you draw from your own spiritual/psychological wounding to heal others – if it is in your tenth house then this is career/what you should be doing with yourself….. so maybe pluto wants you to work out how you can help others deal with their shit? And the challenge is that it is in aries which does not really lend it self to self less sacrifice, and exposing your wounded weak self to others to help them grow!

this is interesting because i had a chiron aura soma thing years ago and it was when i realised there are many ways to give of yourself or show your wounded side without it needing to be literal. if that makes sense…

Feb to July 08 were hell – complete with massive weight gain, suicidal thoughts and enough tears to end the drought. But since then I’ve learnt a lot about myself, lost 8 kilos, and discovered what I am & am NOT prepared to do to get ahead in career and love. I hope that means i’ll be stronger and more resilient this time around – oh please let that be the case!

have realised after this weekend that i am tres pluto-sensitive. all the muck really did come to the surface.
finally braced myself to look @ my chart again, and aha, i have Jupiter 2 degrees Cancer in the 3rd, Saturn at 0 degrees Virgo in 4th, and Chiron 1 degree Taurus in 1st. not entirely sure what this all means, except that certainly issues to do with expression, maturity and wounds/healing seem to be up for review…?

i cannot believe the weekend i had, it felt like i walked backwards through my life, v bizarre to explain. although definitely understandable when i quit my secure job last week only reason… i couldn’t get myself together after work incident occurred. spent weekend explaining to myself why it was for the best & to a shocked leo friend who couldn’t understand why i just couldn’t put up with it. only human i guess….

Definately revisiting Post-Feb 08…. In post-feb 08, quit secure govt job to temp, and was share house hunting. Post-feb 09, got made redundant and am looking for new housemates…. Deja vu anyone? Spose I should get a reading done so I can bl**dy well figure out my lesson?!?
